04/11/2025: It had been at least 20 years since I had returned, and it was still just as good, beautiful room, magnificent breakfast room, same for the restaurant, only slight drawback is the menu is not cheap, however the food is delicious.

24/08/2025: If you're staying in the annex, forget about a 4-star hotel. The room, priced at €175 per night (without breakfast), is absolutely not worth that price—€140-150 maximum, and even then, considering the region. Nothing about it suggests the advertised standard: • Very dirty carpet, old and damaged furniture, stained sheets. • Outdated bathroom, with only a small bar of soap, two cardboard cups, cheap towels, and a leaky showerhead. • An obsolete hairdryer that doesn't even blow hot air. The first room we were offered was so unacceptable that we had to ask for another! And to top it all off: the advertised payment methods are misleading. The website states that holiday vouchers are accepted, but once you arrive, they tell you that in reality, only paper vouchers are accepted, not electronic ones. A practice that is borderline illegal and completely unacceptable. ❌ This establishment is neither a 4-star hotel nor a castle. Absolutely avoid it.

06/01/2026: While we're usually quite satisfied with the Globe's service, we were very disappointed this time. After pointing out that the beer had an unpleasant, sour taste and was undrinkable, we were simply told, "Thank you for letting us know." That was it. Very disappointing!

24/02/2026: It was very good; we chose two Aubrac beef steaks. The fries were excellent, and the sauces were too! The desserts were also good and beautifully presented.

04/01/2026: A warm and professional welcome, the enticing menu lives up to its promise, and the atmosphere is serene with a genuine desire to please the customer. The food is delicious, and the staff, very personable, knows their products and menu. It's an excellent experience without a single flaw. The ingredients are fresh and expertly prepared, and the price is also very reasonable considering the delicious taste. We highly recommend it! Thank you!

07/12/2025: Worst experience in this city. Cafeteria-style food in astronomical portions, the waiter was awful and aggressive towards us for no reason, I've never seen anything like it. Honestly, avoid this place.

27/11/2025: A very warm welcome for an overnight stay a few days before the winter break, and a perfect meal. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. It makes you want to come back in the warmer months to enjoy a longer stay!

02/12/2025: We stopped by on our way back from Paris, this restaurant is definitely worth the detour, nothing to complain about. Located by the lake, the dishes are generous and inexpensive.

31/08/2025: The establishment is clean, the owner is sometimes smiling, sometimes dry...the food is frankly mediocre, everything frozen, industrially grated carrots, breakfast is okay...

01/11/2025: In short, a table of 6 on a Friday night (2 adults, 4 children), despite the bar being busy, the welcome was fantastic, the service was quick, and the food was very good! The burgers were really great...and the fries...and the tiramisu (to die for)! Wow! Bravo to the chef! 👏 In short, a really nice little restaurant that's worth the trip.
