19/09/2024: Restaurant qui présente bien decor parfait nappe et serviettes personnel charmant endroit très propre bon passons au repas un peu décevant mais pour moi les joues de porc au vin étaient un peu seches donc réchauffer je suis très difficile pour le reste tout était très bien le vin parfait bons desserts bien entendu il faut réserver

10/09/2024: Nous avons passé un agréable déjeuner. Félicitations aux cuisine ! Un délice ! Une jeune en apprentissage qui faisait de son mieux au service bien encadré. Bravo de prendre des jeunes apprentis ! Chaque plat un délices aux papilles. Une auberge rustique pleine de charme. On reviendra vite.

22/09/2024: Very disappointed...the prices have increased greatly for the quality of the product. The waitress with a beige clip in her hair was so rude! She didn't say a word to us even when taking the order! And hello was complicated too! The wait was very long. 25 minutes of waiting for a coffee never seen before. A gourmet coffee for €8 for frozen desserts. The crepes are good though. We are not going back there. We are very disappointed! And it’s very expensive for not much! 22/09/2024: This is the second time I have come to this establishment. The food is plentiful and very good. I was more bothered by the performance of our waitress: after a vague hello, she walked towards a table without saying anything, placed four menus on it and left. We figured it was for us, so we settled in. Throughout the meal, she served in a neutral manner, neither friendly nor particularly unfriendly. At dessert time, without saying anything (suggestions: “Did it go well? Would you like dessert?”) she places the 4 menus in front of my friend then leaves. The latter distributed it to us. Lunch ends without any further frills. We then prepare to pay separately. I start to tell her what I ordered, that's when she literally rolls her eyes at me and says with an extremely drunk look "ah okay so let's divide it like this...". My friend then suggested that we separate the note to avoid going into detail. At the time, the waitress's reaction made me feel stupid, I felt like I had done something wrong (to deserve such an attitude from her), I felt frankly uncomfortable. So we split (it was okay that we had ordered roughly equivalent dishes but I hope the waitress won't be as lazy when it comes to splitting the bill between someone who took a bowl green salad and the other a lobster mayonnaise). Having worked in sales, I can understand that it is painful to do this, but in no way does it justify speaking badly to customers in this way. I won't come back if this person has to take care of us again, I don't want to be demeaned like that. Obviously no thank you or goodbye at the end. (On the other hand, once again, NOTHING TO SAY about the dishes and desserts which were excellent, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and pleasant.)

23/08/2024: Super little village restaurant, where you will be surprised by the quality of its dishes and the welcome. I highly recommend this establishment

16/08/2024: Stopped to have a drink and buy a little cheese, the manager and manager are very friendly and the drinks are inexpensive!

17/08/2024: Great evening, excellent meal, unbeatable value for money and Vanessa our waitress was absolutely brilliant. Do it again!

16/08/2024: Twice already we have been discouraged from having lunch there. Room half empty, we are asked if we have reservations. No, then 30 minutes of waiting or the terrace in the heat. Difficult to understand their motivations. Fortunately there are other restaurants across the street. To flee!

12/09/2024: We came for a mother-daughter meal, the welcome was warm and the service was good. The cocktails, dishes and desserts were excellent, we were able to taste the wine before making our choice. This is very appreciable. The chocolate and caramel are homemade 👌 I recommend this restaurant. We had a great time. Thanks again 🙏

24/08/2024: I called on the evening of Friday the 23rd for a reservation on the evening of Saturday the 24th. Reservation confirmed over the phone. When we arrived and announced our name, nothing on their list. So we found ourselves in the small room where there is the bar, between the boxes, the dirty tea towels, the dessert preparations.. We received the starters at the same time as the aperitif. Small detail, we ordered a “white lady” dessert for €9.50 with half the ingredients. Staff seem overwhelmed This establishment no longer lives up to its reputation…

06/09/2024: Very nice place and impeccable service. I had a ribeye steak with pepper sauce, the meat was hearty and quite tender. I recommend.

12/08/2024: Nous avons été profondément déçus par notre expérience dans cet hôtel-restaurant. Après avoir réservé une table au restaurant, nous avons été informés à notre arrivée qu’ils ne pouvaient pas honorer notre réservation. Aucune autre option ne nous a été proposée, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Le résultat ? Notre dîner s’est soldé par un paquet de chips et une salade Bonduelle. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait pour compenser cette situation. C’est vraiment déplorable.

30/07/2024: The rooms are simple but very clean, of good size and convenients. The best part of the hotel really is the restaurant, parking, ground floor and crucially the outdoor protected terrace, one of these places you could spend hours in! Thank you very much again for the great welcome!

05/07/2024: Très déçus... Sur l'ardoise "pièce du boucher", on m'annonce une bavette que je demande bleue et on m'apporte un petit faux filet à point..... Pour le dessert une île flottante : un blanc d'oeuf sur une cuillère de... lait vanillé ?

20/09/2024: With my wife and my son we had a very, very good time.... pizzas cooked over a wood fire which is rare in Auxerre... Excellent..... I highly recommend and forget the other pizzerias.. ....WELL DONE

09/04/2024: Too bad, it was a good address for us and an atypical place where we liked to share a meal ;-) This evening, we showed up after reserving a table and found a blind closed despite the presence of customers!! Of course we were 15 minutes late (impossible to notify the boss of this delay because he does not answer the phone!!) We had a nice dinner at ITALIA A TAVOLA! It was excellent, I recommend their crazy pizza dough!! No regrets.. goodbye MR CARLOTTA…
