15/04/2026: I rarely use Google to leave reviews, but La Verrerie restaurant never disappoints me, whether for personal or business meals. It's always excellent value for money, in a superb setting right in the city center. I always go there with complete confidence because their vegetarian dishes are fantastic, thank you!

09/04/2026: We had a lovely stay here while searching for our wedding venue. The setting is truly beautiful – the views over the verrerie are stunning, and the grounds are peaceful and spacious. The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with a large pool, gazebo, and unique bamboo trees that add a special charm to the property. We also had dinner on-site, which was excellent. The chef adapts the menu seasonally, and the food felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The dining space is lovely, especially the outdoor terrace. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with a generous buffet and a great mix of options, including hot items like freshly cooked eggs. There are 14 bedrooms on site, which are simple but comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. That said, the rooms would really benefit from some updating and attention to detail. For example, many rooms have a shower separated only by a curtain rather than a proper door, and ours could have used a bit of paint touch-up and a deeper clean. Overall, it’s a beautiful venue with a lot of potential. With some refurbishment and modernisation of the rooms, it would be truly exceptional.

16/08/2026: We arrived for lunch without a reservation (4 children). We were told there would be "a bit" of a wait, which was normal! The problem is that "a bit" turned into "a lot," and our orders arrived incomplete or mixed up... The duck breast was overcooked, the salmon fillet undercooked. If you have children or are on a tight schedule, avoid this place.

16/08/2026: A waiter with curly hair and an earring was very unpleasant and spoke rudely to the customers; a waitress even announced that they stopped serving coffee at 6 PM. I'm not quite sure what to think of this place.

25/07/2026: Very good restaurant, lots of activity, fast service, excellent food, great atmosphere with karaoke

20/06/2026: I discovered this restaurant, voted best brasserie bistro of 2026, so I went there out of curiosity. Located in Gaillac, not far from Toulouse, I had a wonderful time. I ordered an entrecôte, a very nice cut of meat, and everything was truly delicious. There's also a great selection of beers and wines, which is a real plus. The video projector and two televisions were showing the World Cup matches, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The beautiful setting, with its view of the square, really adds to the charm of the place. A very enjoyable experience at a highly recommended spot.

23/08/2026: Visiting my sister in Gaillac, we enjoyed some delicious pizzas 🍕 on a lovely terrace overlooking the main square. A nice place with friendly smiles (it's so refreshing!) and a real treat 😁 Two sizes to choose from: the small pizza, served with a salad 😋 a delight... I highly recommend this place, and the prices are very reasonable. Well done! Signed, the little sister from Bouillon Gaillac 😁

10/08/2026: It took 45 minutes to be served because my partner ordered a baked Camembert; that's a long time. I even gave a tip for half a Camembert.

14/08/2026: Avoid at all costs!! This restaurant is a chaotic mess where the servers are constantly rushing around and the atmosphere is tense. As for the food, the Caesar salad, served without dressing and containing cold, canned nuggets, is a disgrace. The hamburger was dry and also without sauce, as was the salad. Perhaps they should slow down a bit and take better care of their customers and the food they serve!!!

12/08/2026: At first glance, it seemed pleasant, with a lovely terrace and music, but the service was a disaster. The waitress was incredibly rude, not even a greeting, and practically threw our order onto the table. The worst part was when we asked for a carafe of coffee, seeing that the next table had one, and were told, "No, we don't have carafes." She then walked away without even looking at us.
