22/06/2026: I received a very warm welcome. The hotel is located near shops and a canal. The room is comfortable, clean, and functional. There's even a fan available. The value for money is very good.

07/06/2026: We just spent two nights at the Fasthôtel in Claye-Souilly, and the experience was very disappointing. The room was barely cleaned. The bed was simply made up, with no real cleaning. Furthermore, the soap and shampoo samples weren't even replenished for the second night. The exterior of the hotel also gives an impression of neglect. The grounds are in a deplorable state, with overgrown vegetation that looks more like a jungle than a well-maintained garden. The worst part, however, was the breakfast, which cost €8. A real disappointment: the bread was as hard as a rock, nothing seemed fresh, and the cereal was so clumped together in its container that we had to hit the dispenser to get a few grains out. Given the quality, this price is completely unjustified. The only positive point: the tea was decent, but it would have been hard to go wrong. Overall, this experience makes me absolutely not want to return or recommend this establishment.

05/05/2024: Accueil Aimable. Salle de restaurant agréable. Service souriant et rapide. La carte change quotidiennement, le choix est un peu court, mais varié. Type de cuisine familiale traditionnelle avec application. Les plats sont bons et fait maison sur place. A souligner que la quantité de garniture dans les plats est faible, même pour des petits mangeurs. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est très correct. En synthèse, un déjeuner sympathique et qualitatif

05/09/2023: Heartwarming welcome. Reasonable prices. Cooking claimed to be home-made but is not.

04/09/2023: The boss, very smiling, pleasant and caring, welcomed us wonderfully. We were passing through for a wedding and slept there. Everything was very clean, you can go there with your eyes closed.

10/07/2026: Does respecting your neighbors mean anything to you? Playing loud bass outside all night is unacceptable; we can hear you even though we live more than 2km away.

16/08/2024: Le restaurant est super bien placé. Le cadre est idéal pour une soirée entre amis/famille. L’équipe qui s’est occupée de nous était également très agréable. Je recommande !

05/08/2024: Superbe soirée. Nous avons eu une belle table en U pour 5. Les enfants étaient ravis, nous très heureux également. Serveuse adorable et hyper à l'écoute. Elle a très bien gérée son service. La salle de restaurant est super jolie, bien tenue, propre. Le repas succulent comme d'habitude.

30/07/2024: Pas le plus beau restaurant mais l'accueil est excellent, le service agréable et la cuisine de bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement.

21/06/2024: Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons passé un agréable moment sous la véranda car c’était un jour de pluie avec un repas copieux et savoureux ,les crêpes au dessert ont été bien appréciées. Le restaurant est bien situé dans le cœur du centre ville, nous recommandons ainsi que le chien Shadow qui a reçu gentiment un bol d’eau .

06/12/2023: Chambre malodorante (fait récurent semble t il eu égard aux différents avis) odeur très prononcée d égout et ce en permanence. Douche sale présentant des moisissures ( il existe des produits pour ce type de problème en vente dans les magasins d outillage et drogueries) sans oublier bien sûr les poils des anciens occupants. Voir les photos jointes qui parlent d elles-mêmes. Il y a de petits hôtels en province non classés qui n ont vraiment pas à rougir lorsque l on voit cela. Manifestement il ne faut pas se prendre pour ce que l on est pas..... (un peu le problème de cette region).

25/10/2023: Jai réservé une chambre il y a 1 mois pour faire une surprise à mon fils et sa petite amie, et quelques jours avant le jour j'y l'hôtesse de l'abbaye me contacte pour me dire qu'on va devoir annuler la réservation car il va y avoir des travaux toute la semaine du 30 octobre, curieux quand même des travaux comme ça de dernière minute !! par contre samedi deux jours avant les travaux il y a un mariage et ça bien-sûr on annule pas !!!! Ils vont pouvoir faire leur chiffre d'affaires !! Alors annuler une chambre d'un couple pfffff ça leur passe au dessus de leur tête ! Très déçu de cette Abbaye j'aurais pas pensée ...!!!! Et incorrecte de leur part !!!

12/07/2026: My stay at Campanile had a rough start, but it ended on a very positive note thanks to the outstanding customer service. When I arrived late in the evening, I was mistakenly charged €85 more than my booking total of €233. The first room I was given also had several maintenance issues—the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the shower overflowed, flooding the bathroom. To make things more difficult, the room was in a building without a lift, and I had to carry my luggage upstairs on my own after a long day of travelling. The next morning completely changed my experience. Rahim at reception was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He arranged for me to move to a much better room, personally helped carry my luggage, and made sure everything went smoothly. The new room was more spacious, very comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet, which made for a much better night’s sleep. Being on the ground floor also made checkout much easier. I’d also like to thank Matthew, the hotel manager, for resolving the billing issue promptly by refunding the €85 in cash, which was especially helpful since I was travelling. As a thoughtful gesture, the hotel also gave me a complimentary late checkout, which I truly appreciated. Although my stay didn’t start well especially with the women in the recepion, the way Rahim and Matthew handled the situation made all the difference. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. They are a real credit to the hotel.

15/06/2026: They mention airport shuttle but it's not passing, you try to reach them on the phone and no answer despite MANY calls over an hour (the message says we're going to take your call but you can stay on line 20mn+, nobody takes your call) Bad airport hotel with crappy transfer service
