07/05/2026: This was the best place on my cycling trip. Authentic, warm, and welcoming. The rooms were charming and inexpensive for solo travelers, and the evening meal... what a treat! With food like that, the restaurant should be packed every night. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

01/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant tonight. Everything was very good. The waitresses were lovely. However, the prices are exorbitant considering the portion size. €15 for a slice of bacon, a bowl of white rice, and four pieces of pan-fried carrots...🤔 I was expecting slices of fillet or ham... It's good to know if you're really hungry.

08/06/2026: The hotel boasts an absolutely magnificent setting, both the château and the garden, with views of the beautiful Margeride region. Regarding amenities, breakfast is rather expensive, but the service and selection of products are commensurate with the price. Having stayed in the Orangerie annex, we found the accommodations more basic but nonetheless clean and functional, with very comfortable beds. As for dining, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the château's restaurant closed without prior notice, despite having a reservation. However, a solution was found with another establishment offering good value for money.

Sophisticated dishes, beautiful flavor combinations, and superb ingredients on the plate. Pleasant service and perfectly paced dining. A successful gastronomic experience from beginning to end. A truly excellent restaurant in Lozère, well worth discovering.

10/06/2026: We came for one night and ended up staying three. The entire team gave us a very warm welcome. We also enjoyed the meals and breakfasts, which were very well served and generous. Our only regret was having to leave. But we will be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling, available, and exceptionally kind. A big thank you to the chef who delighted us with delicious, generous dishes prepared with passion. Every meal was a true pleasure. Special mention also goes to the waitresses, always professional, efficient, and cheerful, who greatly contribute to the hotel's friendly atmosphere. The entire team deserves to be congratulated for their hard work and dedication. You can tell that here, guests are truly valued and that everyone puts their heart and soul into their work. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thank you all for these wonderful moments; don't change a thing, it's fantastic! 🔥

His good humor and professionalism contribute enormously to the charm of the hotel. Thank you also to Audrey, whose warm welcome, kindness, and attention to detail make every stay even more enjoyable. She is always attentive to the guests and ensures that everything is perfect. A big thank you as well to Marion, a smiling, dynamic, and very professional waitress. Her energy and kindness create a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. And finally, thank you to Lucas, who is always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. His professionalism and friendliness are greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the setting is pleasant, and the entire team puts their heart into providing a quality experience. This is a hotel you'll want to return to again and again. I 100% recommend the Hôtel des Rochers! A must-stay in Marvejols.

29/06/2026: Meh, not great at all... a salad from Lidl with half a chestnut and a cube of cheese ☹️. I absolutely do not recommend it.

02/05/2026: The restaurant was too noisy; I would have preferred the waiter to tell us we were full when we made the reservation. The service was mediocre due to a large table. It took too long. The meal was average and heavy. For 3 euros and 10 cents, there's an excellent restaurant in Aumont. The service and quality were impeccable.

29/04/2026: Restaurant review only Fast and efficient service, despite being quite busy. A wide variety of high-quality dishes, a great selection, featuring local ingredients. The portions are perfect, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: Here both dogs and guests are very well looked after. Great service all the way. So I stayed an extra day Large outdoor areas where the dogs could really stretch out after a long journey. Lovely food, accommodating all the way no matter what 👌👍🇨🇵❤️
