04/08/2026: The cashier at the self-checkout doesn't want to work. She tells me I can't go through because there are too many people, claiming I have too many items. I only had 15 items, and there was no queue and plenty of free self-checkouts.

03/08/2026: I used to really like this store, but at lunchtime today I had to queue for 45 minutes to pay. Not enough tills were open, which isn't right. The wait is far too long compared to the competition!

29/07/2026: Not welcoming at all. The service is incredibly cold every time. I don't like this bakery, but I have no choice but to go there sometimes. I much prefer the one in Cergy-le-Haut.

14/07/2026: The experience was great, except at the bars. What's the point of offering a free drink if, when you get to the bar with your ticket, they give you a dirty look and don't even give you ice in this heat? 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

30/07/2026: I saw a mouse yesterday around 6:30 pm while I was queuing, walking on a work surface under a machine in the back of the shop – not very reassuring regarding the hygiene of the products. So I turned around and left.

24/07/2026: It is with regret that I post this review, but with the aim of prompting a response from management. I have been a regular customer of this Paul bakery for 14 years. I always came regularly and with pleasure, and the service was always exemplary. Until about a year ago, when it seems that 80% of the staff changed. The service in the tea room is now deplorable, provided by some team members who serve without any kindness, sometimes without listening, and without even (in some cases) wearing the brand's "hat," leaving their hair loose and unkempt, which gives a very unhygienic impression of the place. In my opinion, all these changes stem from questionable management. Indeed, on several occasions, the person who appears to manage the establishment conducts one-on-one meetings and reprimands with members of their team at the counter, in full view of everyone, thus sharing internal problems and tensions with the customers, problems that are none of their business.

13/06/2026: I think the owner, JL, has forgotten how to treat customers. It's a shame, especially since we all spoke highly of it from other establishments. I won't be going back.

22/08/2026: A daily offer until 9 a.m.: 5 chocolate croissants and 5 regular croissants for €6. We arrived at 8:55 a.m., and it was a bit busy. When we finally arrived at 9:07 a.m., the "charming" cashier (irony intended) told us the offer had ended. I'm willing to accept that, but the problem is that she had served a woman just before us with the offer at 9:06 a.m. Knowing that it was the "charming" woman herself who had offered the €6 deal to the previous customer. So I told her I didn't understand, especially since she had just confirmed the offer for the previous customer. "I can't do anything, time is time," she said in a very polite tone, of course (irony intended). Rubbish and makes her decisions based on who she is! I won't be back.

11/08/2026: Bakery with a professional, friendly, and welcoming team – a real pleasure! The manager is radiant, and Mustapha is super nice; his pizzas are delicious. Well done to the whole team!

09/08/2026: We have been coming here regularly as a family on Sundays for years to have a crêpe or a coffee. We waited for someone to seat us, which was done quickly. I should mention that my daughter preferred to get a scoop of ice cream from Jeff de Bruges in the shopping center. Once we were seated, the waiter explained that he couldn't serve us because we already had ice cream from another vendor in the shopping center and that he asked us to leave and eat it on the bench. I would also like to point out that this isn't the first time we've come with our daughter, who prefers a scoop of ice cream to a Belgian hot chocolate. I am very disappointed by this situation, especially since we were already seated with our menus in hand. We will not be returning for afternoon tea or lunch, even though we have been coming for years.

28/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The quality is consistently excellent, the service is impeccable, and the staff are truly top-notch and always smiling 😃 even during peak hours. I highly recommend this establishment. The large parking lot is very easy to access and convenient for people with reduced mobility, with several disabled parking spaces. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!

12/04/2026: A very nice experience. The hotel was very clean, the reception was impeccable, and the restaurant was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

01/04/2026: The location doesn't justify the prices at this hotel; it's terrible value for money! On the first day, there was no remote control! No proper bathtub plug! It was impossible to take a bath, and anyway, the water was barely lukewarm! Breakfast was the bare minimum! There was no light in my room! The 1970s carpet is disgusting, and that's just the beginning... avoid at all costs!

17/08/2026: Upon arriving at Flush, nothing was clear. The staff was absent and unpleasant, and the meal was mediocre, with a tiny portion for an exorbitant price. I ordered two milkshakes and ice cream. The ice cream maker was using his fingers to grab my scoop, and as for the milkshakes, I ordered two. While preparing the first one, he deliberately left some in the blender, then disappeared, supposedly to get something. I saw him drink the remaining mixture from the blender, and then he reused it for the second milkshake.

24/07/2026: Very disappointed with my experience. I had requested a specific sandwich, as I like to choose what I eat, but I was given a different one. The packaging was done very quickly and very poorly: pieces of paper were stuck to the sandwich. In addition, the sandwich has become far too expensive for what it contains. It now costs €5.50, even though there is very little filling, the bread was completely dry, and I felt like there was hardly any sauce. The set menu has gone from €7 to €8.50. Before, for around €7, you got a sandwich, a drink, and a dessert. Now, I don't think the value for money is the same at all. Finally, they didn't even offer me a bag, even though I was taking my order home and had a long journey ahead of me. I had to ask for one myself. I used to come to this bakery very often because a few months ago the sandwiches were €4.90, generously filled, and really good. Now, the quality has dropped considerably while the prices have gone up significantly. Honestly, you might as well make a homemade sandwich: it will be more substantial, tastier, and cheaper. After this experience, I don't know if I'll go back. It's a real shame, because I used to love this bakery.
