15/02/2026: It's a shame the seafood sauerkraut wasn't up to par. There was no sirloin steak as advertised on the menu. And no homemade fries as indicated. The wait was far too long. Very disappointed.

14/02/2026: We came today as a party of four without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and they had a nice menu with several choices of fish and meat dishes, including a daily special. We ordered a rib of beef, steak tartare, and pink duck breast strips at 12:45 PM. An hour later, we still hadn't been served. I asked the waitress why it was taking so long, and she gave us a rather unfriendly response: "The oven isn't expandable" or "The restaurant is full," which is unjustifiable given the long wait. An hour and a half later, our dishes arrived, all good and hot, except for the duck breast strips, which were served medium-rare but inedible, with cold mashed potatoes and a sauce that wasn't the one that was supposed to go in the dish. I asked for them to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of duck breast strips in the kitchen, so I had no meal. We left disappointed with our meals. I would recommend this restaurant for a group with plenty of time and a lot of patience.

31/05/2026: A hotel with very good service. Excellent cleanliness and bedding, and the breakfast was plentiful and well-presented. The owners were welcoming and offered helpful advice. If we have the opportunity to return to this hotel, we will. We recommend it.

15/05/2026: I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Delicious food and impeccable service. We ate there two nights in a row and it was always just as good. The deviled eggs were delicious, the salmon perfect, the rice pudding a delight, and their strawberry soup was a hit with everyone. Go without hesitation; you're guaranteed a great meal.

16/04/2026: The first time... very satisfied, a generous buffet, a friendly welcome, a very good fish fritter dish... very good andouillette sausage... but the second time we had the sauerkraut... which unfortunately, is not a Vendée dish (the cabbage was swimming in fat (oil??). Even if fat... is life... what a shame...

24/04/2026: Very warm welcome. Reservations recommended. Very reasonable prices and excellent food. A place to remember in Les Sables. Very convenient, right opposite the ferry terminal.

29/05/2026: Ok burgers (beef and duck) and surprisingly good sladad with cheese and bacon. Unfortunately they ran out of mules, but we came well after lunchtime. Overall, all satisfied.
