25/01/2025: Nous y sommes allé entre potes et je ne connaissais que de nom. Pas déçu pour cette première fois, les plats sont très bons, et le service sympa 😊 Et quelle vue incroyable sur le Temple Neuf ! 🤩 J’ai juste enlevé un point par rapport aux desserts : sur ceux que nous avons choisis ce n’était pas top (tiramisu, crème brûlée et cafés gourmands), c’est la seule déception. Je reviendrai mais cette fois-ci sans dessert ou juste une glace 😉

15/08/2024: Tolles Essen, stilvoll eingerichtet und doch eine sehr lockere Atmosphäre. Dazu ein unaufdringlicher, sehr aufmerksamer Service mit der charmanten Isabell. Acht Personen, alle waren begeistert.

28/07/2024: Wenn Sie aus irgendwelchen Gründen (und es gibt nicht viele) nach Forbach kommen, gehen Sie unbedingt ins La Bonne Auberge. Die Geschwister Egloff vollbringen hier kulinarische Höchstleistungen. Wir sind eher zufällig dort gelandet und haben ohne Reservierung einen der schönsten Tische bekommen. Die Kreationen auf dem Teller waren reinste Kunstwerke (besonders hübsch der lauwarme Hummersalat) und haben auch geschmacklich vollkommen überzeugt. Die Krönung des Erlebnisses war der Service. Mit fundierter Professionalität, Charme und Witz führte Isabell Egloff uns durch das kulinarische Programm. Die Begeisterung für die Produkte (viele davon regional oder sogar aus dem heimischen Garten) ist ihr auch nach 44 Jahren noch deutlich anzumerken. Und wundern Sie sich nicht über das ausgefallene Interieur. Hier wurde nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Es muss einem nicht zwingend gefallen, aber es ist ein Gesamtkunstwerk, was sich über die Tischdekoration bis zum Geschirr erstreckt und dadurch bis ins letzte Detail konsistent und passend wirkt. Vielen Dank für den außergewöhnlichen Abend und für den Grund wieder nach Forbach zu kommen!

10/11/2024: Very good restaurant I recommend! The dishes are always well presented and have great taste! The products are fresh and seasonal. A little nod to the vegetables which are excellent! The welcome is warm and very friendly. The premises are impeccably clean. I highly recommend this restaurant which is worth the detour!

08/10/2023: I really liked the bar Restaurant le chteau fort, in Sierck les Bains. Always well suited. to have something to eat and drink there. If the weather is right you can also sit outside on the small terrace. The offering is okay and the prices are moderate. Was just there again today at lunchtime. And then strolled through the medieval alley in the neighborhood.

16/07/2024: Super Restaurant mit äußerst freundlichem und aufmerksamen Service. Uns allen haben die bestellten Speisen sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich persönlich hatte einen Salade de Poulet salé und war begeistert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!

20/07/2024: The best 👍👌 at Silvio we eat very well 😊 the piglet kebab is a treat 🤩😋 and Silvio is super nice and very helpful the Portuguese are cool 😁 I've been going to Silvio for several years now, never disappointed just when he tells me that there are no more American piglet kebabs with a very good horse egg too 🤗😉!!! so don't wait any longer, meet at Silvio's in Audun le Tiche (57) on the Luxembourg border!!!...

29/09/2024: Le plat était parfait, compliment au chef qui me faisait craquer comme les bonnes frites que nous avons dégusté. Merci au service. P.s. Je peux donner mon numéro au chef la prochaine fois.

14/09/2024: Filets de bœuf comme du carton. Frites molles et grasses. Hamburger ok. Crêpe au sucre fade et sans saveur . Très déçue de cette première expérience dans ce restaurant

16/05/2024: Belle présentation, bon mais si vous êtes vegan mangez avant ! 3 asperges et un peu de courgettes râpées pour le plat. Bien pour une entrée mais pas pour un plat unique. Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est !!! Quel dommage!

22/12/2025: Traditional restaurant. Simple, home-style cooking. The red meat is excellent. The service is adequate. The dining room decor is a bit dated.
