14/06/2026: I've wanted to come for years and I wasn't disappointed! The wine list is more extensive than ever, and the recommendations are excellent. As for the meal, it was refined and delicious, and not too expensive! The place is intimate, and everything is in good taste: the wine, the spirits, the food, the music.
It's flawless! Bravo!

02/07/2026: At night it seems to be a student hangout, by day a charming bistro somewhat removed from the more touristy terraces of central Toulouse. A very pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and relaxed service. Our half-hearted attempts at speaking broken French were graciously met with Spanish. I recommend their signature dish of Toulouse sausage and their country pâté, washed down with a good beer blanche. Likewise, their innovative QR code payment system is highly commendable.
