13/04/2026: I booked this hotel as part of a trip to Puy du Fou a while ago. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit! I recommend it every time my friends go. Food lovers will adore it.

09/04/2026: A charming hotel with a lovely patio, the room decor was superb, and the bathroom was truly luxurious. The hotel was quiet and offered excellent value for money. The only downside was that the single bed was quite narrow, which prevented me from getting the restful night I'd hoped for. 😉 Highly recommended.

13/06/2026: This is my second time at this restaurant, and I'm disappointed once again, not by the simple food, but by the rudeness and the organized chaos... we had at least four different servers, none of whom said hello, "enjoy your meal," or anything like that. The only greeting we received was at the entrance... but not from a member of the staff. We felt... dismissed. It's a shame because we spent almost two hours at the table... in short, I won't be back.

24/05/2026: The bar is great for drinks with a beautiful view of the harbor, a fantastic atmosphere with DJs coming by, a great owner, etc… but the waiter really left something to be desired. He didn't smile much, the welcome wasn't very warm, and we felt like we were bothering them. With the first warm days of summer arriving, we ordered cocktails and water, but he said, "I'll take care of the people who are drinking alcohol and paying first, and then we'll see about the water," which is completely unprofessional. Adding two chairs was too complicated for him (not for the owner, who happily made room for us). So we went to the owner for the water, and he gave it to us immediately, along with little jars of peanuts. Be careful when choosing your staff, because it changes the perception of the bar, which is otherwise great, as we've been going there for years now!

07/05/2026: We went there as a group of four on a Saturday to celebrate the wedding of a couple of friends. It was a wonderful culinary experience with a four-hour cruise along the Sèvre River. A knowledgeable and humorous guide described the history of the marshes from 150,000 BC to the present day throughout the cruise—fascinating! The food was very good and the portions were just right. A must-do if you're hosting friends in the area; excellent value for money, and reservations are essential. This activity is seasonal.

24/04/2026: I came to your establishment today for the cruise. No complaints about the food or the service. However, I was upset by Mr. Christian, who was very mocking towards me. I don't know what I did to him; he'll probably tell me it was just a joke. He said he didn't like me, that I was rich. Which is absolutely not true—a necklace given to me by my daughters with my grandchildren's names on it. Oh yes, it has great sentimental value. The rest is just trinkets. So, I went home this evening, upset about being treated like that.

29/05/2026: We were invited by the bride and groom to this rather pleasant venue. The rooms are nicely laid out, although the restrooms are in the basement. Aside from that, it's a very beautiful hall, ideal for weddings, anniversaries, or other gatherings.

16/05/2026: We catered our wedding reception with Forêt Praud. We are absolutely delighted we chose them. Ms. Praud was able to understand our needs and offer helpful advice. The excellent organization meant we had no stress whatsoever. On the wedding day, the service was superb and the meal delicious. We received very positive feedback from our guests. They also opened an extra room for our cocktail reception due to the bad weather. We had our post-wedding reception there, and the cold buffet was also very good. You can book them without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our day so special.

01/03/2026: A splendid setting, with a warm and refined atmosphere. Everything was delicate, delicious, and perfectly balanced. A true delight! The service is still finding its feet (it's the start of the season, after all), but the team is friendly, helpful, and attentive, which is very pleasant. Well done to the entire crew, we'll definitely be back :)

27/05/2026: The waitress or owner was very nice but overwhelmed on Tuesday, May 26th. The Caesar salad wasn't a Caesar salad at all: large green lettuce leaves, a single head of romaine, and barely cooked bacon. A piña colada at €12 was a bit of an overcharge. Very expensive for the quality. €72 for two people for two Caesar salads, two two-scoop ice cream sundaes, a glass of white wine, and a piña colada. It's a shame because the person serving us was doing her best alone with so many people.

15/05/2026: Homemade food! We arrived as a group of 12 with several dogs and were very well received. We ate like kings at affordable prices 🤤

12/04/2026: The pizzas were delicious. The grilled sea bass fillet was inexpensive and had an excellent beurre blanc sauce. The only downside was the noisy dining room because it was too small.

09/04/2026: The pizzas are very good and there's a great selection. Special mention goes to the Pavarotti and the five cheese.

26/04/2026: An exceptional, quiet, well-located site, very pleasant hosts and a chef who makes his cooking into magical moments.
