24/05/2026: The air conditioning was out of order, the power outlets didn't work (problem resolved that evening), there was no bathroom shelf (only the brackets were there), there were holes from the old curtain rods, the shower drain was clogged and drained poorly, the picture frame was broken, there was only one small bottle of still water as a welcome gift, and only one small bar of soap. The restaurant was struggling to serve all the rented rooms (a large group was present that evening), there was only one waitress for both the dining room and the terrace, the wait was too long, and we left before finishing our meal. It felt like we were on a set of "Kitchen Nightmares." Breakfast was in the same vein. The quality of the meal was low. The receptionist on Saturday didn't listen to our comments. Clearly, this establishment only survives thanks to the golf course. It doesn't deserve 3 stars!

24/05/2026: Golf course nice but under repair everywhere. Food dreadful, same menu for the past 2 years. Staff really nice but understaffed so the wait is ridiculous. Used to be a great place. Will never eat there again.

17/06/2026: I've always been well received, whether by the tall, dark-haired young man or the young women, but twice now I've encountered this blonde-haired woman with glasses. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who's suffered from her bad temper. That's enough to put me off. She's beyond unpleasant and dishonest. I came to pay part of the bill in cash and the other part by card, and the woman not only sighed but also told me, "Oh no, I don't do that, it's €3." I know it's €3; it's not my first time here. If I want to pay part in cash and the other part by card, that's my right. Or, in that case, you should have specified at the entrance that you don't accept that. I'll only come back when I see the young people. It's a shame; she must be driving other customers away and damaging the reputation of the place, which seems so welcoming when she's not there or out of sight, of course. Good luck to the team who work with her, and thank you to the young people, both the young women and the young man. Always being so welcoming and smiling when you're at reception makes it a real pleasure to come 😌

13/05/2026: The chicken skewer... it wasn't chicken, and it was undercooked. The flank steak was full of fat... I won't be back.

06/05/2026: The wait can be a bit long during peak periods, but it's still flawless. The food is very good, both beautifully presented and generous. It's indulgent, which is exactly what I look for in a brasserie.

26/02/2026: €6.80 for a tiny lemon tart barely filled with lemon cream. That's highway robbery! Taste-wise, it's very similar to a lemon tart you'd buy in a supermarket. Outrageous and disrespectful to customers.

07/05/2026: A decent Grenoble brasserie. Beautiful location with a terrace on Place Vaucanson. Serves daily specials with good value for money. Friendly and efficient service. The decor is a bit dated. Perfect for reading the newspaper while enjoying a coffee. I like this place with its retro feel.

12/05/2026: I'm responding with 5 stars to the previous comment criticizing the service! I've been a regular customer at this bakery for two years. Having been a craftsman and now self-employed, I don't just see the saleswoman serving my tuna sandwich; I also, and above all, see the person, the employee. And I can say that this "young woman with headphones," in addition to being remarkably kind, is dedicated to doing things right: whether it's for "her shop," her colleagues, or her customers. She brings real value! Her boss and everyone around her can be proud. Well done.

20/01/2026: I stopped there for some pastries, which were very good. There's a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, and drinks. You can have lunch at a table; the decor is pleasant, with comfortable armchairs. The staff was friendly. Access is a bit tricky due to the ongoing construction, but parking is easy.

03/04/2026: The fondue was very good and you get plenty; my son’s face lit up when he tasted it. Menu is on a blackboard and some items were not available but not really an issue, a drinks menu would have been helpful though but again staff were helpful. It was a quite cold in the restaurant though we were their first customers so maybe it warms up with more bodies/fondue heater things.

30/04/2026: The owner is incredibly unpleasant, with absolutely no sense of hospitality, a haughty and almost disrespectful tone. You clearly get the impression you're bothering her more than anything else. When you run a bar, the basic principle is respecting your customers... This place is far from it. I absolutely do not recommend it; there are much better places out there.

10/06/2026: Disastrous service! The waitress simply asked me to leave when all I wanted was a coffee on the terrace, which was completely empty. It's shameful. It was 1:49 PM and she told me, "Not before 2 PM." Since when do you refuse a customer for a simple coffee on an empty terrace? I've never experienced anything like it. I'll never set foot in this place again.

18/05/2026: It's a shame the waitress (who seemed to be alone in the dining room and overwhelmed) was so unfriendly. We were very put off by her rude attitude; we clearly felt like we were bothering her. The wait time was reasonable considering the number of people seated. We ate well, although nothing was homemade. But it was quite good, and the meat was cooked as requested. It was a shame there was no sauce on the table.

02/04/2026: Excellent service, warm welcome. The €19 set menu was fantastic, very good. You can go there without hesitation.

31/05/2026: I was amazed by the setting and the friendliness of the waiter. Excellent R&B playlist, tasteful and perfect for a Sunday evening. Pleasant terrace overlooking this small, intimate square.

24/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and the homemade breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: A nice, cozy small hotel run by a couple, with around a dozen rooms. The owners are very friendly and genuinely helpful, and they also cook tasty food onsite. Don’t expect luxury or star class facilities, but the rooms are clean, relatively new, and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. There’s no laundry service in the hotel, but a public laundry is available within walking distance.

15/05/2026: The neighborhood is nice, and the bistro is very accessible. But the mass-produced food and the waiter who didn't even look at us when we ordered were too much for me. It was like we were bothering them... There are better places not too far away.

23/04/2026: This restaurant is simply perfect: warm and professional service, divine and generous cuisine, and complimentary after-dinner drinks! Try it without hesitation.

05/05/2026: We stopped by this Monday at lunchtime to eat, and were greeted rather coldly. We were then served quickly, but the burgers we ordered arrived fairly quickly but were tasteless. The meat dish and its sides were bland, and the fries and burgers lacked seasoning. To top it all off, no dessert or coffee was offered. They didn't ask any questions about our meal, as if they didn't want to hear the sad truth that our three dishes were bad. And to top it all off, two out of three of us got sick.

18/03/2026: Very good. However, the live lobsters, literally piled on top of each other in a tiny aquarium, are a sad sight. By comparison, battery-farmed chickens have it made.

18/03/2026: If you want to eat lobsters in the mountains... piled on top of each other in a small tank since January... you've come to the right place! Special mention goes to the unpleasant and insensitive owner who compares these conditions to eating beef!
