14/09/2024: Un menu appétissant pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Accueil chaleureux, cadre exceptionnel. Menu comprenant les produits du terroir. Au top du début à la fin. Apéritif fait maison ainsi que le digestif. La cuisinière aux petits soins avec les clients. A recommander.

28/10/2024: Thank goodness for guide books! This is the most amazing, tiny little jewel tucked away in a small village in the mountains. I cant find words to describe the jaw dropping view. The menu is very limited but each of the Corsican tapas is chosen with utmost care, all biological, all locally produced. One of the highlights of our trip. They had a chocolate gluten free cake to die for.

05/10/2024: Good restaurant in Ajaccio with mainly seafood specialty. Very busy so reservation is recommended. The seafoods are very fresh. The set menu is quite reasonably priced. My friend liked the duck even though I found it a bit gamey. But service was good

03/11/2024: Great experience in this Corsican restaurant which was recommended to us by the Residence des Pins. With my husband and our 2 children aged 19 and 17, we had the Corsican menu for €25. A real treat. And the quantities of Corsican-style wild boar we don't even talk about. With 2 big eaters, the dish couldn't even be finished. Each of us had a different starter in order to discover as many Corsican dishes as possible, the children had the chestnut cake for dessert and we had the Corsican cheese. Everything was a treat from start to finish. If you go to Calvi you absolutely must try this restaurant.
26/10/2024: Everything has been said in the previous comments but that does not prevent us from expressing our satisfaction after a very good meal.
I was able to taste a semi-cooked tuna in quantity and quality.
We will come back

27/09/2024: Belle propriété et très bon accueil. Tout été parfait, nous avons pu nous délecter de bons plats avec ces produits venant soit de leur exploitation ou des fermes aux alentours.

04/09/2024: The starter was really something exceptional and was beautifully presented. The non-alcoholic cocktail was also extremely tasty. The spaghetti carbonara was okay, but not quite to my personal taste - but that's purely a matter of taste and has nothing to do with the quality. The staff was extremely friendly.
03/09/2024: Very warm welcome, very pleasant setting with the sounds of the waves. Quite a choice, I opted for a salad which was very good. I recommend it to you.

25/09/2024: Das Lokal liegt wie viele andere direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das Gebäude über dem Lokal wirkt wie ein Abrisshaus.
Wer sich dennoch zum Essen dort einfindet, vergisst diese Fakten sofort. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisen köstlich. Der Burger Le Central war Grund für einen weiteren Besuch im Restaurant.

22/09/2024: It seems very unreal. to find such a gem in a half-abandoned mountain village: traditional French dishes are prepared here by hand using fresh products - all very simple, you could say.
But everything is perfect: the doneness of the ice cream, the aroma of the salad dressing, the fresh bread, the crispy beignets... and all of this with friendly service and very fair prices.
A real culinary highlight, the detour is worth it.

12/09/2024: Situé un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du bord de mer, sans toutefois être trop éloigné, ce restaurant garde un côté balnéaire de bon aloi à quelque 10 mn à pied du centre de Moriani...
Carte restreinte et néanmoins variée ce qui consttue un gage de qualité .
Un plat de jour proposé hors de la carte pour un tarif abordable 19 € en moyenne.
Que dire, sinon service agréable et efficace où le client est respecté.
C'est le patron qui est en cuisine pour nous confectionner avec imagination des plats véritablement élaborés et très savoureux.
Bref, à ne pas manquer, qualité au rendez-vous sans se ruiner.
