And Mr. Manager, please close the door to the parking lot because when people come in, the cold and drafts freeze those seated nearby!
05/12/2025: We had a good meal. At the end of service at 2:30 pm, the staff were pleasant and available.

06/12/2024: Lors de la prise de commande, on ne nous a pas demandé si nous souhaitions boire quelque chose. Nous avons ensuite attendu 45 minutes pour être servis alors que le restaurant était vide.
09/11/2024: Très déçue ! Cela faisait longtemps que l'on était pas venue et nous sommes par près de revenir! Les serveurs non souriants et avec pas d'expérience ,service qui laisse à désirer, pour les desserts les cuillères ont été jetées au milieu de la table, redonne la carte des desserts alors qu'une personne a la table n'a pas finis, je demande le cocktail du jour (inscrit à l'entrée du resto) le serveur n'est même pas au courant,...
En ce qui concerne la nourriture, un burger servis limite froid avec 5frites, un tartare de thon où je cherche encore le thon, la grenade, le granola et l avocat !!!!! Que les moules qui étaient corrects et encore on attend encore les rinces doigt..., bref à eviter sauf si vous voulez passer un mauvais moment !!!

15/09/2024: It was good before. Menu plus several suggestions. No extra charge. Since then there are no more suggestions, but supplements. The skate, there are more vegetables in the small ramekin than skate. The desserts remain appreciable. The internet of this restaurant is that it is the only one... In the surrounding area and that you can eat on the terrace.

23/09/2024: Bad hotel. Falls under F1 and worse. Previous resident was a smoker. Room was smelly and sticky and dusty. Too dirty to handle. Shower was the only thing that was good. Because we were returning from a camping holiday, we brought our own pillows. Never again at that address.

But I was from disappointment to disappointment, already more than 20 minutes of waiting knowing that the order was taken as soon as we arrived, room a little small, chocolate religious the choux too soft with a cream not set, Viennese chocolate with so-called homemade whipped cream sorry it's more of a whipped cream because a whipped cream we put icing sugar and the chocolate I was expecting real chocolate but no, then comes the bill and well I found it extremely expensive for what we was proposed

11/11/2024: Salle du 1er étage agréable mais plats servis très quelconques. Saumon servi froid sauce teriyaki en boîte et riz sec. Burger ordinaire et frites surgelées sans goût.
14/09/2024: Had dinner here, nice place but for me a little bit too modern. I am more in the old authentic restaurants but yeah that's personal taste of course. The food was good and I really recommend the burger so tasty. The meat and the bun lovely and fresh you should get that definately. Not too expensive eather. Maybe the Kir a little bit over the top with a burger but I liked it.

06/12/2024: 13h15 ... 25 mn d attente le serveur arrive enfin pour nous signifer pas de plat du jour.
Encore 10 mn d'attente et les serveurs passent et repassent sans nous calculer priorité aux habitués. Si vous êtes de passage sur Reims à éviter. Nous avons quand même pu manger dans une brasserie juste à côté.
04/12/2024: Café immonde sans gout et cher, patron pas aimable qui nous agresse a moitié en disant de payer de suite, pensant qu’il fallait payer a la fin. Bref endroit à fuir.

30/08/2024: Services au top, personnel agréable. Nous avons passons une bonne soirée la paella est très bonne. Le petit digestif du chef en fin de repas c'est un plaisir je vous recommande.
10/08/2024: Super accueillant, avons passé un excellent moment la paella est à tomber. Les conseils très prevenants et resonnable, le chef passe en salle.

30/08/2024: Discovery of this restaurant during a day in Reims. Lunch during the week at the end of August with the incredible Maréchal menu at €46. TOPISSIME. A line of original sweets, a starter of your choice including a gazpacio of peas with beautiful shrimp or a soft half-salted salmon, a dish including a rarely cooked tuna on the plancha or a rabbit confit with its Paimpol coconuts, a refreshing dessert with peach, lavender ice cream and matcha tea financier and to finish off a farandole of very delicious sweet treats.
Deserves its star without hesitation otherwise what's the point of guides! Fortunately 3 toques and 16/20 in Gault et Millau.
An obligation for us to come back and visit Reims!

As for the cuisine, it's a real refinement, a mixture of flavors in a resolutely fishy menu, divinely prepared!

29/07/2024: Once again... I'm not disappointed. Pffff… they are friendly, pleasant and interested in their customers. The meal was pleasant and as good as ever, with home cooking. A menu with starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €30.50. Honestly… nothing unpleasant to say 😅
28/07/2024: De twee eigenaren Stephane en Pascale doen er alles aan om je heerlijk diner voor te schotelen. Snelle vriendelijke service met mooi opgemaakte gerechten. Aanrader als je lekker en goed Frans wil eten aan de rand van Reims. Parkeren in de straat voor de deur!

With 28 degrees outside it's difficult to rest... and difficult to find a room in the surrounding hotels during a major event. In addition, the sign on the roof indicating hotel restaurant is false... No restaurant... False advertising. Very expensive hotel 80 euros per night for dismal service.
21/08/2024: The room has everything you need to spend the night. But you have to keep in mind that there is heating in the room, but there is no air conditioning. In the summer months it can be hot inside. Otherwise, everything was very good. The staff is very friendly. There are some tables outside the rooms where it is possible to sit and eat something that has been prepared, although I do not know if there is the possibility of heating it, because we brought food that did not need it. The location of the hotel is perfect for traveling: it is close to the highway but in a quiet area in terms of noise.

21/07/2024: Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que nous nous rendons "Chez Max" chaque fois que nous sommes en Champagne.
Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux par Monsieur. Service aux petits soins. Cuisine traditionnelle de grande qualité. Produits frais joliment préparés. Bon rapport qualité/prix. A la prochaine....nous reviendrons !
19/07/2024: Je komt hier niet bij toeval terecht. Hoewel op loopafstand van centrum van Épernay, ligt het restaurantje een beetje uit de route. Ook de buitenkant wekt niet de indruk dat je hier binnengaat in een prima restaurant met traditioneel Franse keuken met veel liefde voor het vak.
Wij komen om 19 uur als eersten binnen in restaurant en worden vriendelijk verwelkomd door eigenaar Max. Binnen een half uur zitten beide verdiepingen van het restaurant echter vol.
Kaart met traditioneel Franse gerechten. De, door Max aan tafel bereidde, steak tartare is een aanrader (en populair).
Prima prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding.

Très bon moment, de bons plats élaborés ,un joli cadre ...
Dommage pour ce menu avec un seul choix d ' entrée ,alors que le menu bistrot en a 3 !
Et vraiment dommage ,notre choix de champagne ,de Chigny les roses, un rosé,que nous n ' avons pas pu terminer au dessert , vraiment très trouble en fin de bouteille ???
La réponse du sommelier disant que c ' était un champagne non filtré ne nous a pas convaincue ...
Sommes champenois ,pas touristes !
Il manque un petit plus au niveau du service,
Dynamisme et réactivité.
29/07/2024: Restaurant was booked up, so as suggested I asked the staff for a recommendation. Really off hand, couldn't be bothered try the bistro in epernay. Do I need to book? Why don't I drive in to find out. Breakfast way overpriced. Worst croissant I've had in a month in france!
