10/08/2024: Hotel very in keeping with the environment, very medieval. Very spacious room and renovated bathroom. The breakfast was very complete and good. But I want to highlight the kindness of the owner. Despite not speaking Spanish, we were able to understand each other. Thank you very much!!!
20/06/2024: This Place is fantastic the owners were so kind in letting us stay when we couldn't find a room for the night and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything about hotel, owners and the breakfast delightful.

22/07/2024: De passage sur Castres avec un collègue, nous nous sommes arrêtés un soir dans ce restaurant. Quelle bonne surprise nous avons eu, tous les plats servis étaient vraiment excellent !!! Les fruits de mer sont très frais et le poisson très bien travaillé.

There is a family spirit and a lot of calm there. The rooms are spacious and the view of the park is very pleasant.
The welcome and service are focused on customer well-being.
Our little dog was accepted which is very important to us.
The meals are refined and full of pleasant surprises.
A big thank you to Nastassja and Thibaut for making our week-long stay a real vacation.

Our waitress took great care with perfect knowledge of the menu, small candle and music for dessert.
From the aperitif to the dessert everything was excellent.

14/09/2024: A little disappointed with the kitchen. The starter was good but for the main course the fish smelled very strongly of ammonia so I couldn't eat it. At the end the waiter told me that the fish had no smell when it came back from the kitchen but my companion was there to confirm the smell, we didn't make it up! I still had a change of dish but as I didn't like lamb I didn't enjoy the lamb tagine....too bad. For dessert I may be wrong but the Normandy tart was industrial and not homemade.
26/08/2024: The place on the terrace in good weather is certainly the best in the city. The cuisine is refined and the wine pairings are of a high level.

25/08/2024: Après un séjour idyllique passé il y’a deux ans dans l’établissement tenu par Philippe & Andonis, quel fut notre surprise d’apprendre que ces derniers avaient vendu…
Remplacés par deux jeunes Bastien en cuisine et Charline aux manettes.
Force est de constater que l’établissement est entre bonnes mains. Après trois dîners et un déjeuner sur place, nous pouvons affirmer que la relève est plus qu’assurée.
Bravo à toute l’équipe et réussite à vous 👏👍
18/08/2024: Chef Bastien and his team take us on a journey through Lauragais with modern but authentic cuisine. The setting and careful decoration enhance this beautiful building set in a green setting.
Short circuit and even garden products are offered à la carte, we love it!
We highly recommend this timeless experience.

06/09/2024: The reception was frosty. After reading other reviews I confirm that the waiter is not the most cheerful person in the world. Despite everything, we were allowed a smile at the end of the meal. For 30€ starter main course dessert we ate very well, it was very good and sufficiently generous and of course the setting is magnificent. I will go back.

Having given a voucher for the restaurant...we were not disappointed...really impeccable and we will come back...a very warm welcome, good service with explanations of the dishes, and above all very good cuisine...quality for money impeccable...

02/09/2024: We are tea room regulars, we happily went to Belin to have our snack. A service unworthy of this pastry shop, you have to order yourself, go get your tray, bring it back, and the worst is the glass of bleach water... undrinkable, but served free of charge as in any tea room worthy of this name...
