08/02/2026: Authentic, original, and delicious cuisine. There's only one surprise menu (guaranteeing freshness)... just let yourself be carried away! From appetizer to dessert, pure bliss. The wine list is very interesting. I highly recommend this innovative restaurant, a welcome change after the Vosges dishes (which are lovely, of course). The service is very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

27/02/2026: A restaurant with decor that immerses you in the magic of winter and Christmas. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, while young, are very friendly. We chose sauerkraut and a fondue for two. A minor point about the taste of the potatoes, but the charcuterie was tender and tasty, and the cabbage wasn't acidic, so it was very pleasant. The fondue was generous but a little bland, as the Emmental flavor was more prominent than any other cheese. A very good restaurant and good value for money. No comment on the desserts as we were full! 😁

11/09/2025: After this third stay at the Auberge de la Poulciere, this is the perfect place to forget about everyday worries. A charming little place nestled in a green setting in the heart of a forest. Peace, serenity, relaxation... Ideal for recharging your batteries and getting back to basics. The rooms are absolutely perfect and decorated with great taste and class. The owners are fabulous: helpful, friendly... but above all, their warm welcome makes the stay most enjoyable. I would come back. My haven of peace in the heart of nature.

08/12/2025: A real gem! While passing through Gérardmer, we were incredibly lucky to have lunch there as a family of four (without a reservation); everything was absolutely perfect. The setting is superb, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the welcome was amazing: smiles, attentiveness, kindness—you immediately feel at ease. And what can we say about the food? Pure bliss! Every dish was flavorful and perfectly executed; we enjoyed every bite from start to finish. From appetizer to dessert, the quality is truly exceptional: the snails are outstanding (and that's coming from someone from Burgundy!), the Savoyard fondue is good, the burger was delicious, and the desserts were exquisite (floating islands, chocolate shells, gourmet coffee); we also appreciated the wines that were recommended to us. Honestly, not a single flaw: go without hesitation, we recommend it 200%!
