20/05/2026: We got to the room early in the afternoon, it was clean, just OK, I have often missed another chair in a double room, and so did I this time. In the restaurant we did not have a common language, but the meal was great.

Fresh, local ingredients, superbly prepared and served at the ideal temperature. Many thanks to the chef and his entire team for sharing these delicious dishes. 11/10/2026: Disappointed by the welcome and service. There were five of us, and I called at 8:14 PM to reserve a table. I was offered 9:15 PM, which I accepted. We finally arrived at 9:24 PM, nine minutes late, which I fully acknowledge. However, upon arrival, we were greeted rather unpleasantly. We were immediately told that we wouldn't have time for appetizers, that we had to order our main courses directly, and that the kitchen was about to close. I completely understand the organizational constraints of running a restaurant, but there's a way to communicate with customers. If the restaurant was already unable to comfortably accommodate a table of five at that time, it would have been better not to offer us that reservation slot. What's even more surprising is that the other tables around us, about twenty people in total, received their main courses at the same time as us, and we even left the restaurant before some of them. The pressure put on our group from the moment we arrived seemed quite disproportionate. The food was decent, but the service unfortunately spoiled the experience. A nine-minute delay is certainly something to point out, but it doesn't justify treating customers this way. A little more courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference. It's a shame, because we had simply come to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends. ——— Good evening, Aurore, Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify that during my call, I was offered a booking slot, which I accepted. If this slot was too late to allow you to welcome us properly, it would simply have been better not to offer it. My comment primarily concerns the way we were received and the tone used upon our arrival, and not the fact that you have set hours to adhere to. Finally, I find it regrettable that, in response to customer feedback, you chose to end your message with a sarcastic remark about my professional life. It is perfectly acceptable to disagree with an opinion without being disrespectful to the person you are addressing. I respect your organization and your constraints, and I simply expect the same respect in return. Best regards.

05/06/2026: We went out with friends and had a wonderful time. The waiter was very charming and welcoming. We ate very well; the dishes and desserts were beautifully presented and very tasty.

29/10/2026: Rudeness seems to be the order of the day here. Dogs are only allowed outside. We wanted to have dinner. The kitchen wasn't open yet. We decided to sit outside and have a beer. When it got colder around 6 pm, we asked if we could turn on the patio heaters. The answer was no. It wasn't allowed. Then we decided to pay. The waiter asked, "I thought you wanted to eat?" with a smirk. We told him it was too cold outside. We left and found a great alternative. Super service, end of sarcasm. Totally unprofessional. We definitely won't be back. But the beer was good, that's all we could afford.

27/08/2026: I spent one night at this hotel this week and I highly recommend it: my room was spacious, very clean, and well soundproofed. The bathroom was perfect. I slept very well. The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful; you immediately feel at ease. We had breakfast there, with excellent coffee, and we would have gladly stayed longer to try the homemade fries. A lively brasserie that makes you want to take the time to chat, laugh, and simply enjoy life's little pleasures. Thank you!

08/10/2026: We had a wonderful meal. We arrived on Tuesday at almost 2 pm, and despite the late hour, the owner and the waiter were very welcoming. The dishes and desserts we ordered were delicious. We would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality and for welcoming us at 2 pm. This is truly a restaurant that I highly recommend, as do my colleagues from the Saint-Etienne-de-Montluc festival committee.

02/10/2026: In my opinion, the best restaurant in Châlons-en-Champagne. Beautiful 1930s decor, great atmosphere, be sure to book by phone, a menu with excellent culinary choices, the meats are incredibly tender. A must-try restaurant, I highly recommend it. There are so many choices on the menu that I booked a table for every day of my extended stay! 😏 Returning this October 2026, everything is still perfect, the dishes are delicious, and the staff is very attentive. Honestly, this establishment is a must-visit for me, I highly recommend it! 🙂👍

04/06/2026: We were seated at the back surrounded by bottles. It was a Wednesday night & it was nearly full. We had the bruscetta to share for entree. It was large & covered to the max with tomato & cheese. My partner had the pork filet mignon for a main & he liked it. My salmon pasta was a bit cold, but there was a lot of salmon in it. The side of vegetables was delicious. The service was a bit up & down, forgetting some items at times. Overall, worth a visit.

21/05/2026: The hotel has taken a huge, and I mean huge, step backwards! What was once an experience in the Champagne region under the previous owners (father, mother, son, daughter) is completely gone! Which is very regrettable.

17/05/2026: Excellent meal at the restaurant with efficient and friendly service. Clean, quiet, and well-equipped room. Pleasant pool; bring flip-flops to walk from the changing room to the pool.

09/08/2026: Stayed there in June. Lovely hotel right on the Avenue de Champagne. All the staff were lovely. The room was excellent and spacious with great views. Breakfast was a buffet style, plentiful and very good. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
