29/08/2026: The food was very good, however, the service needs improvement. Despite an order error, a waiter spilling ice cream on a customer behind us, and some unfriendly staff, the team is young, and we left a €5 tip on a bill of almost €160 for two adults and three children. I think that's reasonable, considering service is included in France. Well, no! Not according to the waiters, who barely turned their backs and didn't hesitate to criticize the small tip. So be it, if we return, it will be €0, and we will demand that the order error be corrected because being nice gets you nowhere. It's a shame for the kitchen staff, as my rating doesn't reflect their work.

21/05/2026: The hotel has taken a huge, and I mean huge, step backwards! What was once an experience in the Champagne region under the previous owners (father, mother, son, daughter) is completely gone! Which is very regrettable.

04/06/2026: We were seated at the back surrounded by bottles. It was a Wednesday night & it was nearly full. We had the bruscetta to share for entree. It was large & covered to the max with tomato & cheese. My partner had the pork filet mignon for a main & he liked it. My salmon pasta was a bit cold, but there was a lot of salmon in it. The side of vegetables was delicious. The service was a bit up & down, forgetting some items at times. Overall, worth a visit.

30/07/2026: Nice restaurant (lovely decor) and relatively good food, but the fries were served burnt... they weren't good. I had to leave them and mentioned it to the waitress, who told me it was difficult to get good potatoes at this time of year... perhaps she could have served a different side dish in that case. It was also a shame about the dust on the tables and glasses; we wiped them off, but the Coke glass (original design, by the way) had way too much dust. I asked for it to be replaced, which they did.
