01/04/2024: We arrived at 8, totally at the last minute and were very well received. The dishes were delicious (pollock, prawns and hamburger) and then the desserts... incredible. We don't forget the wine either! Thank you for this good time with the family.
30/03/2024: Perfect experience, we ate this lunchtime 4 adults and 2 children, we were delighted with the welcome, the speed of the service and what can we say about the meal!!! Everything was quality, fresh produce, home fries, we enjoyed ourselves, thank you very much!!!!

27/03/2024: Tried it by chance because we were attracted by the dish of the day: pull pork burger, we had a great time. Delicious desserts too. Everything homemade, Very warm welcome.
In short, a very nice address to discover.

25/03/2024: The food is very good, it's been a long time since I ate a good hamburger at the restaurant.
The dishes are plentiful and the prices reasonable.
The service is pleasant however at rush hour the staff is quickly overwhelmed because only 3 to manage a lot of tables, it is understanding but it spoils the experience a little.
Finally, the room inside is noisy and many doors lead to the outside with a constant coming and going of customers and staff. If you want to eat in peace and privacy it will be complicated.
14/03/2024: Very good eating a good atmosphere the only downside the price is not very clear then 🤔 1 glass of sparkling + 1 glass of rosé A piece of salmon + fries an ice cream for dessert for 17 euros but that ended up being 34€ because the salmon was not self-made saying it was not part of the €17 menu so we were offered salmon because there were no more chicken strips so no more €17 menus but a la carte menu a little expensive we were 8 people so a little flexibility in prices very disappointed. Ask well before ordering to avoid surprises.

31/03/2024: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in France for tourism.
The staff is rude towards those who are not French and hardly speak English and are not willing to listen to the customer.
The prices are above average and the dishes are difficult to interpret.
Very bad experience.
Not recommended for travellers.

05/04/2024: Hotel very well located for visiting the town and the castle, in good condition, and good breakfasts. Pleasant staff. But some sources of dissatisfaction. The room and the bathroom are small, the shower cubicle is cramped, the water temperature is difficult to regulate. In terms of connectivity, the 4G coverage is poor and the wifi is not efficient. And then this item of clothing from the previous guest on the floor in the room, we really wonder if the cleaning was done.

In this establishment, a smile is essential, very low price €20 for starter + main course + dessert.
I highly recommend.

02/04/2024: I cannot give an opinion because my wife and I were evacuated following the flood alert on the Vienne. As a result, I cannot make any comments because upon our arrival the person at reception warned us that she could not accommodate us, despite my reservation having already been paid because she had just received an evacuation notice from the mayor of the common. She took very good care of us by relocating us to another hotel in Chinon despite her distress and without any money on our part, she made arrangements directly with the other hotel. I can only say excellent service... I recommend and hope to be able to return for a stay in this recently renovated hotel.

Manager, waitress, impressive chef, she manages all these roles alone and very well.
Very good time had, I recommend :)
