05/06/2026: Truly very disappointing since the change of ownership; we're not the first to notice, the cashier told me. The food for a Mother's Day menu was only Novotel-level (minimalist presentation, edible mushrooms, a slice of foie gras with lots of waste... we left without dessert or coffee) for such an iconic Toulouse establishment. The prices are high for such poor food! Avoid this place... cross the street to the Pyrénéen; at least they're a reliable choice, they've managed to improve... perhaps the same will happen one day for the Novotel!

29/05/2026: The starter was original, however, the curried shrimp dish was al dente; I would have preferred it a little longer. The location was excellent, the terrace pleasant, and the staff smiling and friendly.

26/06/2026: Great brasserie, the mussels marinière are excellent and very reasonably priced, offering a generous portion! The servers are fantastic!

14/06/2026: Excellent place, the welcome was fantastic, and our waitress Romane gave us great wine recommendations. Very good value for money.

26/06/2026: The pizzas are great. The place is cute, and the servers are lovely. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of meeting the owner and his angelic face. What a shame to spoil such a pleasant face with such a miserable attitude. Sir, I hope you one day find the serenity needed to manage 25 customers and 40 late pizzas without taking your frustrations out on your servers. Perhaps if your mother had breastfed you, you would have been less frustrated. But don't worry about your team; they're fantastic and save the day. Closing the kitchen at 9 p.m. on a World Cup night was audacious; confusing your servers in front of your customers is even more comical. Keep your chin up. Luckily, you have the S, it's great 🫶🏻

11/03/2026: I strongly advise against it. The room was outdated, smelled of cigarettes, and the bedding was very uncomfortable.

21/12/2025: Finally! A real restaurant in Luchon: Hôtel d’Etigny. Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter. A very pleasant surprise. Impeccable service. Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

01/07/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because I ate there yesterday at lunchtime. Impeccable service, the lady was incredibly welcoming and very efficient, and the meal was excellent, but there's one problem: your toilets. They need the graffiti removed, a fresh coat of paint, and improved sanitation. Otherwise, perfect.

This restaurant, which used to be a favorite of mine, is a far cry from the warm and welcoming atmosphere of yesteryear... even though the place is nicely decorated, it doesn't make up for the wait between the aperitif and the rest of the order (especially considering there were only three small tables to serve). As for the food, it's just average considering the price.

01/06/2026: As a customer since the opening of the first store on Rue d'Astor, I also occasionally visit the store on Rue Villeneuve. However, for several months now, I've noticed a decline in quality and freshness, especially for fruits and vegetables, in both stores. Is it acceptable to offer, early in the morning at the St. Cyprien store, a crate of oranges, some of which were half-moldy!, completely shriveled potatoes, wilted lettuce, etc.? This is truly regrettable.

02/05/2026: The main course and dessert were served without the option of adding cheese or yogurt, which weren't included in the menu... The lasagna came with a side of vegetables, but no green salad was offered... a shame.

14/04/2026: We were able to eat despite their late arrival at 4:45 pm, with a good selection of hot dishes: chicken, fish, sausage, meatballs, and vegetables. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ate outside with a lovely view of the Pyrenees.
