08/12/2025: I say yes. So, open on Sundays. Thank you. Very professional. They didn't hesitate to set a place setting for two to share the foie gras. Thank you. The foie gras was very good, and the little brioche was excellent. Other restaurants don't even offer a second place setting, so you have to ask and they bring you a fork and a knife, but the plate shouldn't be too decorated... The bread basket was immediately refilled, no need to ask. For dessert, nothing is missing: spoon, fork, knife. Well done. Yes, it's very important; it has to be as good as at home. I give it 10/10. We had the kidneys, which were good. Dessert: profiteroles. You can have one, two, or three, it's up to you. I really have no negative comments. See you soon.

05/12/2025: A wonderful discovery at L’Œil de Bœuf. The meats are expertly prepared, the portions generous, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The service is pleasant, even if occasionally a little slow. A reliable restaurant in Épernay that I wholeheartedly recommend.

13/01/2026: Had an amazing evening with 4 courses. The taste was on point, steak tartare was made at the table, which I liked very much. Wine advise was also good for the meals I ordered. Professional vibes, but not too strict and “boring”. Cheese was too much, could have made the portions smaller. Dessert was okay, but underwhelming compared to the rest of the food and wine. Had an amazing evening, would recommend.

23/01/2026: I'm sorry, but we went there yesterday, the 22nd, to Saint-Vincent and were very disappointed. The welcome was terrible because two people were missing due to illness. The starter was average, and the main course wasn't at all what I had ordered. When you order venison and are served beef, frankly... and yet I used to enjoy going there, but they won't be seeing me again, especially when you spend over €1000 for 8 adults.

27/12/2025: Visited Restaurant Le Theatre as part of our day tour of Epernay and the Champagne region of France. Lovely three course set lunch. Restaurant was in a nice location and the wait staff was friendly and gave good suggestions. Lovely lunch was had by everyone.

28/02/2026: I've bought pastries from you several times over the years, and each time I've been disappointed by how excessively sweet your creations are. A quality cake shouldn't have that much sugar, even if you enjoy it! Beyond the question of taste, we mustn't forget the health aspect. Pleasure doesn't need such excess. I no longer buy from you because of this, and that's a real shame.

16/02/2026: I wasn't familiar with this pastry shop, not being from Épernay. It was a magnificent taste experience, surely the best pastry shop in the Champagne-Ardenne region (having traveled extensively). We had eight different cakes; we embarked on eight culinary journeys of excellence. Bravo to the team!

29/11/2025: Excellent cuisine served by a smiling, pleasant, and competent staff. The cod tartare is delicious, the scallops succulent. As for the desserts, what more can I say? Don't hesitate, this is an address not to be missed.

01/11/2025: I had two booking problems at this establishment (one was my mistake and the other a problem with the SNCF train network), and their team was very responsive and found solutions. Ultimately, I couldn't come due to the train issues, and my reservation was canceled free of charge. I spoke with caring, respectful, and responsive people on the phone, not just by text message. I will definitely stay at this establishment again on my next visit to Champagne.

03/01/2026: Very good sandwich, it's a shame they refuse to heat it on Saturdays! With a little more humanity, this bakery would be much more successful!
