22/10/2026: I made a reservation for 6 to 8 people for my husband's 60th birthday. The owner, very stressed, told me that 8 at a time was the maximum allowed because the restaurant is small. Okay, I can understand that. I agreed to call back a few days before to confirm the exact number. And then, surprise, I was told it was impossible that I had made a reservation since the restaurant would be closed that Saturday, that I must be mistaken (as if you could get the date of a birthday party you're organizing wrong!!!). The owner got confused with his explanations and finally told me that he would put up a sign on the front door. So there I was, on the phone, and he was talking about a future notice on the door. Luckily I called, otherwise we would all have been left in front of a closed door—my husband, myself, and our guests—and no birthday party.

22/10/2026: A truly wonderful and enjoyable experience. The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and above all, excellent. I particularly remember the beef chuck Rossini, so tender you don't even need a knife to eat it. The service is very efficient and the staff very welcoming.

22/10/2026: What an amazing restaurant! We had such a wonderful dining experience, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The veal and the meat dishes were simply perfect. Beautifully cooked, tender, full of flavor, and incredibly satisfying. You could really appreciate the attention to detail in the preparation and presentation. We also tried several other dishes, including a beautiful salmon starter, mushroom, and a lovely apple dessert. Everything looked fantastic, and the combination of flavors and textures made the meal feel special. What I particularly loved was that the food felt refined and creative without being unnecessarily complicated. The dishes were beautifully presented, but the real highlight was the taste, which is exactly how it should be. This is the kind of restaurant that reminds you how enjoyable a great meal can be. I genuinely loved the experience, especially the veal and meat, which were among the highlights of the evening. Absolutely worth visiting, and I would happily come back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: A fantastic experience!! The New York room is superb! Very well equipped! Jacuzzi, sauna, kitchenette with fridge, stovetop, and microwave... The restaurant... the decor is superb! The homemade burgers!!! 👌👌 The atmosphere is super friendly! We loved it!! We'll be back with the family this time! Thank you to the team!!

31/08/2026: 1. Poor quality meat, undoubtedly precooked and reheated at the last minute before serving. Dry meat = unacceptable. 2. Ridiculous portions, but served in beautiful, typical dishes. Yes, well-packaged garbage always sells. 3. My mother always told me you can guess the state of a restaurant's kitchen by the cleanliness of its restrooms, which here were filthy. 4. Greasy cutlery. Ask for new cutlery as soon as you arrive. 5. We made a reservation, we went in, we "ate," and we paid a fortune compared to everything I just described above. 6. The icing on the cake, after spending €112.50 in this tourist trap, is that we ordered another pizza from Adriatico, which is just a little further down the street. TOURIST RESTAURANT WITH COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED HIGH PRICES. RUN AWAY!

25/07/2026: I'm 55 years old, and I've never eaten so well as today! How is it that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star? I eat out very often, and I traveled from Belfort to try this restaurant, which had been highly recommended to me. The cuisine was breathtaking. The dishes were refined and elegant, everything was very fresh, and above all, the homemade quality was immediately apparent. I invite the Michelin Guide inspectors to visit this restaurant and experience this sumptuous gastronomy. I particularly commend the chef of this restaurant, who must use all his expertise to create such spectacular dishes. Keep up the good work; I will definitely be back. Sincere congratulations!

19/10/2026: Original cuisine, limited but local and seasonal menu. Very friendly welcome.

19/10/2026: It was undwr smoke, and our clothes, hair even smells now. Portions were small. 4 slices aubergine was 24 euro main dish.... Toilet needs refurbishment. No ventilation at all.

28/08/2026: Tonight we were on the restaurant terrace! It was so pleasant... a welcome respite from the heat after all this sweltering heat! The service was fantastic and they were always so attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the beef fillet, homemade fries, and delicious béarnaise sauce!

21/09/2026: Excellent coffee in Colmar! The place is warm and inviting, with a very friendly atmosphere. I had a hot chocolate and it was truly excellent, wonderfully creamy and indulgent. The service was also very welcoming. A great place for a quick break, I highly recommend it!

27/07/2026: Quantity over quality? I've been to this establishment several times, and this last dinner was nothing like my previous meals. The sheer number of dishes they serve (both takeout and dine-in) is impressive! I had chicken stir-fried with vegetables and Thai rice. It was good… However, my colleague suspected his dishes had been microwaved (prawns and the "homemade" dessert). The service, on the other hand, was very rushed. You get the feeling they're in a hurry, and it's not relaxing. Best of luck.

10/09/2026: The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The meal was delicious, we had a great time. Remember to ask if a particular dish is spicy, sometimes it is quite hot, and perhaps too hot for some, but I loved it! It really made me want to go and stay in Réunion.

29/09/2026: We had a wonderful time and ate excellent meat dishes. The prices were not too high considering the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. The place was welcoming, and the waiters were patient with our language barrier.

29/09/2026: Unbelievable food! One of those restaurants where the chef takes pride in every dish! Even though we got there an hour before closing and they were busy, they still made us feel welcomed. Our waiter (unfortunately forgot his name) was an absolute pleasure to be around. Highly recommended!

25/09/2026: DO NOT RESERVE A TABLE AT THIS RESTAURANT. I booked a table for two over one month in advance. When we arrived, we were rudely informed that no table was available, in spite of having received a confirmation from the restaurant the day before. No effort was made to acknowledge the mistake or to try and make it right. We were simply told to come after 9pm and maybe they would have a table us. Probably for the best because the smell of cooking grease and rancid meat coming from the kitchen was overwhelming. It was a totally disgusting place, with even worse attitude thrown in for good measure. Stay far, far away from this place. I’m only giving it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

20/10/2026: Our top pick in Colmar! The creativity and innovation of the cuisine are exceptional, a true delight! The restaurant's name perfectly complements the superb presentation of the dishes. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The service is very professional, attentive, and always with a smile. The value for money is very good. As mentioned in the introduction, this is our favorite restaurant in Colmar. In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if the Chef receives a second Michelin star in the future; it would be a well-deserved recognition.

12/10/2026: A solid Michelin-starred restaurant on the edge of many tourist traps, right in the city center. Highly recommended for anyone who loves French haute cuisine. Excellent wine selection.
