08/02/2026: Over €50 for this?! There's nothing redeeming about this restaurant! Except perhaps the peaceful rural setting, and even then... The dining room is noisy, becoming quite loud as soon as it's full. The dining room itself is unremarkable, although clean and spacious. Then there's the food. Very basic; clearly, most, if not all, of the dishes come straight from the freezer or are simply an assembly of processed ingredients. Finally, the atmosphere, or rather, the service. As has already been mentioned, you'll have to put up with the owner's personality. His jokes might be amusing, but all things considered, it's absolutely not what I expect from a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €54 without drinks! At €20, I might have given it three or four stars.

18/01/2026: This restaurant, tucked away in the marshes, is definitely worth a visit! There were very few people there on Saturday, January 10th, so we were able to enjoy the simply yet elegantly decorated dining room. We appreciated the warm welcome and attentive service from our host, as well as the excellent menu selection. We came specifically for the eel specialty, and we weren't disappointed, just like with the rest of the menu! In short, a very pleasant experience that we don't regret at all, and the pleasure of having discovered a new restaurant that's well worth the detour!

21/12/2025: Having just arrived in St Jean de Monts, we made a reservation by phone. We received a very warm welcome. The Breton-style curried mussels were excellent. The beef fillet was very good and very tender, cooked exactly as requested. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Excellent meal, great atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind. The gentleman who worked there kindly helped me carry my takeaway to my car, as I had come with my two young children, one of whom I was holding. They were also treated to coloring books and lollipops.

13/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. I tried to create an account on the new website, but it's impossible. It doesn't recognize my address, and if I use geolocation, it shows me as number 7 instead of 6. I really don't want my order ending up with my neighbor. So we went there in person to order, but that's no longer possible either, as we're faced with two different distributors. I'd like someone to explain how to proceed, since they're impossible to reach by phone 😕😤

16/12/2024: Very nice address. Warm atmosphere. We were very well received, the waitress was warm and gave good advice. The food and cocktails were excellent and the owners very friendly. Reasonable price given the quality of the service and the meal. We have already advised those around us to try this bar restaurant. We will come back with pleasure.

13/12/2024: It's clearly my canteen, fresh product, top quality service, we're laughing. There is humor. The waitress is great in the evening, the background music is terrible. You just have to settle down and let yourself be carried away. In addition, it's the only restaurant in the lounge where you arrive at 9:30 a.m. to 4:05 a.m. and they accept you to eat without grapes without anything really, that's already fabulous.

06/10/2025: We had a very good stay in this hotel. The room was perfect, the welcome warm and very friendly, not to mention the restaurant and breakfast (all homemade) which were just excellent. We had booked a room "last minute" on the Internet, so no refund (which is normal) except that we had a problem the same morning and the hotel was kind enough to keep our room for us for another night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our weekend at Puy du Fou.

30/09/2025: A wonderful discovery! We had a wonderful evening, very warmly welcomed by the co-manager. Quality service, thanks to Paco for his professionalism, who paid us a lot of attention and explained the dishes very well. We had selected the five-course menu, it was simply fantastic! And a big thank you to the Chef and his team for delighting our taste buds. I 100% recommend the place, it's very clean and tastefully decorated. 21/03/2026: First visit today to this well-located pizzeria near the port of St Gilles. Nice decor, clean restrooms. We ordered two pizzas. Good service, no wait, and good value for money. A fantastic waitress who noticed everything and was very professional. I even told her so as we were leaving.

13/03/2026: The restaurant is listed as a pizzeria, but you can also get moules frites (mussels and fries), which is a must when you live near the sea. In addition, there are also very generous salads and plenty of other dishes on the menu. The staff is very helpful. They also have some very good sweet treats.
