13/01/2026: An amazing find, just away from the main square and so worth it. Very simple menu and food format. Salad starter, pasta dish and dessert all of which were incredibly tasty. Service was fantastic too! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

15/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal (the four of us), but the service was very average. Our tables weren't cleaned before we were seated. Tables were covered in dust, and glasses were upside down on them... not great. The waitress and waiter lacked professionalism. Their interactions with us were not very friendly. It's a shame because the setting is superb, and lunch on the terrace was very pleasant.

20/08/2024: Great place, the meal was excellent, seasonal, local, and homemade with an extremely reasonable price. Not to mention the 5-star service, dishes and wines explained divinely well by a young woman, passionate, and very professional, worthy of a great restaurant, bravo to her!

13/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, prepared with fresh, local produce. Special mention goes to the foie gras and red fruit insert with brioche. The restaurant is located in a quiet, bucolic, and very pleasant setting. I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: An excellent address where we ate in a group of about thirty people, the dishes were excellent, the service friendly, very good value for money. There are also pizzas. An excellent address for a meal without fuss.

16/12/2025: Exquisite experience! The team was fantastic—friendly, smiling, and very responsive—a real pleasure! From the menu, I chose the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious and full of flavor. My partner also enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella tart. It's a shame this restaurant is so far from my home (800 km). A real treat, thank you! 👏

03/10/2025: One of my favorite places in the region, especially on a sunny day. Unique panoramic views of Roussergue and the Causse. Reserve a table on the balcony, at the front of the terrace. This old house has had the wall facing the void removed. The food is simple but good.

24/01/2026: We left this place very disappointed. The back room was lifeless, while the main room was far from full. Then I ordered a lemonade, which was barely fizzing; the samosas were good. We ordered a burger and a hanger steak, but for a bistro, the burger was underwhelming, nothing to make you want to go back. The fries were dry, and there was no sauce—the plate was really sad. It's a real shame...

12/12/2025: Superb golf course, certainly one of the most beautiful in the region along with Mazamet and Palmola. Very well maintained for mid-December. Well done!

24/11/2025: The waiter was very pleasant, smiling, and provided good information about the dishes. The beef burger was clearly high-quality meat. I thoroughly enjoyed the side salad and fries. The accompanying sauce was just okay, like an enhanced mayonnaise. Next time I come, because I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the dining room is spacious, there's plenty of room, and no one is crammed into your seat, I'll choose a salad; they looked very good.

10/11/2025: We arrived with a reservation, but the daily special was unavailable and not replaced. We were directed to the menu, only to find that the dishes we wanted were no longer available. Despite the waitress's friendliness, we decided to go elsewhere. We left the restaurant without a word from the manager; I even had to say goodbye three times before getting a response!

08/09/2025: A very pleasant surprise at this lovely bar, whose terrace overlooks the Tarn River. The menu is brasserie-style, simple but with generous portions and quality ingredients. The ham hock is easily on par with Grandma's! The croque monsieur is very generous. The salad dressing beats any store-bought version with its homemade taste. The portion of homemade fries is also substantial. My only regret was not having time to try the churros offered for dessert, but no matter, we'll take more time to enjoy everything on our next visit! Warm welcome and quick service.

05/02/2026: I spent the week at our overnight hotel. I was extremely satisfied with everything: From the welcome to the room, the meals, and even breakfast, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it.

22/01/2026: We only ate at the restaurant; we didn't book a room. We came here 20 years ago, but it wasn't the same owner. Tonight it was absolutely delicious 😋

17/09/2025: The place is magnificent, timeless, on the banks of the Tarn. I didn't eat there, I just had a drink, so I can't say if the food is good.

04/03/2026: March 4, 2026: The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. The supposedly private entrance was overrun by construction workers, who left in the evening, leaving everything scattered on the floor. Imagine what would happen in case of a fire! We refused to stay in our room because the heating wasn't working and it was tiny. A 1.40m bed is not a double bed in a superior room. There was a musty smell in room 18. The room will be between 14 and 15 square meters at most. The hotel should be closed for renovations or at least state on their website that there will be disruptions due to major renovations. We don't want to know what life is like in the mornings with the construction going on. It must be said that the young woman who greeted us advised us to go elsewhere, which we did.

15/01/2026: The room wasn't particularly charming, but it was clean. The towels were clean and pleasant to the touch. The bathroom had a nice touch: a hairdryer and a box of tissues. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Albi, as it's ideally located with paid parking nearby.

16/11/2025: "Homemade"?! What a disappointment... We were expecting homemade sauerkraut, but instead... the dish was prepared right before our eyes, the hot dogs and side dishes were taken from a vacuum-sealed package from the supermarket, placed directly on top of the sauerkraut, and microwaved. The pastries came out of rigid plexiglass packaging with the supermarket label still on them. We didn't dare leave, so we only ordered the €10 set menu (main course + filter coffee) without the coffee because, judging by the state of the coffee maker... The dining room, from floor to ceiling, has been stuck in the past for ages; the overall cleanliness is seriously lacking. The open kitchen is visible from the dining area. How can the health and safety authorities allow this establishment to continue operating? We had relied on the reviews. This restaurant probably had its heyday, but it's gone now.
