15/01/2026: Good evening, We stayed at the estate for New Year's Eve. It's a place outside of time and hustle and bustle, wonderful and relaxing. The meal was of exceptional quality, prepared with unconditional respect and love for the ingredients. Everything is done to enhance the quality of the ingredients in the dishes and the products available for purchase on-site. We were treated to a very welcoming family who readily share their knowledge and who truly love, with great respect, the nature that surrounds them! Thank you for your kindness and for sharing your home with us! We hope to return soon, perhaps in the spring to see the wildflowers!

19/10/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the absolutely incredible bedding: we slept like babies. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful, with quality products. They also offer takeaway lunch boxes (a picnic option), which are very convenient and delicious when you have nothing planned on the road. A place we recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to! We look forward to seeing you again. Many thanks to Karine and Olivier!

07/09/2024: Accueil souriant de la serveuse, nous sommes installés rapidement. Nous optons pour un plat et un dessert (formule à 13€90). Le plat choisi est de la brandade de morue, il est servi simplement dans un saladier : bon et copieux. Le dessert est par contre une déception, sur le papier une mousse de poire c’était plutôt sympa…mais elle est relativement insipide. Au total un restaurant qui nous a servi vite, ce n’était pas mauvais, mais un peu cher au regard de la qualité.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant: the very friendly waiters greeted us and gave us a seat on the terrace. We ordered homemade burgers, which surprised us with their soft and tender meat, soft buns with sauce, and uniquely shaped fries. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city and a quiet location in the city center. I highly recommend it. 👌🏻

29/12/2025: Passing through Figeac, we happened to have lunch at Le Sphinx. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. The dishes were tasty and generous, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend this establishment, which is definitely one of the best restaurants in town.

A restaurant where you feel right at home, with a simple, unpretentious lunch menu, but made with love, using good ingredients, and that rivals the often prettier but worse and more expensive cuisine of most restaurants. I recommend it if you want something off the beaten path: hearty, unpretentious French cuisine that's also very affordable! Bravo 👏🏽

18/11/2025: Weekend with my wife, at a hotel-restaurant I know very well from my business trips. We had a room on the first floor in the building before the main building. The room was simple but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed, new bathroom, large balcony with a breathtaking view of the canyon. The breakfast was plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is always very welcoming and smiling, which is lovely! I'm a loyal customer of this 2-star hotel, which offers very reasonable prices considering its website. Never disappointed, I'll keep coming back. Please don't change a thing!

16/10/2025: We arrived by chance at this place, which welcomes many bikers. It has a beautiful terrace with soft music. The menu is promising, but due to lack of time, we settled for tea, coffee, apple pie, and caramel pie. So good that we had more!! Thanks to the owner who not only provides the service herself, but also prefers payment in CASH... especially for small amounts.
