19/09/2025: Today at 4:30 p.m. the blonde lady who serves dropped my wife's sandwich on the floor, after seeing that my partner was not paying attention she put it in the oven to serve it to her after asking her to change it she stipulated to me that it "had fallen on a platform before the floor" after looking with my own eyes behind the counter I realized that it was simply a lie and that she was simply too lazy to make another one it is not something to do in a food store.

09/12/2025: That's right, it's not the best pastry. But oh well.

03/12/2025: I've ordered from this bakery several times now, and there's always a problem. The order is never fulfilled: they replace items without warning, without offering a refund, and completely disregard dietary restrictions. Sometimes they even omit certain items entirely, without explanation and, of course, without replacing them. The service is incredibly negligent. Avoid them if you want to receive what you actually ordered.

30/11/2025: One hour for an undercooked cuttlefish... Then a €6 panna cotta in a tiny shot glass... Awful!

29/11/2025: The cockle salad was far too expensive for what was essentially a green salad with empty cockle shells and, at most, four or five cockles. The grilled sole for two was €52; the fillets were tiny, poorly prepared, and the side dish was minimal. On the other hand, the oysters were very good. We rushed out to get a waffle elsewhere. We won't be going back...

24/11/2024: I ordered 3 boxes of breaded chicken and with the 3 boxes there was the sauce that went with it, I just picked up my order and I'm missing 2 sauces and it's not the first time that's been the problem for me

17/11/2024: 3rd time the pizza was delivered late, the 1st time and the 2nd time 30 minutes late today Sunday 17/11 the pizza arrived 1 hour late, the pizza obviously cold. The big problem is delivery.

07/12/2024: I came to buy a simple baguette, the saleswoman who serves me makes me wait even though she sees me waiting (she prefers to laugh with her colleague), when arriving to serve me she polishes her chewing gum with her mouth wide open , gives me the terminal to pay by card even though I tell her that I pay in cash but she forces it by telling me that I can pay by card (because she doesn't want to wait for me to look for my change). She gives me the change by throwing it on the counter then I tell her that there are some polite ways to be, she looks at me with raised eyebrows! No goodbyes. I am disappointed….

29/11/2025: Ordered three pizzas because about ten years ago the pizzas were very good, which is definitely no longer the case; the worst pizzas I've eaten in years. Run for the hills!

12/11/2025: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ordered a tuna and mozzarella panini, a flan, a leek quiche, and a slice of four-cheese pizza: everything tasted strange, like it was expired. Nothing was fresh, everything was inedible. On top of that, the server was incredibly rude, with no politeness or smile whatsoever. Honestly, I strongly advise against going to this place; avoid it at all costs.

09/01/2026: Unfriendly staff. It's a shame because what they sell is delicious... but the fact that the staff are unfriendly makes me not want to come back.

09/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! The service is absolutely catastrophic. The bartender plays loud music (at breakfast time – normally a quiet moment!) and, to make matters worse, sings and whistles. The other waiter is completely idle and leaves the door open in the middle of winter. They don't speak any foreign languages, not even a few words of English. The worst part of our visit was when the bartender – right in front of us – threw her dirty cloth (the sponge used to clean the bar) to the other end of the bar, and it landed in a cup of coffee she had just poured. You'd think she'd refill the coffee, but no, it was served to the customers! In short, a very unpleasant experience, which is a real shame for an establishment on Place du Capitole.

08/02/2026: Charging more for coffee after 5 pm, don't come crying when customers stop coming if you despise them and all you care about is the lure of profit.

18/11/2025: We are students at Jean Jaurès University and, due to our schedules, we came to the Blagnac campus for the second time to attend classes. At the cafeteria, my friend simply wanted to use the microwave, but she was treated extremely rudely by a cashier, a woman with long, curly black hair. This employee threw—literally threw—my friend's container and spoke to her in a harsh, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. Another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, also experienced her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude. Given this repeated and targeted behavior, we have strong grounds to believe that it constitutes racial and gender discrimination. We are students here to learn, and this employee—as a member of staff at an educational institution—is obligated to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Nothing gives her the right to treat us with condescension or animosity. It is absolutely shocking that a person displaying such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution.

18/11/2025: Negative review: Discriminatory and rude behavior by a cashier at the Blagnac campus restaurant We are students at Jean Jaurès University and were subjected to extremely deplorable treatment during our second visit to the Blagnac campus restaurant. My friend, simply wanting to use the microwave, was confronted by a cashier with long, curly black hair who literally threw her container down while speaking to her in a rude, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. At the same time, another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, was also met with her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude. These repeated incidents, specifically targeting us, give us strong reason to believe this constitutes racial and gender discrimination. As students here to learn, we expected a minimum level of respect and professionalism from the staff of an educational institution—however, this employee completely disregarded her duties and displayed unacceptable condescension and animosity. It is absolutely shocking that someone exhibiting such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution, which should be a place of kindness and inclusion. We demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate corrective measures to prevent other students from experiencing such humiliation. We do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances until changes are made regarding staffing and the fight against discrimination.

25/01/2025: Local sandwiches, salads and industrial sweets. It also has pastries, tartlets and donuts. Ok to eat something quick. Salad, Salmon Sandwich, bottle of water and an infusion for €18.

25/01/2025: salespeople are not up to it, you can feel I'm bothering her. I took 2 tiny Paris Brest and which have the most taste of you as boss as a Paris, Brest. In addition, the saleswoman told me that it was pastry cream inside, whereas it is a lemon-flavored mousse priced at €3.80 on top of that!! Everything is frozen, nothing is homemade, very disappointing for a pastry at this location Don't go!
