08/08/2026: While staying at the Pullman Hotel, I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were pleasant, attentive, and always smiling. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, the wines were excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was pleasing to the eye.

06/08/2026: Staying at the hotel, the restaurant is convenient and pleasant. The service is attentive and offers good advice. The menu is affordable and of high quality.

02/08/2026: I paid 60 euros for an apartment infested with bedbugs, ants, and more! I didn't realize it right away; I didn't sleep a wink all night and left at 5 a.m. because it was so disgusting! I've been evacuated from Cap Ferret. I expected to experience something like this, as it's already difficult enough; you have to be incredibly unscrupulous. Obviously, I don't intend to let it go.

01/08/2026: Passing through Bordeaux, this is a great bar, especially after leaving the train station after midnight, with soft background music. The owner is very friendly 😊

18/08/2026: The waitress was awful, rude, and sighed when we asked for our money after paying for our drinks. She complained loudly that she didn't have any change... With that kind of behavior, we certainly weren't going to leave her a tip.

29/08/2026: Hello, I thought the tobacco shop was open; it said so, but it was actually closed. I'm very disappointed. That's why I gave it one star.

21/07/2026: The lady who works in the tobacco section is lovely, but I think she has hearing problems; she gives out the wrong packs. It's the second time she's done it.

13/06/2026: We had two smoothies for 12€ and they tasted like chemicals. The 'fresh smoothie' came from a carton box and was poured in some sort of smoothie machine. It tasted horrible, exactly like plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a single vitamin in it 😂

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, 3:58 PM Heatwave, 37 degrees Celsius outside. The waitress: Have you decided? Us: Not yet, we're looking at the menu. Could you bring us a bottle of water and three glasses while we choose? The waitress: Oh no, sorry, I'll be finished in two minutes. I'll take everyone's order at once or nothing at all, but I don't have time. Two minutes later, she left the restaurant without taking our order and without water, of course. Luckily, the next waiter she left behind was more pleasant and smiling; no complaints about him. I just want to highlight the unprofessionalism of this young woman, who was clearly in a hurry to finish her shift.

02/09/2026: There were two of us eating cold food at the restaurant. We were busy trying to get along, so we might as well enjoy ourselves. I won't be going back.

23/08/2026: Catastrophic: a 3-hour wait for two dishes ordered for two people. The gizzard salad had burnt gizzards, the risotto was not cooked rice at all, but definitely not cooked like risotto, with tons of freeze-dried parsley and burnt calamari. The pasta carbonara had burnt bacon and the fruit salad was from a can—fantastic. The waiter apologized for the wait, but frankly, that's not enough! Avoid at all costs.

14/08/2026: A very disappointing experience — a warning. We waited an hour between ordering and the arrival of our food. After 50 minutes, we went to ask about our order. We requested that the appetizers and main courses be served at the same time. The result: the main courses arrived before the appetizers, which were cold, and only 4 out of 6 main courses were served initially. Regarding the dishes: - the duck, ordered medium-rare, arrived completely charred; - the second duck, sent back to the kitchen, was still overcooked (see photo); - the beef, ordered rare, was not at all rare (see photo); - the pasta carbonara with grilled bacon clearly appeared to have been reheated (see photo); - the steak tartare was not minced/ground, but contained whole pieces of meat, which was absolutely not what we expected. In the end, we literally didn't eat anything, and the establishment offered us the entire meal for free, which we acknowledge and appreciate. However, we are sharing this review primarily as a precaution for anyone considering dining there, as the accumulation of problems, both with the service and the cooking and preparation of the food, was truly disappointing. We sincerely hope these issues will be addressed. NB: The restrooms should also be cleaned.

19/08/2026: Terrible. The food was awful, I sent back my croque monsieur because it arrived cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and it was lukewarm when I got it back. Nothing more to say, just keep walking

18/08/2026: The baguette tastes really good! Fresh and nice and crispy. Highly recommended!

13/08/2026: Bakery taken over by the son of the owner of the Moissac bakery. The baguette is okay, nothing special. However, the custard tart was awful; it must have been two days old or even last week. The pastry was tasteless and bland, with no crispness and completely soggy. Disgusting.
