24/09/2024: A big thank you to the desert stopover for making our wedding unforgettable! The setting is magnificent, the catering excellent, and Émilie was remarkably attentive and available throughout the preparation. Our guests were charmed by the beauty of the place and the quality of the dishes. Thanks to perfect organization, everything went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our big day!

10/09/2024: We just had our wedding at Desert Stopover and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is magnificent, Émilie and Vincent took great care of us and our guests! The 24-bed gîte next door is a real plus. Many thanks for everything!

26/04/2024: Nous nous sommes rendues à Bleu de toi en une soirée vendredi. L'accueil fut très doux et cordial. Le restaurant est très chauleureux et peu bruyant. L'ambiance du restorant nous replonge directement en bretagne, avec des posters, des colories marins. Nous avons commandé une galette complete et une gallette jabon fromage. Le service était rapide et chaque crêpe servi avec son bol de salade. Nous avons beaucoup apprécier les galettes. La garniture était copieuse. Ensuite nous sommes passées au dessert : crêpe chocolat crème de marron et crêpe nutella. De nouveau, nous avons pu noté la generosité de la garniture. Les crêpes étaient très belles et très bonnes. Nous avons donc passé un très bon moment. Notre seul remarque negative concerne le beurre, nous aurions aimé que les crêpes soient d'avantage beurrées.

31/01/2026: Unacceptable handling of security deposit and guest treatment We stayed at Manali Lodge in Courchevel 1650 from 25–28 January (3 nights). The stay cost €7,000, yet the hotel required a €4,000 security deposit, which already felt excessive. I paid it in good faith. After checkout on 28 January, the property was left in good condition and no damages were mentioned. As of 31 January, my deposit had still not been released. When I followed up, I was told they were “still checking with housekeeping,” days after checkout, with no written report, no explanation, and no timeline. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. On top of this, during our stay the hotel paid €100 for a transfer in the middle of the night due to a special situation when we were not at the hotel. Despite already holding €4,000 of our money, management made a big issue over this amount and insisted that we immediately come down to reception to pay it on the spot, instead of simply deducting it from the deposit or handling it reasonably. Until we got back to the hotel. This behavior shows a lack of professionalism, poor guest handling, and questionable financial practices. I would strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious regarding deposits, additional charges, and how payments are managed. Transparency and prompt refunds are essential in hospitality—unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

12/01/2026: Manali_Lodge = Airbnb, period. It's shockingly odd that guests are expected to tidy up their own trash bins, and to buy their own supplies from supermarkets nearby because the hotel constantly runs out of basic things. Go to the newest reviews. Accounts with the “Local Guide” label give 5 ⭐️(the orange badge), but regular accounts leave extremely bad reviews. I'll leave the rest to you if you're reading.

03/07/2024: They are the worst crooks I have ever known as an apartment owner in Menuires. In fact, they do not respect the rental contracts between owners and their agency (when you ask them to provide the contract they make with the tenants he does not give them to you because they rent more than the contract you signed with them) be very careful

07/05/2024: Good service. Friendly and very polite. The apartment generally met our expectations. Perfect management of ski passes

19/03/2024: Nous avons passé un agréable moment. La raclette était très bonne le fromage était délicieux ainsi que nos desserts. Notre serveuse était très sympathique. Le seul bémol était le cocktail qui était un peu décevant mais la gérance a su remédier à celà. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

17/03/2024: Accueil et service irréprochable. Des mets savoyards de très bonne qualité et un rapport qualité prix très correct. Un grand bravo à o équipe de cuisine pour leur efficacité. Et une mention particulière pour Nathalie et Eva pour nous zvoir accueilli malgré des réservations tardives.

22/09/2024: Really pleasant setting and atmosphere, on the edge of the beach, perfectly decent cuisine, the service is friendly but there can be a long wait, this is a recurring problem in more and more restaurants with the lack of staff. Slightly expensive prices which have not improved since recent inflation. But the success is there....better to reserve the weekend!

22/09/2024: After two original and excellent starters, a sublime grouper for two, perfectly cooked. A little noisy but with your feet in the water you forget everything. I recommend.
