23/11/2025: A delicious local culinary journey... (and I don't understand English). We had the First One Menu!! A real treat! I'm usually very critical, but not a single flaw here!!! The waitress's youthful energy, combined with her excellent experience, guides you through the 9 courses, executed like a true chef! (You have to be careful, sometimes they're just former mechanics.) The porcini mushrooms were cooked to perfection... the sole was so delicious I could have eaten it for dessert too!!! To put it simply, you reach the end, and that's when you feel relieved to have enjoyed such a superb meal... for me, it's the must-try gastronomic experience in Bayonne... I thank the lady who invited me...

16/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! This brasserie, located next to the Bayonne Courthouse, is an excellent place for lunch on weekdays. We ate inside, but there's also a pleasant outdoor terrace. The value for money is unbeatable: a delicious daily special for less than €10—it's hard to beat! The staff is truly attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For families, there's a children's menu, and although high chairs aren't available, booster seats are available. A nice bonus: the option to order dishes and desserts to go is handy. However, I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table, as this place is very popular. In short, a simple, efficient, and friendly place that I highly recommend.

A minor criticism: the menu is a bit short, but more importantly, the portions are too small—they look like appetizers… we're in a country known for its delicious food and convivial atmosphere, so a bit more substance is needed. But kudos to the young owners, who have so much potential.

29/08/2024: Day 23/08/24. We made a reservation for 8 people and ate on the terrace. The space was a little tight. If you take into account that France is not Spain, when we talk about good food, I have to say that the menu was correct. The "plat du jour" (dish of the day) had a supplement if they were a little more consistent. Despite these points, we had a good lunch. To us, coming from the Basque Country, it seemed more expensive, but we expected it. Correct everything.
