25/08/2026: A huge thank you for your excellent bread and brioche, which we thoroughly enjoyed thanks to your vending machine in Rozier. Staying at the Volpillère campsite, it was perfect! I forgot to mention that the bread doesn't arrive automatically and you have to bring it to us, so thank you twice over :)

06/08/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the individual vegetable tarts and the open-faced sandwiches, which were truly excellent. Perfect for a picnic on the Tarn River. The baguette was also very good. I was also able to bring back some local honey at a very reasonable price. I can't wait to try it! Thank you 😁

25/07/2026: If you want a good meal, go for it! We went to the restaurant for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and kindly agreed to swap the aligot (a cheesy potato dish) that was offered as a side for homemade fries. We're a bit picky about quality, but honestly, these were the best fries we've had in years! They were real potatoes, not frozen! The mushroom sauce that came with the meat was a real treat, and I don't usually like mushrooms! The floating island dessert was also excellent! It was quite busy, but we didn't feel cramped, and it wasn't too noisy.

23/06/2026: Impeccable and very friendly welcome! The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is lovely, and the surroundings are charming! I was there for a business trip and I can't wait to come back for a holiday! I give it five stars!

02/09/2026: Delicious French burgers on brioche bread and Roquefort cheese (optional) with fries. High quality food and nice atmosphere at the square!

16/08/2026: We arrived one evening at 9:30 PM. The establishment closed at 10:00 PM. We asked for two burgers. We were told they were finished serving at that time.

07/08/2026: A lovely spot, shaded terrace, quality dishes, local produce, all in a relaxed and very friendly atmosphere. Efficient service. The Belgian fries are excellent. Yes, the owner is of Belgian origin and super friendly.

06/08/2026: Food: Avoid at all costs!!! The service: We weren't even seated before they told us it was going to be a long wait! And it was! 25 minutes before they took our order… then another 25 minutes before we got our starter. The order: They didn't have what we wanted! You settled for what was left, and it wasn't good at all! Bagged salad, chicken nuggets, pre-made sauce—that's the Caesar salad for you! The cook was constantly going in and out of the kitchen to help the servers: no chef's hat… in short, hygiene needs serious improvement! The servers, who were otherwise friendly, were doing what they could in this organized chaos. Moral of the story: The restaurant business is serious business and shouldn't be improvised… here it's the complete opposite, and that's a real shame!

15/07/2026: We absolutely loved it! ❤️ We had a wonderful stay at the Logis Hôtel Restaurant de la Poste et Grange Détente. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the quality of the service. A huge thank you to Marie, the manager, who is incredibly kind and always offers excellent advice. A special mention goes to Anna, who was so lovely with our daughter Lou. Her kindness and gentleness touched us deeply. The meal was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients, and the breakfast was equally delicious and generous. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back!

03/06/2026: For Mother's Day, we had lunch at the Logis Hôtel Restaurant de la Poste and had a wonderful time. The setting is superb, with tasteful and welcoming decor. The dining room, entirely paneled in wood, offers an authentic and traditional atmosphere, giving the impression of sharing a meal in a beautiful mountain barn. The service was outstanding: the entire team was incredibly attentive and friendly, which greatly contributed to the quality of the experience. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed the refined dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The asparagus risotto was delicious, the trout in curry sauce, a local specialty, was bursting with flavor, and the lamb steak was particularly tender and delicate. And the cheese platter was simply enormous! To finish, we savored a magnificent pavlova, generous and indulgent. A special mention for the thoughtful touch shown to my mother, who received a rose for Mother's Day. A small, simple gesture, but one that means a lot and shows the care given to customers. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return. 🌹🍽️✨

11/06/2026: Don't judge a book by its cover: Sylvie might seem a bit rough around the edges, and the staircase leading to the rooms could easily put you off. In fact, while not luxurious, the rooms are perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean, and Sylvie is absolutely lovely, taking excellent care of her guests. Her cooking is delicious and very (perhaps too?) generous. The hotel is very well located. So, you can book a stay at the Hôtel des Genêts without hesitation.
