17/07/2026: The service and staff were pleasant. However, the selection of snacks was quite limited. It's also a shame that nothing was homemade (or if it was, the brioche and pancakes were two days old), as this would have added real value to this lovely café.

15/07/2026: We were greeted by passionate and friendly servers who readily explained what made their drinks and desserts so delicious and special. I highly recommend it to everyone; the almond cake and homemade iced tea are definitely worth trying!

22/06/2026: If there's one restaurant in Aucamville you absolutely must try, it's this one. The dishes are handcrafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients and the chef's expertise. They use fresh, locally sourced products, all at very reasonable prices. Not to mention the lunch menu, which changes daily, and the dinner menu, which changes weekly. I worked there for almost two years, and having worked in several restaurants, I can assure you that this one is completely honest about the products it sells. It was a very positive experience for me, even though my motivation and desire to continue in this profession had waned, leading to some serious shortcomings and mistakes on my part that ultimately resulted in my departure, which was justified. Thank you to Cécile and Benoit for their patience, and also for proving that there are still passionate restaurateurs out there who are dedicated to the quality of their products and services. Once again, don't hesitate to go and have a pleasant time, and believe me, you'll come back.

14/07/2026: The setting is lovely, with the option of dining inside in air conditioning or outside under the trees. The food is very good, with elegant presentation. However, the bill adds up quite quickly. That's why I deducted a star, as I find the price still high for lunch.

The welcome was quite pleasant; you're greeted with a smile 😊. The starters were fresh and beautifully presented, and the main courses were the same—beautiful and delicious 😊. 06/07/2026: Service is excellent. Often, restaurants like Bibent have staff who are but civil. Dare I say the staff we interacted with were nice with maybe a tinge of warmth. Of the cassoulet we've tried during our two weeks in Occitanie, this was the best in terms of flavor. Perhaps the duck fat to meat ratio was higher than others we've eaten, but overall this has been our favorite. We were finally able to try a Fronton wine, and I am so happy to report that this restaurant knows how to store wine. It was served at the perfect (appropriate) temperature, and was very enjoyable. One small niggle is that not all the teas are Mariage Frères as listed on the menu. At least some are Damman Frères. Sort of false advertising if you have discriminating tea tastes! All in all, the restaurant is one we would happily return to for a nice meal. Recommended.

11/04/2026: The food was quite good, but what I found problematic was the portion size. €16.90 per person for the truffade, and we ended up with a medium-sized pan to share between four people. It was clearly far from the advertised 300g, more like 150g. It had been a very long time since I'd left a restaurant feeling hungry, and yet I'd ordered an extra side dish.

03/07/2026: A very good brasserie, the place is spacious with a terrace for sunny days, the food is good with a good selection of dishes, the value for money is very reasonable and much cheaper than in Paris. I recommend it.

Plus, in the vineyards, you often see cows, but at Marwen's, you'll also find goats, of course 😍 An exceptional cheesemaker who organizes convivial evenings to share his passions. Go check it out! Our last recent evening at Marwen's was raclette. Almost over, as the season dictates. Hurry! And the recipe for potatoes with herbs, paprika, and chili: surprising at first with raclette, even though we're specialists (right, ham? 😉), but so delicious that I'm sharing it with friends tonight for the last raclette of the year.
