05/08/2026: Bobo Bakery has been a great finding in my trip to Albi. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The croissants are flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The fig bread is outstanding—full of flavor and perfect with breakfast or cheese. The pastries are all beautifully made, fresh, and taste amazing. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into everything they bake.

There were 14 of us, and we were lucky enough to be seated in a private room, a VIP area: absolutely perfect for fully enjoying our meal together. 🥰 A lovely atmosphere, a fantastic welcome, and a meal that delighted the whole family. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience! We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this restaurant! ❤️

31/08/2026: Very disappointed! The vegetarian salad is nothing more than a bath of oil, impossible to finish, so disgusting, and they have the nerve to tell us: it's the carrot that makes the oil! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 The 14.90 hamburger patty is identical and has the same amount of filling as the 8.90 children's menu (drink, main course, dessert). Something's not right here, is it? Maybe the lettuce leaf makes the difference! The classic 17.90 burger is smothered in a terrible sauce! And it wasn't mentioned on the menu! Is that normal? You don't accept feedback and then look at customers with a smirk. Avoid at all costs! It's a real shame I can't post photos.

12/09/2026: Our second visit here and it keeps getting better! Huge, delicious portions, super friendly service, and the terrace view of Penne castle makes it unbeatable. Cannot recommend enough! 🥩🏰🍻

30/08/2026: A disaster! I've known this establishment since it opened and used to go there regularly because it was my favorite restaurant. The choice of appetizers was inappropriate for the season: a choice between liver and foie gras ballotine! Main courses: a default choice (we avoided the hamburger!): a completely dried-out Milanese veal cutlet that looked like a slice of ham between two thick layers of indigestible breading. Side dish: potato chips! Dessert: profiteroles: tasteless cold chocolate and equally tasteless vanilla ice cream loaded with ice crystals. The chef's comment: instead of expressing regret, he said, "There are only two of us instead of eight." In short, what's going on?

25/08/2026: It's a restaurant I hadn't been to for several years; it used to be a revamped and inventive bistro-style restaurant. My last experience was very disappointing; while the wine selection is still interesting, the menu lacks originality, the food is quite heavy, and it's still rather expensive.

07/06/2026: We were passing through and stopped for breakfast. The waiter who served us was very friendly, made an effort to speak to us in Spanish, and the service was very quick. Perfect location.

19/05/2026: Two days at Relais Fusies, a very beautiful place, an "old-fashioned" inn revealing a lot of charm, with its cement tile floors and its superb restaurant with Art Nouveau frescoes, in short, a place that speaks for itself; and the excellent cuisine served by a kind and very attentive staff make the stay very pleasant, especially since the final bill is very reasonable...

23/02/2026: Hello, we celebrated a birthday, and frankly, it was fantastic! We can use the word PERFECT!!! The paella was excellent (see the photo; you can see that nothing was missing 😉👍), and the cake was as beautiful as it was delicious. I'm giving it 5 stars without hesitation, and we all shared the same opinion. Bravo also for the service; there was absolutely nothing to complain about. A big thank you for this wonderful and enjoyable time; we will be back!!!

25/08/2026: A huge thank you to Domaine du Moulin Haut for hosting the most beautiful day of our lives. 🤍 We fell in love with this venue, and after celebrating our wedding there, we can say we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The estate is absolutely magnificent. Each space has its own charm, the grounds are splendid and perfectly maintained, and being able to enjoy different areas throughout the day truly allows us to create different atmospheres and let the wedding unfold at our own pace. ✨ But beyond the venue itself, we especially wanted to thank Mr. and Mrs. Audemar for their warm welcome, their availability, and their support. Their experience and knowledge of weddings are evident, while still giving us the freedom to make this day something that truly reflected us. We particularly appreciated being able to choose our own vendors, especially our caterer, while still having a venue perfectly suited to accommodate them and allow them to work in optimal conditions. Our guests were unanimous: they found the estate magnificent and loved the setting. And we were able to fully enjoy our weekend surrounded by all the people we love. ❤️ After a particularly challenging year for our family, this wedding had a very special meaning for us. Being able to celebrate our love and our family in such a beautiful place will remain an absolutely precious memory. The cottage is also very beautiful and tastefully decorated; it feels like home. Thank you for your trust, your kindness, and for allowing us to experience this timeless interlude at Domaine du Moulin Haut. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to all future brides and grooms looking for a charming, warm, and authentic place to write their own story. 🤍✨

He was so kind, always available, and attentive, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. Our guests raved about the venue; it's truly exceptional. We would have loved to extend our stay! We also booked the cottage, which was equally wonderful. Everything was perfect, and we have absolutely no complaints. A huge thank you again for this magnificent weekend, which will remain one of our most cherished memories. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue!
