04/03/2026: The welcome… how to put it… nonexistent.
No greeting, not a glance, nothing. We had to wait over a minute before any interaction, while the gentleman finished his rugby game (clearly more important than the customers).
When we simply asked if we could eat, the curt reply was, “No.” End of discussion. No explanation, no goodbye, not even a hint of a smile.
We felt like we were bothering him more than anything else. If the restaurant's concept is “emotional self-service,” then it's a success. A shame, because before we even tasted the food, our appetites had already vanished.
A truly disastrous experience; the customer service needs serious improvement.

As for the service, they refused to give me a normal-sized glass of water with my coffee because "we only serve small orders here"... I wanted to buy a small cake, but I ended up buying one elsewhere where I was finally able to get my glass of water...

22/09/2024: Terrasse très agréable accueil sympathique attente pour la commande un peu long surtout que nous sommes arrivés en tout début de service. Les plats sont très bon dommage qu il faille un amer 7€ supplémentaire pour avoir des frites à la place du gratin. Décevant
07/09/2024: The food was good and the ambiance was ok even though everything was greasy and run down. We had a very bad experience with the staff. They were slow and pretty rude. They were not happy that our toddler was playing outside while we were waiting for the dessert menu (that never came). Would never go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs sur le service, l’accueil est très sympa, l’ambiance musicale est bonne, les prix sont corrects et les plats de bonne facture.
Un mention spéciale pour les cocktails particulièrement réussis et savoureux, et au talentueux « mixologue »

18/08/2024: Catastrophic! One star for the waiter, however, at €22 for a burger, we say we're in for a treat. To summarize, uncooked frozen fries, burger not at all presentable and tasteless, certainly poor quality products. Worse than McDonald's to flee.
18/08/2024: Got terrible service. The people speaking English in front of us were given a table without a reservation. I asked for a table and the service staff said no. The French people behind us without a reservation were seated. I double checked and again and they said no. We walked back past (after having an excellent meal elsewhere) and the same server recognised us and pulled the door shut in my face. I have travelled extensively and never had such rude and obnoxious service. Put a dampener on our whole trip and totally ruined my impression of French service. Would not recommend. Negative 5 stars for terrible and non-welcoming service…
