14/09/2024: Restaurant offering a wide variety of traditional dishes. you enter a room combining authentic and modern decoration, in perfect harmony with the food served. And speaking of service, I wish good luck to this boss who will serve you dishes deliciously prepared by his wife in the kitchen. Courageous people who accept additional customers when there are only two of them for a Saturday evening. A fine example of dedication as it is rare.
Thank you for this impromptu service and we look forward to it.
07/09/2024: Quite simply the restaurant of the year: from start to finish no false note with recipes faithful to the atmosphere of Aubrac. Exquisite meat, incredible gentian dessert and awesome gentian brandy. Thank you for all your efforts it was great

20/08/2024: Friendly and warm welcome, dinner ditto. Room (24) colorful and cozy. The proximity of the central street is a little noisy but we are comfortable there.
20/06/2024: Well located hotel (proximity to the center and the Tarn) and very clean room.
Evening meal and breakfast on site correct.
Very friendly manager!

19/07/2024: Très déçu de la qualité des plats.Salade de chèvre chaud très médiocre (un sachet de salade complet dans l'assiette et deux petits chèvre au miel),truite aux amandes fade,sauce au poivre pour l'hamburger infecte et hyper huileuse,moelleux au chocolat insipide! Très difficile à comprendre les commentaires élogieux de la part de certains,soit nous sommes très mal tombés,soit certaines personnes n'ont tout simplement aucuns palais gustatif !
18/07/2024: Repas gâché par les mouches. Réponse de la serveuse, sans aucune excuse en plus : c'est la campagne ! Etonnant en plein centre d'une commune de 1800 h sans exploitation animale à proximité. Donc...des questions se posent sur l'hygiène ou quoi que ce soit, mais sans excuse pour un restaurant.

23/09/2024: When I read the opinions on this establishment I believe in humanity..., the service is certainly very good, the dishes for their part are of very very poor quality, myself being a cook I can say that three quarters of the products produce their freeze and have no taste!

24/08/2024: Our gift voucher included a gourmet meal. We were served a starter buffet (tomatoes, Buratta, smoked trout...) a brazier and fruit for dessert. Far from the gastro meal billed at 55 euros!!!

Le personne est très gentil.
24/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés avec les plats, le personnel est agréable et le cadre dans le vieux village sympathique; Gros bémol: le martini rouge à l'apéro... une minuscule gorgée au fond du verre sans glace ni orange ....à un tarif classique ! Pire que dans les stations balnéaires: c'est dommage !

15/09/2024: Very unpleasant boss with her employees and customers. I don't dare go into details because we witnessed surreal reflections in a place open to the public. Even with good quality dishes, I advise against it if you want to have a nice time with family
06/09/2024: Great address near the ramparts of Malzieu town. The boss, La Ponponette, is super friendly.
Nice little menu with simple but very well cooked local dishes. The room is small, best to reserve. Very efficient service.
The price of the meal is around €30 (main course and dessert). Great atmosphere. Easy parking.

11/09/2024: We weren't able to try the rooms because we were sleeping elsewhere. But the service and quality were there. Tasty dishes. The attentive staff, friendliness and family spirit. A place where we like to take a break. I warmly recommend, thank you to Julie and Katie for welcoming us so warmly! We will recommend you with great pleasure! Best wishes
PS: we ate there 2 evenings in a row.
