Pour le dessert une île flottante : un blanc d'oeuf sur une cuillère de... lait vanillé ?

29/08/2024: Very friendly place and quality dishes. On the other hand, the price is very much overestimated. €90 for two for a plate of charcuterie, cheese, dessert and a glass of wine. It's very excessive even if I say it again, everything is very good.

20/09/2024: With my wife and my son we had a very, very good time.... pizzas cooked over a wood fire which is rare in Auxerre... Excellent..... I highly recommend and forget the other pizzerias.. ....WELL DONE
18/09/2024: Petite pizzeria ouverte le soir et proposant de délicieuses pizzas cuites au feu de bois à prix imbattables. Un faible pour l'auxerroise ; un régal pour 12 euros. Carlotinna pour les petits appétits. Patron sympa et avenant.

19/09/2024: To avoid, Sunday September 15, 2024 12:40 p.m. there is practically nothing left in the catering service apart from 5 Milanese chicken escalopes Cold fat runny potatoes, cold green beans having to come out of cans.
Really it's not serious, already on motorway restaurants it's not great but here it goes beyond what I could imagine

05/10/2024: Frankly inedible extremely salty kebab meat which means that something is hidden in there super expensive for what it is I ordered on September 14 at 8:30 p.m. I received my order at 9:45 p.m. the staff gets it wrong every time in what must be put in sauce or other I barely had 20 fries to escape!!!!
22/09/2024: I ordered a 3 meat tacos, cheese sauce having no flavor, a bitter taste sometimes in the mouth!
Gastro the next night!
The DGCCRF should take a look at this establishment!

L'humidité extérieure était en adéquation avec l'ambiance intérieure, ce qui nous a dissuadé de nous rendre aux bars... Nous nous sommes rabattus sur les machines automatiques, plutôt chères et servant du café pas très chaud.
A éviter donc.
03/11/2023: Dramatiquement dramatique, un restaurant désorganisé ou plutôt sans organisation. Le restaurant n'avait pas grand chose à proposer dès 12h30 (pas de garniture, ni frites ni haricots) , pas de couverts, verres sales, nous allons à la sandwicherie, et idem, manque de peronnel, et d'organisation, vaisselle sale qui déborde, plateaux non ramassés. Bref 35 euros pour 2 jetés par la fenêtre. Afuir ou à eviter.

20/07/2024: Beautiful environment. Large parking lot. Calm. No catering contrary to what is indicated. Big stains on the bedroom wall. It's no longer a 3-star hotel, far from it... Too bad because it's an ideal location.

I understand that running a restaurant requires rigorous organization, and I respect your staff's need to rest. However, as a customer, it's frustrating to rely on incorrect information available online, leading to a poor experience before you even walk through the door of your establishment.
I also understand that you cannot currently update your website. That said, proactive and clear communication, particularly on your social networks or via automated messages to inform of your new schedules, could avoid these inconveniences in the future.
My intention is not to "drown" your comment platforms, but simply to express my disappointment in a lack of visibility on current information. Good communication with your customers is essential to avoid this type of misunderstanding and maintain a relationship of trust.
I wish you good luck for the future and hope that this feedback can be useful in improving customer satisfaction.

01/09/2024: Certes mon titre est violent mais à la hauteur du vécu.
Dimanche 1er septembre, jour de la St Fiacre (fête emblématique de Sens) Tous les restaurants sont fermés ou en liquidation.
Reste la Pizzeria de la cathédrale (voir mon avis sur ce restaurant mais surtout son patron) et L'Ecu.
La punition car pas le choix. Donc on se dit ça a peut-être changé, car mes 2 dernières expériences ont été catastrophiques et il y a longtemps. Il y a bien eu X changt de propriétaire, donc petit espoir.
Hélas NON ! C'est la même daube.
D entrée "la patronne " annonce le tempo. Je suis seule, je fais la cuisine, le service, la plonge, le bar ...il y aura de l attente.
OK OK...pas le choix
Une sourie d agneau 24 eur , sans goût, sans saveur, sans sauce ! Alors que c'est un pur produit industriel. Des frites élastiques froides ....une tarte citron humide, made in Pasquier.
2 repas avec de l eau 84 €
BREF les 4 tablées ont eu les mêmes réactions de franchement catastrophique pour un restaurant qui se la joue "classe"
Quelle punition !
PS pour le sel allez au carrefour d à côté car sur 6 tables zéro sel dans le moulin.
Et l hygiène des toilettes ou de la salle ...no comment
