18/08/2024: Overwhelmed staff (lack of staff) and not very fast and responsive, soft cake (in Brittany they make it crispy), 2 hours of waiting, no commercial gesture, friendliness with variable geometry, ultra expensive cider

28/06/2024: The waiter is a real idiot. I only had disgusting fries. He took my plate since I only had fries. Not recommended

07/06/2024: The welcome is deplorable, the waiter was very unpleasant, the service needs to be reviewed. The waiter served us by putting his fingers in the glasses.

30/11/2023: Hosted an event here last week in the hotel's reception room, and recommend it very highly as a venue. The room's setup is extremely simple, just "plug and play" if you need to show a PPT or any kind of materials from a computer. The catering was unfussy and very tasty, and we were able to provide the wine ourselves (the hotel charged a very reasonable corkage fee). The 2 members of staff who set up the food were courteous and professional, very happy to go the extra mile to make us comfortable, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is charming: set back from the street, with its own courtyard, a fire pit and terrace. Simple but elegant design. There is one receptionist and few other staff members; however, everyone we spoke to was responsive and professional. I went up to see my friend's room inside the hotel and it was, again, simple and elegant - quite a number of rooms have their own balconies which is a lovely feature. A 10/10 from me.

29/07/2024: J’évite à tout prix cet enseigne mais je n’avais pas le choix. Toujours aussi cher et d’une qualité affreuse ! C’est horrible ce qu’il propose. Un sandwich avec des pains de la veille. J’espère vraiment que ces magasins fermeront car c’est une honte absolue !

18/07/2024: Le café allongé y est infect.... du vrai Jus de Chaussettes!!!! Malgré la remarque le caissier est resté quasi indifférent..... Vu les prix il aurait pu au moins me le changer!! Le café au Relais est bien meilleur et surtout moins cher....Aucun professionnalisme juste pressé d'encaisser les gens... alors abstenez-vous n'allez surtout pas là-bas.

24/09/2024: A FUIR !!!!! Plus d'1h30 de retard sur une commande qui prenait déjà 40 minutes alors que nous habitons à 5 minutes du dominos. J'ai appelé à 3 reprises le DOMINOS qui m'a donné des mensonges pour mettre la faute du retard sur leur pauvre livreur. La commande est arrivée chaude donc la faute n'était pas leur livreur mais eux. Du jamais vu en termes de retard et patron très désagréable au téléphone ! FUYEZ !

13/08/2024: I received a pizza all dripping wet on delivery… (published in photo) It's not the first time, there's always something. Plus there's a lot of cheese on the pizza and a few unfortunate pieces of merguez fighting in duels (oriental)... It's a shame for a Dominos which is basically well renowned but the one in Torcy is not that at all. No matter how much we complain, nothing changes...

22/09/2024: Very familiar waiters, uncleaned tables, cold meals, buckets of water in the restaurant, lousy toilets. In short, move on.........

30/08/2024: In 2022, the service, the kitchen and the room were OK. In 2023 we had doubts because the quality/price ratio had fallen. During the last visit in June 2024, we confirm: .the staff is not very smiling. .The quality of the cuisine has deteriorated. .the tables were poorly cleaned. In short, it’s expensive and not fun.
