20/05/2025: We spent two nights in this castle, congratulations for the cleanliness of the place. Perfect dinner and breakfast and thank you to the discreet and attentive staff for the customer. Beautiful exteriors surrounded by nature. In addition, the very close motorway access makes it very easy to visit the region. We left happy.

The atmosphere is totally relaxing with a room that is surprising both in terms of decoration and the charm it exudes.
Let's now move on to a special thank you to the restaurant's chef and his team because it was an exceptional moment.
The originality, beauty, flavor of the dishes and presentations made this moment an exceptional break. He deserves to be known and recognized for the quality of this performance worthy of great chefs!
We will come back...definitely.

09/11/2024: We chose to spend one night for All Saints' Day at the hotel because we knew the restaurant and its location. We found the waitress very friendly and full of humor and we were delighted to find her still as funny and efficient. The restaurant offers good dishes, good value for money. The breakfast was good and plentiful which is not always the case in hotels...
We will not hesitate to come back the next time we wander around this magnificent region. Thanks to the whole team.

11/09/2024: We weren't able to try the rooms because we were sleeping elsewhere. But the service and quality were there. Tasty dishes. The attentive staff, friendliness and family spirit. A place where we like to take a break. I warmly recommend, thank you to Julie and Katie for welcoming us so warmly! We will recommend you with great pleasure! Best wishes
PS: we ate there 2 evenings in a row.

15/09/2024: Very unpleasant boss with her employees and customers. I don't dare go into details because we witnessed surreal reflections in a place open to the public. Even with good quality dishes, I advise against it if you want to have a nice time with family
06/09/2024: Great address near the ramparts of Malzieu town. The boss, La Ponponette, is super friendly.
Nice little menu with simple but very well cooked local dishes. The room is small, best to reserve. Very efficient service.
The price of the meal is around €30 (main course and dessert). Great atmosphere. Easy parking.

19/07/2024: Très déçu de la qualité des plats.Salade de chèvre chaud très médiocre (un sachet de salade complet dans l'assiette et deux petits chèvre au miel),truite aux amandes fade,sauce au poivre pour l'hamburger infecte et hyper huileuse,moelleux au chocolat insipide! Très difficile à comprendre les commentaires élogieux de la part de certains,soit nous sommes très mal tombés,soit certaines personnes n'ont tout simplement aucuns palais gustatif !
18/07/2024: Repas gâché par les mouches. Réponse de la serveuse, sans aucune excuse en plus : c'est la campagne ! Etonnant en plein centre d'une commune de 1800 h sans exploitation animale à proximité. Donc...des questions se posent sur l'hygiène ou quoi que ce soit, mais sans excuse pour un restaurant.

03/10/2024: This cottage halfway to the hotel is very pleasant, well located and clean, we found the hosts very friendly. When you arrived, the bed was already made (unlike other lodgings where you have to make your bed). Half board is not obligatory, and since the restaurant is open in the evening we were able to dine there and choose what we ate, which we really appreciated. On the other hand, upstairs it smelled a little like oil or gas, perhaps because of the heating.

02/10/2024: I can only corroborate the bad reviews about this establishment.
The place is certainly magnificent but the rooms are not maintained, cleaning is more than approximate (hair, mold in the bathtub, dirty toothglass, cobwebs in the room...)
The indoor swimming pool does not need to be cleaned very often either, judging from the water line.
In short, despite the friendly welcome, there isn't much positive... it's a shame

Very poor value for money, the Half-board formula is obligatory, vigilance, no drinks included in the formula (and well billed 😏) nor the coffee... low quality meals (lasagna, a great specialty to believe, dish present in many comments). PDJ without interest, Which means even in a dormitory you end up paying a lot for the night in an outdated atmosphere, to turn out to be the most expensive night in a dormitory of my journey (STEVENSON -RÉGORDANE)

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!

To have a glass of sparkling water with two mint leaves and a piece of lime..
The cosmo was, how should I put it… DOSE alcohol level. We couldn't finish the cocktails "at least what was left of them since the waiter spilled some on the table"
Conclusion of the experience.. We left with the glasses unfinished but still -15€ less on the account
