31/01/2026: A family of 4 has visited the restaurant at the hotel Lesdiguières. The restaurant is served by the students of the international school on catering. The venue is unique. The facility is amazing. The service is excellent. The food is superb. All in all it is a place you should not miss in Grenoble, however, be aware that it is not so easy to get a reservation there.

29/12/2025: It's always a great pleasure to eat at Lesdiguières restaurant! The welcome, the service, the food—everything is perfect, and the students are always focused under the watchful eye of their teacher! A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

30/01/2026: Very disappointed by my recent experience. Burger prices have increased significantly, nearly 100% compared to previous prices. The new prices are displayed in the restaurant, however, the flyers still being distributed around town list the old prices, which could mislead customers when ordering. For our group, the bill came to €170 for 9 burgers and 2 fries, an amount we consider disproportionate to the quality of the food. This establishment is apparently bankrupt, which could explain these exorbitant prices. This restaurant had been a regular for many years, but given this experience and these pricing policies, I no longer recommend it. P.S.: Photos of the two menus before and after

30/07/2026: We came last night (the two girls who didn't want to sing but were enjoying themselves from their table 😉). We were warmly welcomed by a charming waiter who made our evening even more enjoyable – a big thank you to him! The food was very good and served in a very reasonable time. A small suggestion for the karaoke entertainment: it might be better to move it to a busier day, like Friday or Saturday, for example, because unfortunately for the host, he had to sing for a good part of the evening. Perhaps it would be more successful another day, but maybe we just didn't come on Wednesday, the busiest day. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable event! 😊

30/07/2026: A huge thank you to Morgan for his kindness and consistently impeccable service! It's always a real pleasure to go to Les 3 Brasseurs. The food is delicious, varied, and affordable. The atmosphere is fantastic with the entertainment (concerts, music quizzes, karaoke...), and it's a joy to come as a family: children are always warmly welcomed and very often get free meals. We always come back with great pleasure!

31/05/2026: We celebrated our wedding at L’aurienchon gîte over three days, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The gîte is fantastic; everything is designed to make you feel right at home. Béatrice and Eric are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. We received a very warm welcome. We savored a delicious meal prepared by Béatrice, and a wonderfully generous brunch. We had the wedding we dreamed of: friendly and authentic. A huge thank you!

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful family weekend. The chalet was very well equipped. The living and games room and bar were lovely. The bedrooms were comfortable. The welcome was warm.

28/04/2026: A good spot for a quick lunch. Large outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. The dishes are beautifully presented and the ingredients are high quality. The only downside is the option when paying the bill: the additional percentage isn't for charity but for the staff, and it's not a rounded-up amount but a percentage starting at 10%. It seems to me that in France, service is included and tips are at the customer's discretion. Since the waitress is near you when you pay, you feel a bit obligated...

20/04/2026: We went for a cocktail at this restaurant and what can I say except that the bartender's creation was simply divine. We'll gladly return.

01/07/2026: Very clean and great for children aged 3 and up.

14/06/2026: Time spent with family, relaxation, view of the waterfall, water slide, swimming. The water was a good temperature. Calm and pleasant.

27/01/2026: A very disappointing meal. The tian ordered as a starter turned out to be a very basic vegetable omelet, the fish fillet was bland with a texture reminiscent of defrosted fish, and finally the dessert—a pear served in a simple bowl—looked as if it had come straight from a can. An experience not to be repeated.

07/08/2026: At first glance, you think, "Great, a Courtepaille!" The welcome was nothing special, the humor was very heavy-handed at first and throughout, and then, since there weren't many other customers, a lot of people came to our table. The virgin mojito aperitif was a rip-off; it was the bottled kind from the supermarket, without any mint or lemon garnish. What a disappointment for such a high price! The sharing platter was mediocre: just one cheese and one charcuterie board, no exceptions! I do not recommend it.

07/08/2026: We had a great time as a family, the meal was good, the service was excellent, and the waiter was very pleasant.

06/07/2026: Very disappointed. At first glance, it was nice. The setting was pleasant, the decor was nice. However, when you get to the room, what a letdown! The room was small, the shower room tiny, the toilet access uncomfortable, the tap wobbly (between us, what a disgrace, you should be reimbursed for the installation), the mattress needs replacing, and the cleaning was questionable. There were large clumps of hair on the floor (and no, it wasn't mine, I'm blonde with short hair, it was long, straight black hair). Breakfast could be much better; was it bread from Lidl? It looked like it. In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

16/04/2026: Weeknight dinner at this restaurant with the family. We were all delighted with the meal, the welcome, and the service. We highly recommend this place.

15/07/2026: When you go to get ice cream at 4:40 PM and are turned away because they say they close at 6 PM... that raises questions. At that point, they should tell the customer they close at 4:30 PM!

14/07/2026: The food quality is declining year after year. Today, we arrived at 4:40 PM in the summer to get ice cream and were told, "Sorry, we close at 6 PM and we have to clean up." They should at least display the actual opening hours. I hope this place goes under soon and the management changes so it's in good hands.

24/03/2026: The setting is warm and welcoming, and it's possible to eat or drink. Pets are welcome.

13/07/2026: We were in Le Freney for two days and were looking for a nice, family-friendly restaurant where we could eat something fresh on a summer evening… on a Monday night, no less! "Côté Terrasse" ticked all the boxes! There was something for everyone: the children ate excellent burgers (thank you for agreeing to remove the bacon! The owner offered to add onion confit instead… a really nice touch). For the adults, there were delicious platters available… grilled hallumi, zucchini blossom fritters, focaccia, salad, homemade tzatziki… all presented beautifully on a slate! The manager is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The place is charming, and we even saw two chamois on the hillside: the icing on the cake! 🍰 Thank you and all the best! Elodie and her family

18/06/2026: A really lovely place with an incredible view! The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is friendly. The manager actually checks in to make sure everything is alright (rare!). I felt pampered :). The menu is simple with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. In short, I highly recommend it!

05/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent discovery! We had a very pleasant time at Le Seize with four colleagues. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the dishes were refined, generous, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate. The atmosphere is elegant and convivial. An address I wholeheartedly recommend in Grenoble, and one I will gladly return to on my next visit.

14/02/2026: Delicious food from their daily set menu. The place is a bit muddled - part newsagent, betting shop and cafe/bar - but with a warm welcome, and accessible for a big buggy.
