31/07/2026: We stumbled upon Le Bistroquet by chance, just popping in for a coffee… and left feeling like we'd known Valérie and Thierry forever. Their welcome was exceptionally kind and genuine. In just a few minutes, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel right at home. We returned the very next day for dinner, and what a delightful surprise! The food was excellent, generous, and prepared with such care. Everything was delicious. We live in Nantes, so it will be difficult to come back often, but one thing is for sure: on our next trip to the area, we will definitely return. Thank you, Valérie and Thierry, for your hospitality, your good humor, and this wonderful experience!

06/07/2026: Yesterday, around 3 p.m., my partner, a friend, and I stopped for coffee. I was being friendly and smiling, even telling a joke about ping-pong. The waiter took advantage of the situation to make indecent and sexual remarks to me: "I'll take you from the front and then turn you around... I'm going to shake you up because it's obvious you haven't been shaken up in a long time," plus some racist comments I overheard at another table. It was Sunday, a festive occasion (Arts Scenics), and I didn't want to cause a scene in front of all the witnesses and friends present. However, I did file a report with the gendarmerie in Lisle-sur-Tarn.

28/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed a snack break with local products accompanied by a glass of Gaillac wine.

17/07/2026: Naturally covered terrace with a breeze, ideal after the Sentier du Patrimoine. Very correct service, simple but very tasty salad (those tomatoes!), tart. Highly recommended.

30/12/2025: I'd like to thank the owner for his responsiveness! After I called to report an error with my order, he immediately offered to deliver it to my home, which is outside their usual delivery area. In addition to offering delicious naan, they are fast and have excellent customer service!

25/07/2026: The third place in your life, a place where everyone and everything meets. Great bar with a fantastic selection, and the bar staff is super friendly. A great spot for tourists too; everyone is welcome and you can easily strike up a conversation with locals. We'll definitely be back.

09/07/2026: A restaurant I discovered by chance, but what a delight it was! A charming welcome, a lovely menu... I had a plate of local charcuterie and a succulent chicken, not forgetting the sweet cherry-peach sorbet for dessert. Clearly, the products used are seasonal and of excellent quality, all complemented by a fruity local rosé. It's rare that I'm so enthusiastic... thank you to this couple for their professionalism and dedication.
