07/10/2026: The bread is quite good, and the pastries too. However, the young saleswoman is very unpleasant, not smiling, and barely polite. It's a shame. Passing through Souillac, we won't be returning to this establishment.

24/09/2026: Excellent: lovely terrace, friendly welcome, quick service despite the crowds, and above all, a generous and delicious meal.
We chose the hanger steak with fries and salad: the plate was particularly well-filled, the meat tender, and the sauce flavorful. Highly recommended!

I sat outside on a Monday. I only went inside briefly to use the restroom – it seemed a bit chaotic. I ordered the burger with fries. It was very good, but the "salad" that came with it was rather uninspired and had no dressing. It seemed to be more for decoration. If I had known that beforehand, I would have ordered another one (afterwards, I was fed up). The prices are reasonable.

17/05/2026: We stopped by for a quick coffee in the morning. The people we met were very welcoming, and when we entered, we were amazed by the decor. So we booked a table for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was high quality, and the waitress was pleasant and attentive. A very good establishment that I highly recommend.

07/09/2026: We received a warm welcome from our very discreet host. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, a real bonus for those of us who have been hiking. A peaceful place to recharge. The room is simple; perhaps it lacks toiletries like soap, shower gel, and a cup for the night. It's also a bit far, especially if you've been hiking all day.

Perfect location above the restaurant.
The restaurant boasts a superb wine selection, with excellent advice from the owner, who is also a winemaker, and his team in the dining room.
Great atmosphere and original dishes. The chocolate dessert was exceptional.
We'll be back!
10/05/2026: Passing through Martel for the weekend, we discovered Le Petit Moulin, a restaurant offering refined and flavorful cuisine. We received a warm welcome, and interacting with the staff was very natural; we immediately felt like friends coming to enjoy a meal. Thank you to the entire team and the chef. It was delicious!
