22/11/2024: Very good pastry shop in Colmar I went to this pastry shop with my girlfriend during a Colmar day. The restaurant is located along the avenue that leads from the train station to the historic center. Outside there are tables and some parking with parking discs. The interior is large and displays many pastry products. We had éclairs and a sweet chocolate escargot. The pastas were delicious and very tasty. The prices are honest considering the high quality of the products.

A comforting dish just the way we like them, truly showcasing traditional Alsatian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and authentic; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly delicious memory in the heart of Colmar. I will gladly return ✨

24/01/2026: Found it by chance and it didn't disappoint at all; in fact, it was the best restaurant of the four days we were there. Incredible pork shank, incredible head, and delicious crème brûlée. Top service, the quality is absolutely worth the prices, which were more than fair for what we ate (about €30 per person). Everything was truly perfect, highly recommended.

The dishes are excellent, the menu superb, and the front-of-house staff very professional: warm, attentive, and readily available. No complaints whatsoever. However… the owner. How to put it without being too blunt? It's simple: as cold as an industrial freezer and as welcoming as a closed door. No smiles, no interaction, no eye contact—and above all, no apparent desire to share his impressive wine cellar. Ask him a question, and you'll get a desert weather report: dry, harsh, and utterly devoid of nuance. So yes, a very good restaurant, beautifully presented dishes, a remarkable menu, a fantastic team… but an owner best avoided if you want to preserve your good mood and your experience.

11/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! We received a terrible welcome, the waitresses were incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional, not to mention the minimalist dishes that arrived cold at the table, tasteless and uninteresting. Paying 35 euros for this kind of menu is inconceivable!
