10/08/2024: Hotel very in keeping with the environment, very medieval. Very spacious room and renovated bathroom. The breakfast was very complete and good. But I want to highlight the kindness of the owner. Despite not speaking Spanish, we were able to understand each other. Thank you very much!!!

03/09/2024: **Décevant et à éviter pour le prix** Je me suis rendu au restaurant "La Part des Anges" à Castres avec de grandes attentes, mais malheureusement, l'expérience a été largement en dessous de ce que l'on pourrait espérer pour le prix. Dès l'accueil, l'ambiance a été glaciale, avec un manque flagrant de convivialité et d'humour. Nous avons eu une remarque désagréable lorsque nous avons signalé l'absence du menu à 23 euros sur le flash code disponible sur la table. Aucune remise en question de la part du personnel, ce qui montre un manque de considération pour les clients. Les plats eux-mêmes étaient une autre source de déception. L'entrée, bien que visuellement plaisante, était déséquilibrée en saveurs. Quant au plat principal, il était tout simplement immangeable : la viande était surcuite au point de devenir sèche et difficile à mâcher. Le vin, censé accompagner le repas, a été servi en retard, tout comme le pain. Cela a gâché l'harmonie du repas. L'apéritif, quant à lui, était servi en quantité dérisoire pour un prix exorbitant, ce qui accentue encore plus le sentiment de mauvaise qualité-prix. Le seul point positif de la journée a été une des serveuses, qui s'est montrée agréable et souriante. Cependant, l'autre serveuse semblait perdue, hésitante et grimaçait même en énonçant le menu, ce qui n'a pas aidé à améliorer l'ambiance. En conclusion, pour le prix que ce restaurant pratique, je ne recommanderais pas "La Part des Anges". Je ne compte pas y revenir et j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement au personnel sur place, leur indiquant que j'allais partager mon expérience.

03/09/2024: **Disappointing and avoid for the price** I went to the restaurant "La Part des Anges" in Castres with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of what one would expect for the price. From the reception, the atmosphere was frosty, with a blatant lack of conviviality and humor. We had an unpleasant comment when we reported the absence of the 23 euro menu on the flash code available on the table. No questioning from the staff, which shows a lack of consideration for customers. The dishes themselves were another source of disappointment. The entrée, while visually pleasing, was unbalanced in flavor. As for the main course, it was simply inedible: the meat was overcooked to the point of becoming dry and difficult to chew. The wine, supposed to accompany the meal, was served late, as was the bread. This spoiled the harmony of the meal. The aperitif, for its part, was served in ridiculous quantities for an exorbitant price, which further accentuates the feeling of poor quality-price. The only positive point of the day was one of the waitresses, who was pleasant and smiling. However, the other waitress seemed lost, hesitant and even grimaced while stating the menu, which didn't help improve the mood. In conclusion, for the price that this restaurant charges, I would not recommend "La Part des Anges". I do not intend to return and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff there, telling them that I would share my experience.

12/12/2024: Nous réservons pour 21h30, sachant que le restaurant mentionne être ouvert jusqu'à 23 heures. À l'arrivée il faut prendre juste un plat car les cuisines sont fermées. Nous commandons donc chacun un plat qui arrive deux minutes .... après avoir été décongelé probablement au vu ides légumes proposés (fèves fraîches en décembre !) Cuisine, solennelle et inintéressante Décor improbable Salle bruyante À fuir

12/12/2024: Déception, cher pour ce qui se retrouve dans l’assiette. Le poulet est très sec, le tout sans saveur. L’homme à l’accueil n’est pas très accueillant. Pas très chaleureux. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

01/12/2024: Nice and very friendly place very close to the flying club, 100m from the taxiway. A landing, a good meal and we take off.

22/11/2024: Very pleasant meal. Quick welcome, quick service. Complete menu (starter, main course, dessert, glass of wine and coffee) at a more than reasonable price. Excellent dish and very well presented with perfect seasoning for my taste. Even the glass of wine was good. I highly recommend this little restaurant. Ps: A little touch of decoration would be the icing on the cake.

27/08/2024: Au sein de l'espace Aigueleze, ce restaurant a un cadre très sympathique où nous avons pu dîner sous des arbres. Un accueil et un service très sympathique et simple. Avec une petite carte et des produits simples et goûteux. Une adresse sympathique

21/08/2024: Cuisine goûteuse avec des plats de la région. Les farçous aveyronnais étaient délicieux. Petit bémol pour la noix d'entrecôte (à 24€ tout de même !) qui n'était pas du tout tendre. Service rapide et souriant.

Having given a voucher for the restaurant...we were not disappointed...really impeccable and we will come back...a very warm welcome, good service with explanations of the dishes, and above all very good cuisine...quality for money impeccable...
