10/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

22/01/2026: Last night, I dined at this restaurant on a recommendation. The welcome, the service, and my meal were simply perfect. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the soundproofing of the restaurant. Later, when it got quite busy, the noise level increased disproportionately. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I found it uncomfortably loud. Nevertheless, this restaurant comes highly recommended and is worth every penny.

It has a classic French brasserie atmosphere 😊 Whether with colleagues or family, we're never disappointed, whether it's the food, the ambiance, or the professionalism of the servers. The brasserie atmosphere is very friendly, and the menu is extensive. The dishes are simple but of excellent quality. There's something for every budget, and it's very reasonably priced considering the generous portions—everything is homemade! You can book online and specify your reservation preferences. I highly recommend this café/restaurant 🤗

28/11/2024: My best restaurant to date in Pau center 👌👏 This bistronomic wine bar is a gem 🤩 I highly recommend Fresh and inventive cuisine, small but varied menu, friendly and welcoming team, and obviously a large choice of good wines. The only downside is the slowness of the service. The chef seemed overwhelmed by his success that evening 😏

08/01/2026: A slice of Bearn with all the classic local dishes. Fresh regional produces. Desserts are awesome and there is a large selection of homemade icecreams and sorbets. Service is super fast and staff is very friendly highlighting the french south west welcoming spirit. A must stop over for a lunch or dinner if you visit Pau. There are convenient parking spaces in front and back.

03/01/2026: We booked for a birthday celebration; it was our first time there. The manager gave us a wonderful welcome; she was very friendly and lovely. The meal was excellent, especially the hake with risotto! We will gladly return.

14/09/2024: Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr leckeres frisches Essen - die Zutaten werden auf ungewöhnliche aber gelungene Weise kombiniert. Sehr aufmerksamer und unkomplizierter Service - gute Weinkarte. Am besten hat uns die Vorspeise Taboule geschmeckt.

18/11/2023: Buckwheat crepe too small, not filled enough and borderline hot. Given its size, it should cost €8 maximum and not €10.50. Plus the so-called shoulder is just supermarket ham. The boss should understand that we do not serve at the table when the customer is in the toilet, especially when he only has 2 customers.

06/01/2026: Superb hotel, both inside and out. Pleasant and attentive staff. Very nice rooms, great breakfast. Excellent service, a true 5 stars. The only major drawback is the adjoining establishments: the bar/restaurant and the gourmet restaurant. Two bad experiences that make me deduct a star from my overall rating. I don't know if I'll return because of this.
