23/06/2024: Une attente très très très longue. Après 2h30 nous sommes parties en ayant mangé seulement l’entrée. Par contre, une entrée excellente. Un serveur d’une grande gentillesse qui fait peine à voir tellement il se désole de la situation.

23/06/2024: C'est la 1ère fois qu'on nous demande de quitter un restaurant au bout de 2h d'attente et une entrée servie. Le chef seul en cuisine a eu un souci de santé et n'a pu poursuivre son travail. Mention spéciale au serveur seul aussi en salle qui a su garder son sang froid et est toujours resté correct envers nous. Nous avions de bons souvenirs de ce restaurant pour ses plats originaux et délicieux, dommage. Il aurait peut-être été plus judicieux de ne pas ouvrir le restaurant ce soir là tout au moins...

After the boss returned to the hotel to prepare a room for me herself. I was only able to enter the room at 10 p.m. One of the receptionists needs to find a career change. Avoid

20/09/2024: Campanile Restaurant lousy staff overwhelmed not up to par, we waited more than 1 hour to be served very disappointed very very average meal missing half of the dishes on the menu non-existent boss (nightmare in the kitchen) to flee.

28/09/2024: We came at 11 a.m., the restaurant opens at 9:30 a.m. We wanted to have breakfast except that the waitress told us that at this time we can just have drinks (there are à la carte breakfasts). So no pancakes or waffles or anything sweet, just juice. Okay so we left Obviously no explanation and on Deliveroo on the other hand everything was available 🤦🏽‍♀️

28/08/2024: A nice location for this restaurant but that’s the only positive point!!! The waitress (responsible, I think) is disrespectful and mocking. I was served while my husband had to wait almost 15 minutes after me to get his dish!! I was finished when it was served!!! without explanation or excuse me when I asked for it a 2nd time to be served!!! and we had dessert after a 1/2 hour wait and the only answer was we forgot!!! But still no excuses! This is unacceptable In addition, the portions are very small, made for children!!! not for adults! I'm still looking for my salmon because the piece was so small!!!! When it was time to pay, I expressed my disappointment to the waitress and she replied in a contemptuous and mocking tone that in summary she had nothing to do!!!!! To flee! Go your way

21/08/2024: Too bad I can't give 0 stars!! What can I say... Personally, I don't care who laughs at you in front of customers. Disrespect to me. Service until 9:30 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. they put away all the entries. My fish and chips stayed way too long where it shouldn't. The bib that falls on the work surface, the waitress looks like we saw it. She served it without any problems. Ms even has an ounce of remorse and ns offers something instead.. Brief. Major lack of professionalism and fresh food, I doubt that... I wouldn't set foot there again.

02/04/2024: A few distances from the South station, served by 2 public transport. Impeccable service for people with disabilities. Clean places like toilets! Seats correct and well maintained. Nice decoration, a little industrial with a touch of metal and wood: it's pleasant and full of humor. Super friendly and polite staff. Local products. Lightly salted hamburger for those who don't like too much salt

12/08/2024: Great African food. Good atmosphere. Friendly, fast service, relaxed atmosphere. Ate tilapia, and plantain. Lovely food.

26/08/2024: There was a time, tartai, tartar with Asian flavors, without being cut with a knife, remained correct. This afternoon, I was treated to a gray and dry porridge... and I felt that digestion was more painful than usual... for the price, I expect much better!

22/08/2024: A large room, a large format menu on wheels, friendly and efficient service. A good start! The rest is to match, different daily specials, and more. The hardest part is making a choice. On the plates it's simple, good but well cooked! A great discovery!
