27/12/2023: Teníamos reserva a las 13:30h y nos tuvieron esperando 45min en la calle porque decían no tener espacio. La comunicación nefasta, la camarera muy borde y únicamente nos respondía en francés pese a indicarle que entendías poco y que preferías otro idioma (ej. inglés). Es algo que nos llamó la atención pues en Toulouse todo el mundo es muy amable y hace por ayudarte. En este local todo lo contrario. A parte de la espera y el mal trato, la comida la sirvieron tarde y la carne quemada. Este sitio no lo recomendaríamos ni volveríamos. Hay sitios mucho mejores en Toulouse y con personal más amable.

26/08/2024: Nice place and good service. However, the food did not seem spectacular compared to what I expected from a restaurant selected by the Michelin guide.

19/12/2024: Very satisfied with this hotel. 4 days for training. Breakfast lunch and dinner with lots of choice. A very smiling and dynamic team. Room with good bedding and properly soundproofed. I recommend.

16/12/2024: At the top super comfortable and soundproof unlike the old bell towers with exterior doors. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet.

11/11/2024: We are very disappointed, raclette pancakes were practically inedible because they were so salty. We have just started our meal. The dessert isn't great either. We do not recommend this restaurant. On the other hand, you can easily book online. N.Roche You answered us. It's part of your job to warn your customers that certain dishes are very salty. You are not the first restaurant where we have this dish. We have never encountered this problem. As for dessert, it was quickly eaten because, to be honest, we were still hungry. And like dessert we were going to pay for it. So yes it was eaten. You are not in good faith. 🤣

10/11/2024: The food was disappointing. The food was somewhat tasteless and the service was poor. The host didn't know how to communicate, and that's why, for example, the steak came at the wrong degree of doneness. The place was quiet, no customers.

28/09/2024: Passing through while completing gr 10 we were served very late (2:30 p.m.) phew. Very friendly welcome and copious and excellent cuisine.

06/07/2025: We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The owners are charming and attentive to their guests. The rooms are very quiet, decorated in a 19th-century style. A deliberate choice, which perfectly matches this beautiful establishment, steeped in history, which has defied time for five generations. Above all, don't change a thing! It's perfect as it is. The garden is pure beauty, with its hydrangea hedge. The icing on the cake is the swimming pool, which we could enjoy even after checking out. What can I say about the restaurant? Simply a huge wow! Impeccable staff, attentive and highly professional. The cuisine is worthy of a fine restaurant; it was a delight, from starter to dessert. The rice pudding was incredibly good. "Dear Sir, you who left a negative comment about your great-grandfather having better taste, please know that tastes and colors differ from person to person. It's understandable that you don't like the decor, but why make such a comment? The photos are on the establishment's website, in complete transparency. You would have made someone happy by booking elsewhere. Perhaps a Formula 1 would have been more suited to your stay. Also, please be aware that the restaurant industry has high standards, which you are certainly not aware of, since you say they overdo it. A fast-food restaurant would have been perfect for you." If you are looking for a place to stay in Luchon, I warmly recommend the Hôtel d'Etigny. Ideal location, opposite the thermal baths.

02/10/2024: Great culinary experience this weekend with Amis et fines herbes. Morning preparation of half-cooked foie gras ballotins. Good quality explanations, guided step by step with a recipe that is both simple and original. We leave with our preparations... and today it was the tasting, a delight. 25/08/2024: Un lugar buenisimo para ir a comer en tu visita a Toulouse. El servicio fue rápido y los que nos atendieron, muy amables. Estuvieron atentos en todo momento. La comida exquisita. Tipica comida francesa que se notaba era casera. La relación precio-calidad está miy bien. Lo recomiendo para ir en familia, en pareja o solo.

01/04/2025: My husband and I came here, attracted by the restaurant's super-friendly setting and the promise of homemade dishes. Indeed, the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. However, one major drawback tarnishes the experience. The appetizer was barely served when the starter arrived, and before anyone had even finished their starter, the main course was already on the table. As a result, one person finishes their starter and waits for the other to finish theirs, while the dishes cool on the table. To top it all off, we paid for two full menus, while only one person had dessert. It's a shame because the place has potential, but this service management spoils the experience. I don't think I'll be going back.
