08/04/2026: The place is great for children and the staff are helpful when you ask for something (water, information, etc.). It just needs a bit more of a smile from the manager to be perfect 👍.

20/03/2026: Really disappointed! The €8 children's menu no longer includes access to the play park, which is now an extra €11! That's €19 for a chicken nugget and fries and an hour of playtime... it's a complete rip-off... The only advantage of this place used to be the access to the park, but that's no longer included, so there's absolutely no point in eating there anymore...

15/04/2026: The ultimate rip-off at Grand Place: 9.20 euros for a medium bowl of vegetables!!!!

21/03/2026: Great place for an afternoon snack! The soft cakes and cookies are simply amazing. Always a pleasure to go there because of the warm welcome.

11/04/2026: A great find on the way to the train station. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, even among the pastries and viennoiseries. Quick service and pretty good products. Vegan prices are lower than in specialist shops in Grenoble.

01/03/2026: It used to be a good bakery, but now… the service is unpleasant, the saleswoman doesn't listen to our order, gets the price wrong, and the quality has dropped so much. Really disappointed.

25/02/2026: I bought some individual cakes, they're very good. However, I bought gluten-free ones, and the problem is the saleswoman didn't know what she was talking about. I trusted her, and luckily the person didn't eat them. Please don't sell without knowing what you're selling; otherwise, they're very good.

23/08/2025: Overall, it's okay. On the other hand, €6 for a plate of frozen fries is expensive per kilo of potatoes!

25/04/2026: TERRIBLE… enchanting place nestled in the mountains but the managers take advantage of the location to charge sky-high prices for mediocre food and truly terrible service.

21/04/2026: Friendly welcome, fairly good quality food (except for the side vegetables which are closer to those offered in a canteen) but the bill adds up very, very quickly.

18/04/2026: The set menu offered decent value for money (€17.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert), but the portions could have been a bit larger. Two stars because of the interminable wait – an hour to be served, and we were still waiting to choose our dessert. We really felt like we were dealing with amateurs who knew nothing about service.

04/04/2026: I'm not one to complain, but the service was awful. The owner was determined that I'd vacate the table as quickly as possible. She sighed when I asked for the dessert menu and dared to request a carafe of water. The prices aren't very high, but the crepe was completely tasteless. I should point out that I was courteous and smiling throughout the entire meal; not even a goodbye, a thank you, or a good evening from her. I think the owner should consider a career change. And to top it all off, she told foreign customers that there were no set menus, but for French-speaking customers, there was no problem. The set menus were displayed on a chalkboard by the entrance. However, they could order the same dishes à la carte. Isn't that highway robbery?

07/04/2026: The man was extremely unpleasant, not even a smile. He spoke to us as if he were our father. If you need to use the restroom, make sure you go to the right place, or he'll yell at you, saying, "Are you even listening to me?!" (in a haughty tone). The food was okay, but we would have preferred croissants that hadn't been made in a week. I strongly advise against going there; run while you still can! 🙏

26/01/2026: The oldest waitress was awful; I wasn't allowed in because, and I quote, "you don't come to a tea room with a baby."

23/12/2025: A huge thank you to Emeline and her colleague for their kindness and professionalism! They'll understand for themselves, we had a great time and were well informed, we were very well taken care of (too), with a good laugh thrown in for good measure! 😉

04/03/2026: The welcome… how to put it… nonexistent. No greeting, not a glance, nothing. We had to wait over a minute before any interaction, while the gentleman finished his rugby game (clearly more important than the customers). When we simply asked if we could eat, the curt reply was, “No.” End of discussion. No explanation, no goodbye, not even a hint of a smile. We felt like we were bothering him more than anything else. If the restaurant's concept is “emotional self-service,” then it's a success. A shame, because before we even tasted the food, our appetites had already vanished. A truly disastrous experience; the customer service needs serious improvement.
