19/09/2024: The menu is tempting, and the meal is up to par. Tested with the €39 menu. The quality-price ratio is good, the ingredients are well worked, even very well for some. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and gives very good advice. Thank you for this experience.

There is a family spirit and a lot of calm there. The rooms are spacious and the view of the park is very pleasant.
The welcome and service are focused on customer well-being.
Our little dog was accepted which is very important to us.
The meals are refined and full of pleasant surprises.
A big thank you to Nastassja and Thibaut for making our week-long stay a real vacation.

Our waitress took great care with perfect knowledge of the menu, small candle and music for dessert.
From the aperitif to the dessert everything was excellent.

16/09/2024: Restaurant ideally located (remember to book!), very pleasant place, professional staff, very friendly and patient.
The children's menu is really great, our dishes excellent, too bad I wasn't hungry enough for dessert because they are beautifully presented.
The crockery and glassware are also very pretty.
In short, you will have understood that we had a great time, the only downside was that we waited a little while unfortunately, it must be said that everyone arrived at the same time, the team apologized and we understand that but that takes away a little something at this good time.

08/09/2024: Ispiens was our safe bet. Notable changes in terms of quantity but above all quality and price. It's no longer home fries among other examples. Damage ! Not sure we will come back

19/08/2024: Well located in the city center, pleasant terrace. Efficient and polite service. I chose a pretty good plate of tapas: octopus and new potatoes; my companion had fries, excellent. We returned there another evening. I hesitated between the vegetarian plate and a dish with fish and vegetables. I chose the dish by asking the waitress in advance about the quantity since I have little appetite. The plate was huge, I inevitably left half of it; the sea bream was good, the vegetables not varied enough (carrots and eggplant) extremely salty and peppery and too oily. Industrial ice creams with basic flavors.
06/08/2024: Passing through Gaillac for the wine festival, I wanted to have a coffee at 7 p.m. it was not possible so I had a half and the bartender apologized with a smile to make me change my mind but To my surprise it was a very good choice! I recommend 👍

02/09/2024: Ça fait des années que je connais ce bar. Et que je demande un verre d'eau avec mon café. Aujourd'hui j'oublie de le préciser... je demande donc au serveur, lorsqu'il m'apporte mon café si il peut me ramener un verre d'eau. Il me dit que non, que si j'oublie, c'est à moi de me déplacer et qu'il ne va pas faire un aller retour pour ça... le bar est beau est bien placé, c'est tout ce qu'il a de bien ! L'accueil est à revoir. La sympathie aussi.

04/10/2023: My wife and I called on My grandmother's name was Suzanne for a casual outdoor dinner for a group of ~50 people. Everything went well, good contact, proposal of a tailor-made offer adapted to our needs, punctuality, excellent food, generous quantities. We recommend !

There aren't many places, as it seems to be a young company. Much merit. Well done.
