No photo of the mussels and fries, but they were excellent 😋 Fast service with very friendly waitresses and waiters. Special dedication to Morgane 😁(PE40🤿) We also took advantage of the deckchairs for two afternoons, at very reasonable prices. I recommend. We will return to this heavenly region 😎

28/10/2025: One of the best restaurants I've been to in L'Île-Rousse. The waitresses were lovely; I don't know if it was still them, it was in August 2024. The food was delicious. We even went back that evening to their second restaurant in downtown L'Île-Rousse on their recommendation, and we weren't disappointed at all.

23/07/2025: The service and atmosphere were excellent. The flavors were spot on. However, we were a little disappointed by the amount of fish. At €25 for a plate of pasta with sea bass, we expected more than just a few small pieces at the bottom of the plate.

19/10/2025: We stayed in this cottage and were very satisfied with the warm welcome, the well-decorated and very clean rooms, the good breakfasts and the varied dinners prepared with good products by Marie Laure. She treated us to rolls and brioches, homemade jam and desserts made by herself. We stayed three nights. Everything was perfect.

22/09/2025: The menu is varied and appealing. Everything looks delicious. Special mention for the octopus! The service is excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. The background music (when there isn't a concert) is very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/09/2025: Excellent cuisine in a pleasant, family atmosphere, highly recommended; the food was exceptionally delicious. Rump steak and pork skewer with homemade fries, and homemade chocolate mousse for dessert. The cocktails were also delicious. The table next to us had pizza, which looked delicious and enormous! If you're at the adjacent campsite, be sure to eat here. The staff is incredibly friendly!

31/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic! The owner (both men and women) is incredibly welcoming. The dishes were delicious and generous. A truly excellent place. The restaurant is located uphill, but you can easily reach it by elevator. We had a wonderful evening.

26/08/2025: If you want to experience a unique human and culinary experience, stop by Denis and Jean Marc's. If you're looking for a cozy, classic restaurant, move on; that's not what they're after. However, if you want to eat at a local's home and feel like you're at home with family, take the time to meet this wonderful family and taste everything Denis and his wife cook for you. At the bar, you'll definitely share a drink with their son, Jean Marc, and why not a game of pétanque with the kids, along with chestnut, myrtle, or hazelnut liqueurs? As for the prices, this is still one of the rare places where you won't get gouged, with a bill that's more than reasonable and even ridiculously cheap. While on vacation in Bastia, it would be a shame not to discover these people and this place.

20/08/2025: Extraordinary! We've been there 5 times and it's always great. Everything is perfect, an unusual, friendly and welcoming setting, a magnificent view, a change of scenery, rustic and warm, a welcoming and friendly owner and his family :) And above all, excellent Corsican food, homemade with local produce, generous dishes and unbeatable value for money! A very nice discovery!! We'll be back!

22/01/2026: Very disappointed. The Corsican veal chop was undercooked, very fatty, and had very little meat, swimming in a mediocre prepared sauce. It was served on a bed of mashed potatoes, with no vegetables or salad. At €24 for lunch, I expected better! Honestly, this is ridiculous.

19/10/2025: Just outside the village of Rapale, along the road, you'll find this bar and restaurant with breathtaking views of the Nebbio plain, the Gulf of Saint Florent, and part of Cap Corse. A typical restaurant, the kind I'd like to find often. Corsican products, drinks. Corsican, we speak Corsican, and the welcome is superb. Suggestions, a simple menu, a Corsican menu—no need for much more—and homemade fries. Try it during your road trip or in the evening, summer or winter, with a beautiful terrace.
