20/01/2026: Fourth or fifth visit to this intimate restaurant in the heart of Gérardmer, where reservations are highly recommended. And it's always the same pleasure: expertly prepared bistronomic cuisine, superb presentation, a lovely wine selection, and service that is both friendly and efficient. All this at a reasonable price considering the restaurant's quality. Note for my fellow countrymen: you can now order a "pousse-café" (after-dinner drink)... ;-)

27/01/2026: Lovely hotel located on the lakefront. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and the homemade jams are delicious. The service is impeccable. :-)

19/01/2026: Excellent value for money! Besides the warm and friendly welcome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant is cozy, and the food is delicious. Not to mention the spa. I highly recommend this well-located lakeside hotel.

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The champagne was superb. The same goes for the white wines. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. A highly recommended address for all food lovers. Thank you to all the staff for these wonderful moments, especially in such a beautiful snowy setting.

11/09/2025: After this third stay at the Auberge de la Poulciere, this is the perfect place to forget about everyday worries. A charming little place nestled in a green setting in the heart of a forest. Peace, serenity, relaxation... Ideal for recharging your batteries and getting back to basics. The rooms are absolutely perfect and decorated with great taste and class. The owners are fabulous: helpful, friendly... but above all, their warm welcome makes the stay most enjoyable. I would come back. My haven of peace in the heart of nature.

12/12/2025: We came for lunch today with my dad and had a lovely time at L’Assiette du Coq à l’Âne. The welcome, the decor, the service, the atmosphere, and the food: everything was done to ensure our satisfaction. We thank the entire team.

08/12/2025: A real gem! While passing through Gérardmer, we were incredibly lucky to have lunch there as a family of four (without a reservation); everything was absolutely perfect. The setting is superb, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the welcome was amazing: smiles, attentiveness, kindness—you immediately feel at ease. And what can we say about the food? Pure bliss! Every dish was flavorful and perfectly executed; we enjoyed every bite from start to finish. From appetizer to dessert, the quality is truly exceptional: the snails are outstanding (and that's coming from someone from Burgundy!), the Savoyard fondue is good, the burger was delicious, and the desserts were exquisite (floating islands, chocolate shells, gourmet coffee); we also appreciated the wines that were recommended to us. Honestly, not a single flaw: go without hesitation, we recommend it 200%!
