11/02/2024: The setting is magnificent, on a small square and under a huge rubber tree. The menu is tempting, the prices are reasonable and the places are clean. The dishes are excellent (very good chef and brigade) and the service is perfectly executed (friendly, conscientious waiters, no downtime). Address not to be missed if you come to Ile Rousse or its surroundings.
28/11/2023: 45 minutes after ordering 2 dishes… still no plate on the table. Despite 2 requests for the progress of the order, response given “we are full”. A cruel lack of professionalism for the end of May... the break-in for the summer is going to be long it seems!

01/10/2023: Very pleasant, friendly atmosphere and good, regional cuisine. In addition to the "standards" of Corsican cuisine that you can often find on the island (e.g. veal ragout, cannelloni with brocciu, burgers), there was also a dish of the day that was not on the menu during our visit: roast lamb with lots of vegetables and couscous - wonderful cooked, down-to-earth regional cuisine. If the waiter made such a daily recommendation, I would definitely follow it again.

08/10/2023: Arrived late and at the end of the season.... for fresh fish... Nothing on the menu... but superb suggestion from the waitress: to introduce us to a grilled capon. A nice fish for two!! Awesome!!

02/05/2024: We stopped at this restaurant seeing the very positive comments but I didn't find myself there at all. Has there been a change of owners? A children's menu for 12 euros with 3 fries in a single dish. So I asked for an extra plate of fries which arrived once we had all finished eating. for us adults, very particularly seasoned carbonara
We left without having dessert.
Welcoming staff however but I wonder if I am dealing with the same restaurant as in previous reviews
I don't like to be negative
We were also disappointed because we were attracted in the photos by the small terrace at the back that we see in the photos but it was not open
In short, a shame...

08/12/2023: We were there in November when everything else was closed down. We popped in there because it was raining and we didn’t want to keep searching. We had a great dinner of fresh veal sausage and lentil. Very delicious!

12/10/2023: Each time a very warm welcome, simple but tasty dishes, homemade and farm products, the Fango to refresh ourselves nearby, the site is majestic, we go there twice in the season and that allows us to spend the winter with memories full of eyes
