25/09/2024: Das Lokal liegt wie viele andere direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das Gebäude über dem Lokal wirkt wie ein Abrisshaus.
Wer sich dennoch zum Essen dort einfindet, vergisst diese Fakten sofort. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisen köstlich. Der Burger Le Central war Grund für einen weiteren Besuch im Restaurant.

Food: excellent foie grois and cannelloni.
A little less tartare.
Good meat, small portion.
Wine: poor quality/price ratio. Especially considering the small quantity poured (I think 7-8 cl, by eye). It's a shame.
Desserts: very good and plentiful
Location and view: excellent.
Price: €168 for two glasses of wine, two entrees, two plates, two desserts.

23/10/2024: Everything was wonderful. From the friendliness at reception to the tastefully furnished room under the roof, the beautiful bathroom, the helpfulness when reserving dinner in Centuri to the excellent breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. My expectations were exceeded 😊

19/07/2024: We stopped for lunch during our travels within Corsica.
Restaurant with a nearby campsite on the riverbank. Good parking at the entrance (also for caravans and campers).
Very nice and helpful managers, very good food and even pizza!
Very fair prices considering that the average in Corsica is much higher.
1 pizza, 1 dish of the day and 1 hamburger, water, 2 coffees and ice cream €45
I recommend a stop!!!

12/09/2023: Had our graduation dinner there. Despite a lack of knowledge of French, no problems. Very hardworking and really kind from the heart. Tasted great. Everything is fresh (small menu, but more than enough for us) and super tasty. There are also a lot of locals here who also play boules (we thought it was great). Next time we're back in Corsica, we'll definitely come back. Thanks again.

03/08/2024: U Fragnu è molto più di un ristorante. È l'inizio di un'emozione. Gentilezza, gusto e benessere sono le componenti principali. Il cibo è perfetto. L'ambiente ti accoglie come se ti conoscesse da sempre. La terrazza va venire voglia di non andarsene via mai.
Posto da non dimenticare!

27/10/2024: Incredible place in the middle of the mountains and only 20 minutes by car from galeria!! Extremely warm, available and welcoming hosts. A site of exceptional beauty, a little corner of paradise on earth, we spent a week there with friends and everything was perfect. We will come back for sure!!

08/09/2024: I had heard about this restaurant for a long time without ever having been there except on this day of September 8. The welcome was, like everything else, extraordinary. First of all, the place where the inn is located, almost deserted, lined with old chestnut trees with a breathtaking view of the valleys of this very beautiful Castagniccia. The boss, also a "chef" and alone in the kitchen, cooks "old-style" and "nustral" dishes that we tasted with passion. The service matches some “starred” ones.
In conclusion everything was excellent without any surprises for the bill. To recommend. We will come back to taste other specialties. Thanks to Paul and his team.u7
