07/02/2026: What more can I say...? Things were better before. There weren't any bistros or restaurants in Pampelonne... Vincent, Matthew, and Moye are wonderful people with hearts of gold. They've managed to create a new multicultural social hub in Pampelonne. For everything else, you'll have to go back to the big Parisian brasseries. Jean-Claude Lunaguet

14/03/2026: A truly wonderful surprise and a fantastic find in Castres! 🤩🤪 A real treat: exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth meat accompanied by delicious fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and flavorful sauces... all homemade and brilliantly prepared 👍 and a special mention for the very friendly and competent staff 👌 Finishing with a perfectly balanced Irish coffee... it was so good!

05/03/2026: We went there for Valentine's Day, as they were exceptionally open in the evening. The menu was truly excellent, and the portions were perfect. The tables were beautifully decorated. However, the atmosphere was a little cold. This isn't a negative comment at all, just a simple observation. We had a lovely time and will definitely return. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Although it's only open for lunch, I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: The food was quite delicious, with meticulous presentation down to the smallest detail. The vegetables accompanying the salmon were delicate and perfectly seasoned. The service, both quick and friendly, contributed pleasantly to the experience. One area for improvement could be considered regarding the daily special: offering a vegetarian or egg/fish option, without red meat, would cater to a wider range of dietary needs. Finally, the prices seem relatively high considering the portion sizes; a dish consisting of a piece of salmon, a small side of vegetables, and a few spoonfuls of rice for €22 (see photo) gives an impression of disproportionate portions that could be adjusted.

10/02/2026: I go there twice a week with my friends Eric, Thierry, and myself to chat and have coffee, hot chocolate, or something else. The waitress was incredibly helpful and friendly. The presentation and atmosphere were excellent, and the service was impeccable. The food was superb and beautifully presented. 22/02/2026: The staff is too noisy, laughing hysterically, with no discretion whatsoever. The customers are quiet, but the staff are completely unhinged. Avoid if you want peace and quiet.

08/03/2026: We bought a loaf of country bread late in the day around 6 pm. We wanted to buy pastries, but they were sold out at that time of day; only cakes remained. The staff was rather cold, offering no greeting, thank you, or goodbye. A shame.
