04/02/2026: We were seated at 11:40 AM and served over 40 minutes later. The waitress was very kind and attentive, but unfortunately, we saw that other people seated after us were served before us... That's not right. The meal was okay, nothing special, and a bit pricey.

03/01/2026: We only had tea. The staff was friendly and young. Nice place, just steps from the cathedral.

30/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome. The continuous service is very convenient! The food is good and the service is fast.

24/01/2026: We arrived from our trip hungry and were looking for a place to eat. Since it was in front of one of the main squares on Christmas Day and seemed like an inviting place, we went in to ask for information. We were judged for having luggage and treated rudely. If we wanted to read the menu, they told us to go outside to read the sign and turned their backs on us. Because of the way we were received, we chose another place for our Christmas dinner. I do not recommend it! Responding to the owner's comment, it wasn't four suitcases, it was just one small one and one larger one belonging to my friend. The nearby restaurants welcomed us very well. The language barrier is the worst excuse to use and is xenophobic, since I speak both languages ​​mentioned as I live in France, although with a more pronounced accent as it's not my first language. At no point was a waiting time mentioned; it's just an excuse to mask the disdain of the service, which was the real reason we chose not to stay.

05/01/2026: I had a wonderful time at Collis Martis. The place is welcoming, spacious, and very pleasant, ideal for both a meal and a festive evening. The atmosphere is refined and vibrant, with a varied program that always brings a great energy. The food is high-quality and beautifully presented, and the service is professional, attentive, and warm. You quickly feel at ease thanks to the staff's welcome and the well-organized layout. The terrace and the various indoor spaces allow you to fully enjoy the setting, whether with friends, family, or for a special event. A great place in Colmar, which I wholeheartedly recommend for a great time.

06/12/2025: I had a pleasant evening at Collis Martis, the waitress from the islands was not at all professional, otherwise the meal was very good.

18/02/2026: Clean and well received, but McDonald's charges extra on regular Coke, extra charge on sauce, an extra charge even if minimal, but not appealing, on average 15 for a meal that is not worth more than half the price, outrageous price.

22/01/2026: Stopped for drinks and dinner. Got drinks and was then told kitchen was closed as it was too busy, yet we saw all the locals order and receive food. Didn’t feel welcome here.

23/11/2025: Local beers, local people. Not a typical Irish Bar overseas! Great ambience and good place to watch rugby.

11/12/2025: We ordered, among other things, a bacon and cheese sandwich that arrived half empty. We went to complain and were told they couldn't exchange it for another item. When they refused, I asked for a complaint form, which the manager denied me, and he also refused to give me his name. It was degrading treatment and a complete rip-off, as the advertising photo is misleading. The restrooms were also a disgrace in terms of hygiene. We will never return to this Burger King.

11/12/2025: I wanted to visit, but given the comments, it's a no-go, sorry. Where I live in the Vosges, they're the best. But don't worry, you're not the only ones. McDonald's is even worse. Good luck to you.

17/12/2025: I agree with Sylvie Manche; more than one person out of the 110 guests at the Christmas meal was disappointed with the quality. The owner's bad faith is undeniable! What a shame! This doesn't detract from the overall atmosphere, but the service is unacceptable when they're debating the number of bottles of wine (as stipulated in the contract) and the number of pregnant women at the table, while we wait at the bar listening to their argument and gossip before someone finally takes our order, and so on.

29/11/2025: Christmas dinner last night, I've never eaten so badly! No presentation on the plate, no finesse whatsoever, vegetables so salty they were inedible, a piece of dried-out duck, and a block of carrots, potatoes, and maybe parsnips—completely tasteless. The place is nice in the summer for a drink, but that's it 😒

15/02/2026: Superb pizza, great value for money. Without a doubt, one of, if not the best, Italian restaurants in Colmar. I always enjoy going back and recommending it to friends and acquaintances who are visiting. Highly recommended. My favorite restaurant.

11/02/2026: We had a wonderful time with friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food and wine were excellent. The service was top-notch. A perfect welcome. Special mention to Léa who took such good care of us!
