07/03/2026: At 7:30 PM, we were warmly welcomed by the waitress who seated us at the back of the room, away from the crowd. She took our orders, but the menu didn't specify any side dishes. We chose a very thin Milanese-style veal cutlet with tagliatelle in tomato sauce (€19.90), which was completely tasteless. My partner ordered a ribeye steak with sautéed potatoes (€24.90), which was frozen and had no sauce. The meat was really poor quality and had no flavor. I found it very expensive. The waiter, dressed in black, was unfriendly and cleared our table about an hour after we had finished eating, without even asking if we were satisfied. He barely acknowledged us. Other customers had already finished their meals even though they had arrived after us. At 9:30 PM, we decided to leave because no one brought us the dessert menu. It cost us €105 for four people, which is very expensive for tasteless frozen food, and the wait was very long. There's no point going to a restaurant if you're just going to eat the same thing you would at home. I do not recommend this restaurant, which is very expensive, mediocre, and poorly organized. Despite this, the restaurant was full.
07/03/2026: The food was very average; my veal Milanese had almost no flavor. I think most of the dishes are made from frozen ingredients. Furthermore, we were seated at the back of the restaurant on the left, and we waited a good 40 minutes just to have our table cleared and our water pitcher refilled. We then waited another 10 minutes before leaving without dessert. And on top of that, it's very expensive for what it is. I definitely do not recommend it.

08/07/2025: Great delicious refined food, fast and friendly service, overall very good experience. If there’s one thing that could be better, the only thing we could think of was the bread which was not completely on point. But the rest was really great! Can absolutely recommend this place!
06/07/2025: We had a dinner for two in the nice wine cellar. We started with a cheese and charcuterie platter which was a nice way to start. For the main course we had the steak tartar and the hamburger, which were both really good (especially price quality wise). For the desserts we had the crème brûlée and the French toast, which I’d definitely recommend. We had a bottle of wine which was decent for 34 euros but by googling this the wholesale price was roughly 8-10 euros so this is an okay deal. The staff was really nice even for mwah french speakers. even making some jokes and trying to talk english.

The salmon tagliatelle and the raclette croque monsieur were exquisite, as were the chocolate fondants with whipped cream – a real treat. The setting is lovely and the staff are pleasant. We highly recommend it!

23/02/2026: A bit disappointed with the customer service! Let me explain: I contacted the establishment via Instagram to book a Sunday afternoon for a birthday celebration. I booked well in advance so we could arrange for a cake. By the time I received a reply and was put in touch with the right person (four days before), I was told that, due to Valentine's Day, a cake was no longer possible, the guests would have to choose a dessert from the menu, and I was offered a candle on the dessert. Fine! On the day, I went in the early afternoon to confirm the arrival time, and I was told "no problem." The birthday person arrived at the agreed time, and they were told there was no reservation. After choosing a dessert... no candle. Furthermore, the guests who had ordered a waffle were a bit surprised because it was just a slice of waffle, not a whole one. In short, while I don't doubt the quality of the waffle, I'm frankly disappointed because, in addition to seeming cheap, it didn't taste prepared at all. So I chose another restaurant for a meal out with my colleagues...

23/01/2026: I'm sorry, but we went there yesterday, the 22nd, to Saint-Vincent and were very disappointed. The welcome was terrible because two people were missing due to illness. The starter was average, and the main course wasn't at all what I had ordered. When you order venison and are served beef, frankly... and yet I used to enjoy going there, but they won't be seeing me again, especially when you spend over €1000 for 8 adults.
27/12/2025: Visited Restaurant Le Theatre as part of our day tour of Epernay and the Champagne region of France. Lovely three course set lunch. Restaurant was in a nice location and the wait staff was friendly and gave good suggestions. Lovely lunch was had by everyone.

07/02/2026: As regulars for 25 years, we traveled all the way from Paris on February 7th and have rarely eaten so badly. The bone marrow was a meager portion, unfortunately smothered in Parmesan (?), a first for me, and horribly salty. The calf's head was overcooked and swimming in a nameless sauce, and the sweetbreads were also in a sauce I'd never seen before, but certainly made with bouillon cubes. We'll avoid this place from now on. Our neighbors, seated at a table enjoying fish and chips with soggy fries, dissuaded us from ordering this dish. What happened?

07/11/2025: We got married in August 2025 at La Ferme de Presles and it was simply the wedding of our dreams! Franck is available, very friendly, and a true professional. The setting is superb, everything is well-maintained, especially the gardens. The meal was truly excellent from start to finish. He cooks with quality ingredients and prepares them beautifully. All our guests were delighted with the venue and the food! We will return without hesitation as soon as we have the chance.

15/03/2026: I usually leave measured reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I ordered steak tartare at a restaurant known for its meat. At no point on the menu was it mentioned that you could prepare it yourself, and the waitress didn't even ask how I wanted it. The tartare arrived already seasoned… and it was simply inedible: you couldn't taste the meat at all, only the mustard, which was far too strong. I mentioned this to the waitress once: no reaction. When the table was cleared, I mentioned it again, and I was told that I should have asked to prepare it myself. It's hard to accept when it's neither indicated nor offered. The rest of the service wasn't any better: we were a large table, and I was the only one who didn't receive dessert. On the plus side, though: the two tartares at our table were removed from the bill. But between an inedible dish, inattentive service and a very noisy restaurant, the disappointment is real.
10/03/2026: Disappointed by the portion size considering the price. 35 euros for a Camembert platter with a tiny piece of cheese... what a shame...

13/01/2026: Had an amazing evening with 4 courses. The taste was on point, steak tartare was made at the table, which I liked very much. Wine advise was also good for the meals I ordered. Professional vibes, but not too strict and “boring”. Cheese was too much, could have made the portions smaller. Dessert was okay, but underwhelming compared to the rest of the food and wine. Had an amazing evening, would recommend.

16/01/2026: No longer accepting Swile meal vouchers! Unfortunately, this is the last time we'll be coming here. We used to come often in groups, but we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that the manager had decided to stop accepting Swile cards and meal vouchers. It's quite surprising to make this kind of decision when you know that restaurants are finding it increasingly difficult to survive and that many people have meal vouchers. Deciding to stop accepting them is clearly cutting themselves off from a significant customer base and therefore revenue. Until the manager comes to his senses, well, we'll just have raclette at each other's places.
