04/09/2024: Good morning, We used the catering service of the La Chartreuse restaurant for our wedding and it was a total success! The reception and the meal were very appreciated by the guests! The team this day was really great! The service and their cuisine are fabulous. I highly recommend this caterer who works with good humor and kindness! The manager of the catering service, Gwenn, is simply a wonderful person, very professional, attentive and very efficient. Elsa and Vincent

12/08/2024: Venir à la truite dorée, c’est se sentir comme chez soi. L’accueil est très chaleureux, souriant et courtois. La carte propose une cuisine traditionnelle avec des touches de créativité. Le tataki de thon par exemple ou encore le saumon en garniture. Les cuissons et les assaisonnements sont parfaitement maîtrisés,les saveurs sont omniprésentes. Une jolie carte des vins vient en complément s’ajouter au plaisir gustatif. Mention spéciale à Antoine pour ses conseils avisés sur ce sujet. Du côté des petits bémols, pour certains plats, dans le menu, il y a un supplément parfois conséquent à ajouter. Évidemment, c’est toujours déplaisant de devoir se limiter à cause de cela. Par ailleurs, en saison la réservation est obligatoire et il faut largement anticiper mais le restaurant est victime de son succès … un bon signe finalement.

26/07/2024: Personnel très sympathique. La table est excellente et les assiettes généreuses. la vue sur la rivière depuis la terrasse de la chambre est superbe. si je devais dire quelque chose de négatif ce serait l'absence de tapis de bain à la sortie de la douche, le sol étant très glissant. sinon je recommande.

08/11/2024: I recently visited Le Belvedere with my family and was very disappointed with the service. We arrived before our reservation time but were seated at a cramped table in the corner, even though other tables with better views were available. When we asked to move, we were told seating was first-come, first served, which didn’t make sense since we arrived first. The maître didn’t speak English well and the staff member sent to assist us was unable to resolve the issue. The overall service was poor, and we left feeling frustrated and unhappy with our experience. We won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

01/11/2024: Attente un peu longue mais personnel agréable compréhensif. Rien d’exceptionnel mais On a plutôt bien mangé pour une brasserie .

22/09/2024: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (huit jours) : l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, les conseils, la propreté des chambres, leurs équipements vraiment complets (même s’il manque un pèse-personne pour gérer le poids dû à la générosité des plats). L'hébergement confortable, les délicieux repas et le service d'entretien impeccable ont dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par la façon dont tout a été organisé et par l'attitude amicale des membres de l'équipe. Nos motos ont également bénéficié d’un traitement de faveur en étant à l’abri dans un garage fermé pour la nuit (merci aux patrons de libérer l’espace en déplaçant leurs autos). Encore une fois, merci de nous avoir offert un séjour aussi agréable.

12/09/2024: Restaurant assez simple cuisine correct service bien et les serveurs vraiment disponibles et souriant . Par contre la patronne british particulièrement désagréable et peut commercante . DOMMAGE

25/09/2024: I'm calling because I'm looking for a job, I'm getting hit in the face by a lady who thinks she's the 7th wonder of the world🤣🤣🤣🤣 who has nothing to do in this establishment who has me speaking badly which is intolerable when you are in the restaurant business, you have to come in the morning something but it doesn't matter in the morning or in the afternoon the job search and a full-time job she had better keep her mouth shut don't you don't worry I will refer to your management it's intolerable plus I live 50 kilometers away the comments posted previously do not reflect the image of this establishment please never apply here don't go there anymore there are other restaurants much nicer than the one who will welcome you better run away

25/09/2024: Déçue par rapport à la réputation.. Salade et plat très simples, ça faisait un peu cantine. En revanche super de proposer un assortiment des desserts qui eux étaient très bon. J'ai trouvé la salle étouffante malheureusement.

24/09/2024: Restaurant réputé à Cahors. Mais accueil du patron déplorable. On avait réservé mais on est pas resté. Jusqu'à présent on avait jamais vu ça !!!!

22/08/2024: Personnels très désagréable, âpres une attente on a préféré aller ailleurs. La dame derrière son comptoir, après quand nous avons annoncé que nous préférions partir, elle nous a presque insulté en disant prendre nos vacances autrement que au mois d'août. Cette établissement est à éviter.

14/08/2024: Super restaurant où on y mange très bien et des prix accessibles. Il est situé dans le centre de Rocamadour. Je vous conseille vivement ce restaurant.

16/08/2024: Nous avons eu un serveur au top, Aymeric, il est agréable, souriant et très aimable, prend le temps avec le client. Le repas fût bon sauf les burgers avec pain industriel type Jacquet, nous aurions apprécié pour ce tarif, un pain artisanale...

26/09/2024: As part of a trip *Buchard Voyages* Very good hotel, a warm welcome from smiling people. The evening meal was very good in the hotel restaurant. Very quiet room, comfortable bedding. Parking very close. Bus parking on the other side of the bridge. Everything was very good. Thanks to the lovely person who lent me the umbrella 🙏🤗

01/09/2024: Amateur service, ambitious cuisine unfortunately not mastered, the setting is very friendly but that doesn't make up for everything. Details: We stayed 2 nights at the hotel on August 21/22, the bar was “exceptionally” closed on the 2 evenings (grammar lesson: once is an exception, twice is a rule, but let's move on). I start with a beer served capped, I had to ask for the bottle opener, it's not professional. We continue with a “cocktail” which is in fact a kir royal with 2 different syrups, honestly, this “signature” cocktail does not live up to the place and the menu. We continue with an unexpected appetizer (positive point) but served in a coffee saucer (are we on a truck?), it stands out with the “bistronomic” name and the very pretty plates of the dishes. The service was very fast, which is good, except that 5 minutes between the aperitif and the arrival of the dishes is much too short. We had ordered wine, we had to ask for it... it arrives, I ask for details on the appellation, big confusion from the waitress (blonde) who seems to discover the use of her sommelier, then leaves because she is realizes that she has served me the bottom of a bottle, she comes back and then spills some wine on me next to the glass. And then we're hallucinating, she starts laughing, then leaves without even offering to wipe... the dish (lamb) was very good, too bad the potatoes weren't all cooked (our neighbors had the same problem ), we pass it back to the second waitress (brunette) who doesn't care... then comes the sketch of the bill where the waitress asks me to, I quote "fill in information" without calling me a pen, then asks me asks again for the room number that she already has on the computer, in short, a team not at all up to the bistronomic pretension of the place, and out of step with the other Mercure hotels that we visited this summer. In short, there are other restaurants with a much better quality/service/price ratio in Figeac, try them!

31/08/2024: Très bonne adresse à Figeac à proximité du musée Champollion ! Gastronomie et cadre au top ! Carte réduite mais suffisante pour tous les goûts !

15/09/2024: Bonjour, côté hôtel et restauration, ambiance feutrée, équipe très sympathique, dynamique, aux petits soins, les plats sont très bons et généreux, côté brasserie, on peux déguster une boisson sur une belle place sous les platanes ou entrer dans la salle, toujours un plaisir d'y retourner ! Je recommande 👍

26/08/2024: I spent one night in this hotel at the end of July. The staff were very friendly and very kind. The room was pleasant but due to the high heat and the lack of air conditioning the night was not very restful.
