07/12/2025: The staff wasn't friendly. The pastries were nothing special, and we had to go upstairs because there was no more room downstairs. The cleanliness was really lacking. Upstairs, there was a member of staff doing paperwork at their desk, and the cook was listening to music.

23/11/2024: We really need to do something about customer care! When you enter the bakery, a queue forms and can sometimes be quite long. There are not always several sellers so things progress very slowly. A majority of these customers come for a sandwich. And regularly, customers get out of line and go in front of everyone and get served! Nobody says anything?? Just now, a customer allows herself to pass in front of everyone. At least 10 of us arrived before her and waited in line. The saleswoman took care of her when she was the only saleswoman, so all the other customers are waiting! A customer who was in line asked if this was normal, and the customer was still served. Do customers who come for a sandwich have to wait longer than a customer who comes for something else? For my part, I have already come to buy pain au chocolat. While I could buy them faster, I asked a salesman who told me to wait in line like everyone else. And so for the others?? Otherwise, you can queue for sandwiches and a queue for pizzas and a queue for cakes, a queue for coffee… in short… Something has to be put in place. Either we are served in the order of arrival, or we need several sellers for the different parts of the bakery! I was pretty happy with the value for money, but this time I walked out. And I won't go back there again.

23/11/2024: Came with the wife to drink a coffee and have a snack. Very good service but hygiene in the room needs to be reviewed as soon as possible. You have to look hard to find a little clean place. AND ESPECIALLY DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE TOILET. Too bad the cookies were good...

18/09/2024: 2 ème fois que j y vais et c était encore excellent. Ce midi c était hachi parmentier avec une salade. Le dessert... Un gâteau ( Amélie) au chocolat avec des fruits rouges miam miam ! Les employés sont très sympathiques et souriant. Bonne continuation et bon appétit

28/09/2024: We each took a cordon bleu with mushrooms. Zero mushrooms at my house and 2 tiny ones at my wife's. The waitress tells us that the mushrooms must have remained at the bottom of the bowl! Not even the idea of ​​bringing us some of this famous bowl. The toppings ordered extra arrived when we had finished the dishes! Mushroom sauce without mushrooms is more like water than a real sauce. In short, we left without dessert and disappointed with our meal. The waitress is not nice and not smart at all. Too bad the frame is good though.

19/09/2024: We spent a nice lunchtime here, enjoying multiple delicious dishes. Calming location next to the small Lauch stream in the late summer. Despite the location next to the pier where the small tour boats take off, this turned out to not be a tourist trap.

25/09/2024: I came across this store by chance as I was passing by near my hotel. The store was clean and the food was delicious. I enjoyed a relaxing meal with my daughter.

11/12/2025: I wanted to visit, but given the comments, it's a no-go, sorry. Where I live in the Vosges, they're the best. But don't worry, you're not the only ones. McDonald's is even worse. Good luck to you.

11/12/2025: We ordered, among other things, a bacon and cheese sandwich that arrived half empty. We went to complain and were told they couldn't exchange it for another item. When they refused, I asked for a complaint form, which the manager denied me, and he also refused to give me his name. It was degrading treatment and a complete rip-off, as the advertising photo is misleading. The restrooms were also a disgrace in terms of hygiene. We will never return to this Burger King.
