22/02/2026: Beware, there's been a change of ownership. The cuisine is similar, but lacks the finesse and delicacy of the previous dishes. The menu is strangely reminiscent of the old offerings, but doesn't match the quality and flavor of the food. A shame. Hopefully, things will improve over time. The price-quality ratio is unsuitable.

10/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

26/02/2026: I love this place. The setting, the location, the decor, the service, the menu—everything is there for a pleasant time, with the ambiance of a Parisian brasserie and the warmth of Béarn! A special mention to our waiter, Jean-Daniel, a ray of sunshine (and incidentally, a very good waiter 😉). I highly recommend this brasserie!

25/02/2026: Excellent welcome, attentive and efficient servers. There were five of us, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, each one as well served as the next. Excellent salads, very generous and fresh, meats equally generous and tender, and a little bonus: homemade fries👍. Desserts are the same, also homemade. In short, a very good brasserie on the Pau square, "shade and sun." I recommend it.👍😀

In the kitchen, Chef Sébastien creates dishes that are veritable works of art, as splendid to behold as they are exquisite to savor. 17/02/2026: The food was very good, but the service could be improved. The main course and dessert were very good, with a special mention for the dessert, which was truly excellent. However, the meal started somewhat disappointingly. The waiter refused to change the dessert on the set menu, even offering an extra charge, and then also refused to replace the broccoli with a simple handful of fries. It's a shame, as a little flexibility would have been appreciated. I even pointed out that there's no shortage of good restaurants in Pau, implying that this kind of rigidity might discourage us from returning. To his credit, the waiter later made up for it by offering us a plate of fries, a gesture we appreciated.

17/02/2026: A meal with friends for a birthday. Perfect welcome, very pleasant staff. A good selection from the à la carte menu. Beautifully presented dishes, fresh and seasonal produce. Our taste buds were delighted. Highly recommended! You can go there without hesitation.

12/11/2025: Excellent service, even though the restaurant is tiny and unassuming. The lady gave us great advice, and the galettes were delicious! My daughter is allergic to gluten and sugar, so we were able to adapt her meal without any problem. The beer with cider 😬, I highly recommend it.
