22/09/2024: Hello, very professional waitress and an approved sommelier, impeccable service without a false note. Warm atmosphere and Zen decoration. The cuisine is refined, fresh, seasonal and local produce with an inventive chef who pays attention to detail. So good that you have to book in advance!!!
29/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant quite by chance.
Being vegetarian, we were lucky to have really tasty dishes, cooking with fresh and elaborate foods.
We will definitely come back to this little restaurant for the service, and especially for the good food!

Very comfortable bedding and rooms.
Dinner and breakfast very good and plentiful.

Good welcome, good food, good service. All this for excellent value for money.
Certainly, the tables could be spaced further apart, the service a little improved but we are at a very good level for the price: half the price compared to a starred restaurant.

02/09/2024: 2023: Oh my, my mouth waters as soon as I enter the bakery. The “Traditional French” baguette deserves an award. Are you nearby? Definitely get your bread here!
2024: Tears are really rolling down my cheeks now that I'm back home. I miss your super delicious creations! There really is no better baker than Mie Amor!
12/08/2024: Very good bakery, the Chia bread and the Tradition baguette are very good. The pastries taken for breakfast were also good. The smile could be a little more present, however the service is polite.

07/09/2024: Typical Alsatian place, simple decoration. Traditional Alsatian cuisine of good quality. Very nice wine list.
The atmosphere is less great, not very friendly. We still ate very well! D or our 5 stars for the kitchen. Waitresses rather friendly but having a lot of work. We each had a starter, a main course, a dessert, an appetizer and wine.
Form your opinion at least once!
07/09/2024: I don't give 5 stars, because perfection doesn't exist, but it deserves them.
Delicious Munster tartiflette, frozen kougloff, ditto.
Quality service, all for a reasonable price.
Thanks to the whole team for a good time.

26/08/2024: Quiet accommodation to enjoy nature, and a few minutes by car from Gérardmer. We were able to enjoy a spacious and comfortable room for 2 nights (suitable for PMR) which also allowed us to enjoy the song of the small stream below. Hearty breakfast with delicious homemade jams. The dishes offered in the restaurant are varied and delicious.

30/08/2024: Des années que nous venions, pour la fondue aux cèpes. Malheureusement en été ils ne font pas aux cèpes ( hummm c'est pas un peu la saison???).
Service nul, serveur qui a peur de parler? Ou pas de langue?
Niveau proportion? Euh, fondue à 2 on racler le catelon tellement la quantité à diminuer... très déçu....
Pas sûre de revenir après tant d'année de fidélité...
29/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats étaient délicieux. 5/5 pour le chef. Petit bémol le service en salle manque d'expérience .Il aurait été judicieux de mettre un serveur expérimenté pour les grandes tables. Le chef a rattrapé le service en nous servant personnellement. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

03/04/2024: Everything was top notch, the welcome, the decor, the dishes (a black Swan, a Vosges salad and lemon tiramisu), we had a great time!
01/04/2024: Everything was very good.
I have a small caveat on the cooking of the meat. Cooking is not requested when ordering and the steaks are a little overcooked. Too bad because the meat seemed to me to be of good quality.
For the rest it's very good.
Good toppings, good bread and good beer.
