05/08/2024: Pleasant hotel with its park and swimming pool. Annex room to modernize. Good value for money for dinner but with an intermittent smell of fuel oil on the terrace. Reception from the reception on 02 very cold, the receptionist does not look at the customers and does not smile unlike the restaurant waitresses.

03/08/2024: Park with various impressive old trees, the shade was very welcome on these hot days! Rooms well equipped, excellent value for money.

20/05/2025: We spent two nights in this castle, congratulations for the cleanliness of the place. Perfect dinner and breakfast and thank you to the discreet and attentive staff for the customer. Beautiful exteriors surrounded by nature. In addition, the very close motorway access makes it very easy to visit the region. We left happy.

11/05/2025: An idyllic place with attentive staff. The atmosphere is totally relaxing with a room that is surprising both in terms of decoration and the charm it exudes. Let's now move on to a special thank you to the restaurant's chef and his team because it was an exceptional moment. The originality, beauty, flavor of the dishes and presentations made this moment an exceptional break. He deserves to be known and recognized for the quality of this performance worthy of great chefs! We will come back...definitely.

15/09/2024: Very unpleasant boss with her employees and customers. I don't dare go into details because we witnessed surreal reflections in a place open to the public. Even with good quality dishes, I advise against it if you want to have a nice time with family

06/09/2024: Great address near the ramparts of Malzieu town. The boss, La Ponponette, is super friendly. Nice little menu with simple but very well cooked local dishes. The room is small, best to reserve. Very efficient service. The price of the meal is around €30 (main course and dessert). Great atmosphere. Easy parking.

27/09/2024: 2nd time we have lunch there, and nothing more to say than that it is really very very good Bravo to the cooks

23/09/2024: When I read the opinions on this establishment I believe in humanity..., the service is certainly very good, the dishes for their part are of very very poor quality, myself being a cook I can say that three quarters of the products produce their freeze and have no taste!

07/11/2024: A room with dated decoration (carpet on the wall) but very clean with good bedding. A very advantageous price too, defying all competition. We had dinner there, a treat! Homemade family cooking, a special mention for the chocolate mousse which is delicious! The boss is at every position, at first you might find him unpleasant but he does everything, I don't know how he manages to keep it all together while being so efficient! Bravo to him We will come back and recommend without any hesitation

17/09/2024: Avoid having a drink in the afternoon even though you are invited to do so. A Coke for €5! Theft 😫 On an outdoor table and Under the pretext of being an exceptional place?! Garde Guerin yes is but not their court. The prices are not even displayed (obligatory - nothing displayed on the terrace / no menu) and the manager receives us with a grimace when he sees you! I'm a hiker. Theft and no sympathy. I confirm my words (Visit on 04/09:24 around 2:30 p.m. - I am not anonymous because you have seen me, my opinion is my initials, I live in Dinan 22, an exceptional city in an exceptional region! Brittany and its many medieval ones)

25/09/2024: Une halte sur le chemin de compostelle...nous avions peur vu les horribles avis que nous avions lu ....que nenni, le contraire nous a agréablement surpris...

11/09/2024: We weren't able to try the rooms because we were sleeping elsewhere. But the service and quality were there. Tasty dishes. The attentive staff, friendliness and family spirit. A place where we like to take a break. I warmly recommend, thank you to Julie and Katie for welcoming us so warmly! We will recommend you with great pleasure! Best wishes PS: we ate there 2 evenings in a row.

02/09/2024: Had a great meal during a thunderstorm. The duck was excellent, although it could have been a little more. Cheap ice cream from our own loose ice cream sales.

09/09/2024: Emblematic establishment of Nasbinals making hotel, bar and restaurant... you eat excellent Lozerian recipes with local products... festive village atmosphere, which does not prevent you from sleeping well after a long day of hiking 👍

14/10/2025: In the pedestrian heart of Mende. Nice setting and original decor. Very friendly waiter and owner! Delicious knife-cut tartare with high-quality meat! Excellent value for money. We would have loved homemade fries... so we'll be back 😉

09/11/2024: We chose to spend one night for All Saints' Day at the hotel because we knew the restaurant and its location. We found the waitress very friendly and full of humor and we were delighted to find her still as funny and efficient. The restaurant offers good dishes, good value for money. The breakfast was good and plentiful which is not always the case in hotels... We will not hesitate to come back the next time we wander around this magnificent region. Thanks to the whole team.

03/10/2024: This cottage halfway to the hotel is very pleasant, well located and clean, we found the hosts very friendly. When you arrived, the bed was already made (unlike other lodgings where you have to make your bed). Half board is not obligatory, and since the restaurant is open in the evening we were able to dine there and choose what we ate, which we really appreciated. On the other hand, upstairs it smelled a little like oil or gas, perhaps because of the heating.
