06/09/2026: No cheese in the royal cheese, no salt in the fries, bad drinks, burnt egg muffin, 8 out of 9 nuggets were bad—the list goes on of what awaits you there. Reorganize your team; it's very poorly managed.

05/09/2026: I'm fed up! Even with online orders, where you wait in the car and your order isn't even complete, and considering the price, it's unacceptable! Having to check before leaving is a disgrace.

22/08/2026: One of the best Pizza Huts! CheezyCrust is always perfect!

15/08/2026: Pretty good: it's mass-produced pizza, but you know what you're getting! However, our takeaway order was over 20 minutes late. We didn't get an apology, but since the staff seemed indifferent to our presence, we weren't surprised. During the wait, we were treated to the restaurant's frosty atmosphere. In short, it's a good option, and on a Tuesday evening, it was cheap!

18/02/2026: Excellent food. I've been several times and have never been disappointed. And the little chats with the owner are always very pleasant.

05/07/2026: The kebab was practically inedible. The flatbread was soggy and the filling was vomit-inducing. There was no sauce for the fries, which were also truly inedible. The woman who served the customers was extremely unpleasant. Boycott it! On the other hand, the Coluche restaurant, which is 50 meters away, is exceptional.

06/09/2026: Ordered the chateaubriand. They couldn’t do medium rare, so ordered rare. Got it served well done. Without any decent searing for some reason. Sent it back and they obviously only placed it under some heater as it was the same piece of meat, only now slightly more well done. Sent it back again and then got it on the verge of raw. Ate some and spent the next two nights on the toilet..

29/08/2026: What a disappointment! We used to stop at this restaurant every year. We come from Spain, it's our annual stop... We were treated like dogs... they rushed us, asking if we had a reservation. I politely told her no, the restaurant was half empty... She told us there was a 20 to 40 minute wait, maybe more. It was 7:45 pm... Basically, she made it clear there was no point in waiting... Since the change of management, it's gotten worse.

10/03/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats and imagine my surprise when I found gnats nestled between the sushi. I wrote to Uber Eats and they refunded my order, but I still threw up my guts. It makes you wonder about the restaurant's hygiene.

28/08/2026: The waiter was rude. We had come to have a good time with friends, but three out of eight of us, unable to pay for drinks, were forced to leave. Apparently, it was the bar's rule. I find this quite unfortunate, given that we had come to have several drinks; we'd like to remind everyone that it's supposed to be a pleasant experience. I should also point out that the bar was empty and not even at peak time, which was 5:30 PM. The atmosphere wasn't exactly jovial either.

27/08/2026: The location is great and the seating area is really pleasant. The salad was good overall. Unfortunately, the first part of the service was quite frustrating. The place was full and there was only one server taking care of all the tables, so I completely understand that she was overworked and doing her best. When she eventually spoke to me, she was actually very nice. That said, when we first sat down, the menu was thrown onto our table, which I don’t think was appropriate. I also wasn’t able to order my food at the same time as my drinks, so I ended up waiting to place my food order before even drinking my drink, which was frustrating. The service was quite slow, although again, I understand that she was alone during a very busy time. Overall, the food and location were good, but the beginning of the experience and the organization of the service could have been better.

22/08/2026: A very bad experience. We ordered two coffees and asked for a carafe of water. The waiter refused and offered us tiny little glasses instead. Since we were thirsty, we asked for another glass, and then he offered us bottles of Vittel water, which we refused since we were simply asking for water. I finally went to the counter to ask for a third glass to avoid having to ask him to refill each time. He then became angry and spoke to us very rudely, even though our request was simple and reasonable. The problem isn't whether or not you pay for a bottle of water, but rather the way he speaks to customers. Very disappointing.

22/08/2026: Extremely disappointed with the terrible service and rude attitude from the staff at Le Grand Café. ​Unwelcoming staff: The host and servers didn't offer a single smile and treated customers like an inconvenience from the moment we sat down. ​Rude handling of requests: When we asked for a glass of water with our coffee, the staff refused and dismissively claimed that coffee is just a simple order only entitled to a tiny cup of water. ​Aggressive behavior: After simply asking for water, the server slammed the dishes down on the table with obvious frustration. ​Completely unprofessional and disrespectful environment. Would not recommend visiting.

07/08/2026: Really not very clean (dirty and broken trays, dishes, table, bin, floor, toilet). It's a real shame about the filth because the location is nice and the staff are friendly too.

01/08/2026: I really like the Pause.k restaurants in Bordeaux: the service, the food... But I have a comment: I'd like to point out a problem with the porridge I bought that I had to throw away because it was spoiled. It's really regrettable that the expiration date isn't clearly marked. At Pause.k, there's a code under the dish that only the cashier can translate and give you an estimated expiration date.

07/04/2026: I often stay at this hotel, and I'm always respectful. Sometimes I wake up late, but this morning the manager came into the room yelling at us, even though it was 12:02 PM. This is unacceptable, especially since I repeatedly told him to close the door because I wasn't dressed and we were getting ready to leave. One of the employees was also insulting us. Frankly, avoid this place!

12/03/2026: The hotel is located in an industrial area. There are numerous other hotels and fast-food chains nearby. Public transportation is readily available, and arriving by car is also very convenient. From the outside, the hotel appears quite tidy. The lobby also looks well-maintained and inviting. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, both at check-in in the evening and at check-out the following morning. Now, let's talk about the room: It was, in some parts, absolutely disgusting. You're greeted by numerous, unidentifiable dark stains on the light-colored carpet. There were also black hairs on the "fresh" bed. All the furnishings were badly worn, and the bathroom door looked like it belonged to a motorway service station toilet. Who installed the bathroom fixtures? They were filthy and in dire need of renovation. The kettle was also broken (you could see the wires!) and heavily soiled and scaled inside. Some of the walls had black marks (presumably from pictures hanging there at some point?). We were very tired and slept in sweatpants and sweaters; otherwise, we would have left immediately. I read that the hotel belongs to a chain with over 300 hotels. This is unacceptable and should be rectified immediately. I would not book this hotel again. The only positive aspect was the extremely friendly staff, who probably have no control over the hotel's condition.

29/07/2026: I ordered a ToogoodTogo basket, arrived at the store, but it was closed and they weren't answering the phone. This is the second time this has happened to me with this restaurant…

19/07/2026: The service wasn't great, the prices were reasonable, but the quality wasn't there.
