Extraordinary and impeccable staff attentive to magnificent panorama, magical place.
25/03/2024: Having had several Michelin stars, we always come back to Pavie, the staff is always attentive, the cuisine exceptional. The dining room is very cocooning, you really feel privileged there.

06/04/2024: Typical bistro in Saint-Émilion with a lot of tradition, where we were able to enjoy traditional dishes such as Foie-gras in red wine, a charcuterie board, a Prime Rib or a Confit Lamb Shoulder; all made with local products and respecting temporality. Be careful with wine prices.

Maybe slightly increased in price, but you pay for the location.

The only downside (which made me hesitate to give 5) was the fact of not being able to have water in a carafe (as a reminder, this is now an obligation by law since January 1, 2022!).

03/04/2024: Lovely location, great vineyard views, amazing chateau atmosphere and all. The only downside if I really need to count was the knowledge of the stuff about the wine and its details. Also keep in mind to book the spa in advance, we couldn’t find a slot at all.

The interior is elegant, cozy, I loved the magnificent stained glass windows.
Cozy lounge...but if you could avoid the brunches of steaming ravioli and lasagna at 3:00 p.m. for new arrivals, during our coffee tasting!!!

01/04/2024: Just excellent! The service and setting match the place. The place and the decoration are magnificent!
We started with an aperitif in the living room where the setting tends to feel like home.
The wine list is superb, the advice of the sommelier made us have an excellent time. The wines are just remarkable! The starters, main courses and dessert offer an incredible number of flavors!
The service throughout the meal was not even noticeable. It’s an excellent memory! Address of very high gastronomy in Saint Emilion I assure you!

It was perfect, succulent, an explosion of flavors.
The sommelier introduced us to wines - very good - that we did not know. The service was impeccable.
We will return there with our children.
