It's a pleasure to find this type of establishment these days; they're becoming increasingly rare. Keep up the good work, we'll be back.

10/02/2026: The setting is pleasant, the service is warm, and the traditional cuisine is truly excellent. The buffet option is perfect for a generous and varied plate at a very reasonable price. One review mentions poor treatment for children, but that's not at all what I experienced: on a strike day, parents and grandparents came with their children, and everything went well for them too!

The food was awful, clearly reheated, and the meat was dry, despite being drizzled with sauce. A TERRIBLE experience.

21/02/2026: Takeout order. The preparation was already quick. Very surprised! As for the pizzas... Amazing! The crust isn't too thick, but since they're so generously topped, I was full in no time. A real treat! My partner went to pick up the pizzas and told me he'd met someone very friendly. New to the neighborhood, we've only heard good things about them, and honestly... This pizzeria is a real gem. And the price... It's very reasonable for something so good. I'll be back again and again... And again... And again... 🤩🍕

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!

05/02/2026: I was in search of cassoulet in Toulouse. It is one of the famous French dishes from this area. Found Aligot when doing an online search. It is on a busy stretch in the Capitole district filled with restaurants and shops. The restaurant is small and intimate. And there is only a handful of menu items including the restaurant’s namesake item. Aligot is a cheesy mashed potatoes dish. Usually French food has a reputation for being expensive, but I found the pricing to be affordable. Tried the cassoulet here with a glass of red wine and it did not disappoint. Service was also friendly. I will say that you must like the menu to dine here given the limited offerings.

05/01/2026: A lover of aligot since childhood and currently training to be a cheesemonger, I don't think I've ever eaten such good aligot. My parents tried the cassoulet, and it's excellent too. The partnership with the pastry shop for desserts is also a superb idea ;) A big thank you to the team :) And for those of you looking for a good restaurant: this is an address to discover without delay!

27/01/2026: We found this restaurant quickly and chose it as our first stop after visiting Calicéo with a friend – a wonderful discovery! The dishes were delicious (Basque salad, vegetable tart, and a cheese plate for dessert today), beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The welcome was warm, and the aroma was so inviting as soon as we walked in, making us hungry. The service was top-notch. You can taste the passion in every bite. I highly recommend it!
