30/09/2024: Honestly, I'm not going to lie to you. It’s a brand that I basically hate because it’s expensive for what it is. I was forced to go back because of friends who like it. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and the menu but especially by the quantities. I recommend again

30/06/2025: I went there with some colleagues for lunch on a weekday, and by 12:30 p.m., there were already quite a few things missing: both the dishes on the menu (and there aren't many of them already...) and the drinks... A young, friendly but somewhat jaded waitress... I'm not a fan of the interior ambiance; I won't be back.

28/06/2025: A great time on the terrace at noon on Thursday... the waitress and waiter were very attentive, and I'm not even talking about the food, we really enjoyed it. We'll be back with great pleasure...

25/05/2025: We arrived at 12 instead of 10, rude staff, exasperated because one person was in a wheelchair. We ended up leaving without ordering given the reception

25/05/2025: Unacceptable, disrespectful, and vulgar welcome. One of our friends was in a wheelchair. She was called a pain in the neck upon arrival because this hadn't been specified when booking. The restaurant was almost empty. We had booked for 8; in fact, there were 12 of us. We were in training and staying at the hotel next door. 4 extra covers. The waiter pointed this out and informed us that we would have to wait anyway because he only had one cook. We got up to leave in the face of such lack of professionalism.

07/01/2026: Charming hotel, idyllic and verdant setting! However, the restaurant is very expensive, the food is bland, and the portions are very small. As for breakfast, it was awful! Served in a room where the curtains haven't been cleaned in 10 years, no staff present, and a very limited selection… This is not what one expects in this type of establishment.

02/01/2026: Bring a sweater because there's no heating in January. The service was haughty and self-important. The food was good, but not great. In short, we won't be back.

19/10/2025: Disappointed with the pizza, impossible to cut it with a knife or a wheel. Repeat training for the chef.

08/08/2025: Shameful, I ordered a pizza and found a hair. Apparently, I intentionally left a hair in my pizza or my neighbor's. The cook was dishonest and didn't wear a hairnet (my hair was tied up). Cold, dirty waitress. Greasy pizza. Dirty outside. A horror, paid for it and didn't eat anything. (I'm waiting for the boss's comment, or the boss is king.)

02/01/2026: Overall Good and nice experience, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean (no spots to find on the chroom of the bathrooms :) ). Spa on the premises is als nice and clean, there is a sauna and a hamam.

26/12/2025: Good lunch, pleasant service, with quality products. Would do it again.

31/03/2025: We had a tobacconist's, a huge brasserie at the foot of the station, we could count on them almost 24/7, today they don't even answer the phone, what's happening to this country, seriously, seriously, I have to give it a star to be able to publish my message, it's crazy, I miss the 90s and 2000s.

25/03/2025: An ideal place to wait for your train. A brasserie bar just the way I like it, with its mismatched chairs and a clientele from all walks of life. Without the frills of all those cheap bar praises, Thibaut the waiter welcomes you with a smile and kindness. Contrary to what I've read, the menu is 11.50. A very quiet place.

10/12/2025: A real gem! I love this café: the atmosphere is always so pleasant, cozy, and friendly. The staff is welcoming, the drinks are great, and you really feel at home. It's become one of my favorite places to relax or just enjoy a nice time with friends. I recommend it 100%!

10/12/2025: Great atmosphere, perfect for drinks with friends! The place is friendly, you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Special mention to Benjamin, the waiter, always smiling and extremely pleasant. His warm welcome makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

28/09/2024: Really very warm team. They assumed responsibility for a poorly recorded order where a dish was missing and with almost no additional wait.

31/10/2025: On October 31st, we had dinner there (three adult menus and one children's menu). To my surprise, my son pulled a piece of plastic out of his mouth while eating his pasta carbonara (see photo). When I went to show it to the staff, I was told, "I think you should ask for a new plate." I would have appreciated a more definitive response, an apology, and the staff would have gone to get a new plate and a tray and cutlery, which they had just set aside themselves. And perhaps the response could have gone further. Obviously, I won't be returning to this place, even though they have an interesting variety of dishes.

21/10/2025: The food court is very clean, the service is fast and the food is generous. A nice surprise for a restaurant in an amusement park.

06/12/2025: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good and generous portions. The royal couscous was delicious 😋 €26/adult €18/child (11-18 years) €14/child (under 11 years)

12/11/2025: Ah, Le Pirate in Chasseneuil… a culinary adventure you won't forget—especially because it takes a while to recover. The buffet looks like it came straight out of a museum: the dishes must have survived the 2018 heatwave. Everything is cold, even the fries have given up all hope of warmth. As for the drinks… let's just say their color made me wonder if they were magic potion or dishwater. In short, if you like thrills, go for it. Otherwise, run before it's too late.

06/11/2025: An exceptional stay in a peaceful and authentic setting! The host is incredibly kind and dedicated. She puts her heart and soul into her hospitality and cooking: homemade meals, made with organic and local produce, bursting with flavor and generous portions. The room is spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is tastefully decorated, with a touch of originality that makes the place unique. A truly wonderful place, run by an entrepreneur who does everything to ensure her guests feel at home. I warmly recommend this farm-inn to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.

06/12/2025: Finding the entrance proved a bit tricky, as there are several access points and you eventually arrive in the middle of the room. The starter set menu was a great find. Very varied. A little disappointed with the dessert, as there weren't many choices, but we were there at the end of service. And a lovely surprise with the main course. Very good quality, very tasty, and above all, very reasonably priced and competitive. The staff were friendly.

12/11/2025: What a circus! Being celiac, I always ask which dish is gluten-free. The waitress assured me there was only one, and since I'm not fussy, I ordered that one… After a long wait, it arrived… a pastry! Obviously, not gluten-free. Luckily I asked. She went to the kitchen, leaving the dish in front of me. Of course, she came back later saying no, it wasn't gluten-free (as I already knew), and I ended up getting the same thing as my husband, but without sauce, because flour was used as a thickener. Anyway, the story doesn't end there. After what felt like an eternity, my husband finally finished his dish, and mine arrived, accompanied by a young boy with a perplexed look, clearly bewildered when asked if it was really a meal we'd paid €27 for. As you can see in the photo, it was just salmon. No salad, no vegetables! Finally, the waitress came back and exclaimed, "What? They didn't put anything else on?!" She took the plate and, I imagine, went to get some vegetables from the side bar, because the dish was cold… See the next photo: the complete dish. And to top it all off, the cheese platter contained even more food, but what self-respecting restaurant puts Emmental on a cheese platter? And the "gourmet coffee" was rather pathetic as well. No discount was offered for this deplorable service, and it's absolutely not worth €27 per person!
