28/08/2024: A big thank you to Jonathan and his entire team. They allowed us to have a wedding that exceeded our expectations. Our guests gave us nothing but compliments, whether it was the meal, the decoration, the fireworks and this superb evening. Jonathan and his team reassured us, supported us, and allowed us to be calm on the big day and we are very grateful, we were able to enjoy our wedding until dawn! Many thanks! We recommend with your eyes closed!

26/08/2024: Close to Paris, very beautiful, very large, well planted with a pond, enclosed with parking, its old roofless church, which is used for secular ceremonies, its rooms for dining and dancing, all supervised by a very professional team.

30/08/2024: Cet avis concerne le Chaplin sur 2 prestations différentes, le restaurant et le service traiteur. Concernant le restaurant, on y trouve un menu unique composé de 2 entrées, 2 plats et 2 desserts plus une sélection sympa de viandes à la carte. Tout est très travaillé, les produits sont bons et la présentation est très belle, ce qui forcément donne envie. Le couple de gérants tout comme les serveuses sont très sympa, il y toujours un petit mot, une attention qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien ! D'un point de vu tarif, le menu est à 16.50€ difficile de faire mieux pour un repas de cette qualité ! D'autant plus que les quantités sont là ! Le traiteur : nous avons fait appel à leurs services pour nos 10 ans de mariage, je peux chercher dans tous les sens, tout était PARFAIT ! Le vin d'honneur excellent avec des quantités astronomiques, le repas était savoureux, et le dessert une merveille ! L'équipe a été aux petits soins pour nous pendant toute la soirée. Les invités étaient conquis et nous aussi bien entendu ! Merci à toute l'équipe nous avons vécu un moment d'exception grâce à vous 😀.

09/11/2025: Always fresh products, well presented and impeccable cleanliness. I love their concept and their sandwiches and various breads are excellent. The owners are discreet and always pleasant. I go there every time I go to Coulommiers. My only regret is that they are closed on Saturdays when we are out and about in Coulommiers.

29/05/2024: We came to this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. Coming by bike, with a beautiful hill to climb, we enjoyed arriving at the castle via a beautiful path. The park is magnificent, the setting very pleasant. The aperitif in the lounge was very enjoyable. The dining room also has a view of the park. The service was impeccable, the waiter was adorable and we were made very welcome. The food is quite simple but excellent. Thank you for this moment!

23/09/2025: A great discovery during the 2025 Heritage Days. Brewers are passionate and proud to share their craft. A tasting session at the end of the visit allows you to form your own opinion. A beautiful and good range of beers.

22/09/2025: Visit during Heritage Day, excellent welcome and very interesting explanations, we already knew the beer and so we saw its design and other varieties.
