09/01/2025: Very warm welcome, excellent traditional cuisine, I recommend the Albigensian tripe, a treat, we will come back because we loved it!

07/01/2025: Surely one of the last little Strawberry bistros, Atmosphere, cuisine, service as we like them. If you pass through Albi or if you live there, there is something to do and do again.

12/10/2025: Bar to avoid!!!! Unpleasant waitress, spills water on you, doesn't apologize and finds arguments because it's not her fault, what's more she throws the cloth at you to clean the water!! Plus she rips you off on the bill

12/10/2025: Bitter, unpleasant waitress spills a glass on us, and a fork full of Nutella on it, without much apology, almost telling us that it was up to us to clean it up. And rips off the bill.

20/08/2025: A lovely setting, a terrace with a great view, friendly and welcoming staff, a good main course with excellent value for money (18 euros), an excellent tiramisu at a low price (4.50), a pleasant regional wine and a coffee. All this good meal for 27 euros for lunch. I will come back.

03/10/2024: What a wonderful place to eat in Lautrec. Such a warm welcome, an enchanting atmosphere, and the food is superb. Would highly recommend if you are in this lovely village. A bonus is the interesting librarie, wishing I could read French, they have so many interesting books

06/11/2025: We came for lunch without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The meal was very good and excellent value for money. They gave us good advice on the white wine... a friendly place, just the way we like it.

05/11/2025: The "standard" room was tiny, not to say cramped. The bed was pushed up against the wall, there was no bedside table, and the lighting was practically nonexistent. A ridiculously small, cluttered shelf served as an unusable desk. The bathroom sliding door had broken rollers. The sink had several cracks and chips, and no drain. The toilet seat was broken, just placed there. The shower grout was moldy. The light switch was dirty. Ventilation was inadequate because the window was too high. The old-fashioned shower faucets were rather annoying. The toilet paper dispenser was unsuitable because the sheets tore constantly! And the dispenser was right behind you! The breakfast was simple but adequate, the staff was pleasant, and the location was central. Public parking was extra because the hotel didn't have its own. In short... the negatives far outweighed the positives.

08/07/2025: Only concerns the bistro, not the restaurant. The cleanliness of the glasses leaves something to be desired. As for the toilet area, I don't think it's cleaned often. Black deposit all around and at the bottom of the bowl. Sink is the same. Too bad the hygiene service doesn't come. Smells of urine. Move on by.

The cafe has very dirty restrooms, smells of urine, a dirty sink, and most importantly, I had a drink in a glass with food scraps stuck to it. It wasn't limescale. A tourist spot like Cordes-sur-Ciel deserves a bistro that lives up to this place's reputation.
