27/01/2025: I was tired from looking around the village, so I went to a random place, but the owner was so friendly and the atmosphere was nice, so it was a memorable place!! The menu recommendations and explanations were meticulous, and at the end, the owner smiled and gave me a postcard as a gift, which was very heartwarming ☺️🥹
25/01/2025: I spent the whole day in Colmar, where I stopped by on my way to Starsbourg.
The cute houses were very pretty, but the last dinner I had here made me want to come back to this city.
I love the softness of the base cream and cheese of tarte blambé, a traditional dish from Alsace (where Colmar and Strasbourg are located), and the sweet harmony of pinot gris.
-- We added something called Christmas cheese, so be sure to try it!
The wine was so good that I asked the waiter and he handed me a note with a recommended store.
How about having dinner here today?

30/08/2024: Restaurant offering “gluten-free” on their menu, which is appreciated by those who are intolerant. The courtyard is very pleasant in summer, the dishes are tasty and elaborate. Listening staff, good advice. We will come back without hesitation.
24/08/2024: Nestled in a small courtyard full of charm, it is a trendy restaurant which offers seasonal cuisine with local and partly organic products. There are ways to eat vegetarian and vegan from starter to dessert... and even a revisited vegan tarte flambée. And it was delicious!

07/12/2024: Great place tucked away from the hectic Colmar streets. We stopped by for appetitive. They have a good selection of wines and a some great food options (unfortunately only a limited menu was available at the time we visited). You can really tell that the chef cares about his food as everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Wonderful for a visit if you are around!

Restaurant à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville un peu à l’écart de la foule.
Super accueil ! La serveuse et la sommelière très sympa
Le repas excellent et très copieux (Jarret et bouchée à la reine énorme…)
Nous recommandons vivement …

04/12/2024: Bonjour, l'endroit est très étriqué, la cuisine est médiocre, mon mari a mangé une choucroute, il a eu des brûlures d'estomac tout l'après midi...
Les pommes de terre sautées étaient pour certaines encore craquantes, pas assez cuites.
Bref, nous sommes très déçus, on ne recommande pas du tout.

05/12/2025: Very kind couple serving up fresh and healthy salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and juices alike. A really nice reprieve from the over saturation of bread, meat and cheese elsewhere. Their ingredients are fresh and enlivening! I would recommend making this a daily visit in your travels!

24/09/2024: First time in a long time I haven't eaten here. I had a chicken tchika sandwich with a samurai sauce which was very good and fries. The chicken was good, the only downside was that I asked the waiter for samurai sauce because I had more and he didn't bring it back for me.

16/08/2024: I was having an aperitif in this Colmar place. And there the two waitresses, naturally accompanied me in my beautiful moment and they took the time. Great place.
11/08/2024: food was good but service was bad. I ordered the fish and chips and as I was cutting the fish a few of the chips fell off the plate and onto the table. I asked for a box and the server picked up my fries off the table with his fingers and put them on the plate. I told him that I don’t want the fries that fell on the table and all I got was that his english was not good and he took my plate and returned to me a box with the dirty fries. My sister had a half a burger and an entire order of fries leftover but she only got her burger back and fries thrown out. We asked for some extra napkins and the server proceeded to smoke a cigarette on the street until we asked a second time. We also had to ask three times over 20 minutes to simply pay for our food.

The tiled floor is reminiscent of a hair salon.
It's loud and it resonates.
The food was good but bland.
No taste of foie gras... the meat not seasoned... and you have to ask for salt and pepper.
A big fan of bab au rhum, I was left wanting more.
The waitress saved our evening.
Too bad there is little missing…

19/11/2024: Bonne adresse perdue dans la nature (un peu difficile d'accès). Mais on y mange très bien et l'accueil est chaleureux ! Les plats sont faits maison avec des assaisonnements justes et précis. Un très bon moment passé dans cet établissement !
13/11/2024: De l'accueil en passant par un fabuleux menu et service ,tout à été parfait.
Une très belle adresse dans un cadre forestier à ne pas manquer .

First of all, know that this restaurant is a real disappointment. The dishes are not prepared by real Moroccan cooks who have mastered traditional recipes. In tagines, we even add broth to cheat on the taste!
In a word: a tourist trap
Next, let's talk about reception. The server seems friendly at first, but it quickly deteriorates after taking the order. He refused to serve us more bread on the pretext that we already had enough (we had only asked for 2 baskets for 5 people), and he ended up no longer wanting to give us harissa.
To top it off, two of my friends got sick in the night: stomach cramps and one of them even vomited. They had the couscous with merguez, for your information.
Honestly, move on. You will find better elsewhere, and you will also save money, because the dishes here are absolutely not worth their price.
