31/08/2024: Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Even got the WhatsApp number to text if anything needs to be communicated. Room is good, bed is nice, shower too. I've stayed here for 6 nights with pleasure ♡

17/08/2024: Hotel of terror, from the outside it looks like an abandoned building, the reception was dirty, messy and smelled very bad, we arrived at 3pm and it was still dirty from breakfast, there was even a kitten in an armchair at the reception, the room was dirty.... , we had 2 nights and we slept one and left. I don't recommend it to anyone.

18/08/2024: Absolument horrible je suis passé au distributeur de Clamecy la dent creuse et les pizza avait le goût de plastique et métal avec une pate horrible et fine c’était presque imangable pour le prix (35€ pour 3 pizza) c’est une arnaque

20/04/2024: L’accueil est glacial, le patron se montre impoli, voire irrespectueux, aussi aimable qu’une porte de prison. Le personnel se cache pour éviter de servir les clients. La qualité de la nourriture est désastreuse : des œufs meurette, en provenance directe de chez Métro, avec une sauce insipide, une biscotte brûlée en guise de croûtons, et pas la moindre trace de lardons… Les plats sont si affreux que même mes pires souvenirs de cantine scolaire sont surpassés ! Le menu prétend proposer des plats « fait maison », mais c’est une pure escroquerie : il n’y a rien d’artisanal dans cette affaire ! Seuls les prix atteignent un niveau remarquable!

18/09/2024: Everything was going pretty well for me in this hotel...until the moment when, on my way back to Paris, I realized that I had forgotten my AirPods Pro in the hotel room. I used the “locate” application on my iPhone and indeed, my headphones were located in the room. I remember listening to a podcast before bed the night before. So the headphones were in the bed. I called the hotel, found the owner and asked him if the housekeeper (his wife) had gotten his hands on it. When making the bed, IMPOSSIBLE not to fall on it. He became aggressive and defensive as soon as I told him that my headphones were still located in his establishment. By fiercely denying having found them. All that was needed to convince me that they had indeed found them and that they were in no way planning to return them to me. Market value: €279. When theft is combined with lying, only shame can define such behavior. The Auxerre police station has been informed of their actions. A complaint for theft is filed. When in a hotel establishment there is no trust, there is only one piece of advice: don’t set foot there.

22/08/2024: Ashamed to rent such a place. We lost 65 euros because we left immediately for another hotel in Auxerre. It is unacceptable to put such a dump online. Nothing to do with the photos posted online. I hope the site will make me a commercial offer!!!

19/08/2024: Travelers, go your way. No one to welcome you, the keys are on the door and you are on your own. A TV certainly in the room but no signal. Mattresses that leave something to be desired, old and with holes A beeping continues in the concierge room downstairs which is wide open. And indeed a very busy road which is quite noisy. The bathroom trash can was full when I arrived, and a dirty floor. Only a sweep has been taken. So pay 25 euros for this accommodation yes I would have understood but there 50!!!! It's theft! And last thing, the restaurant is no longer in service, it is for rent and in a state of total disrepair. Because I arrived I really thought about a squat...
