Nous avons mangé 2 jours de suite et 2 repas extraordinaire, avec des produits d’exception tels que la cote de bœuf, la pièce du boucher, le foie gras.
Et merci à Laurence pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.
08/10/2024: Décor revisité mariant le minéral et le bois, chaleureux. Carte courte mais complète, accueil sympathique. Le contenu des assiettes est en harmonie avec le décor : préparations élaborées (on aimerait parfois en connaître un peu plus sur les ingrédients mis en œuvre mais c’est secret défense !) cuissons parfaites (ris de veau succulents) au final un excellent repas pour un juste prix.

A pleasant host, of extraordinary kindness.
The room we had was very beautiful and comfortable.
As for the restaurant, we dined on a very good unique menu, local, with good products. In a very pleasant cozy atmosphere.
If you are passing through, do not hesitate to stop by.

18/08/2024: Accueil impeccable prise de commande efficace plat délicieux service top et convivial malgré notre petit chien de 38 kg un chien loup tchèque qui lui aussi a reçu tous les égards.
Il est impératif si vous passez dans la région de faire un détour par ce restaurant. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu.

I made a stop with clients on 16 Aug 24.
We were received royally there. A very family atmosphere since we were able to get to know a large part of the family and chat and laugh at length with each of them.
The rooms are small but typical of Lozère buildings, and very functional. The bedding is very good too.
Located in a charming little village, this is a hotel in which you feel good.
For me, it is 100% adopted. It will now be one of the accommodations that I recommend to my clients during my hikes.

08/08/2024: We had dinner two evenings at the restaurant in the quarry area. Good cuisine in an enchanting setting. The dishes are good and plentiful and the service efficient. Few tables and a limited menu guarantees quality.

17/08/2024: At hôtel Balme you will find everything you need without the big luxury. Clean room with shower. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The hotel is run by a small team of super friendly people. If we are in Villefort again, we will go back to hôtel Balme
