29/09/2024: Went here for the third time today because we really liked it the first time. The food is down-to-earth and tasty and the staff is extremely friendly. Recommendation, the Röstipfännle in different versions. The tarte flambée is also very tasty.

28/09/2024: It felt more like a processing of the guests, eating here the simple onion soup (€8.50) was ok but nothing more.

29/08/2024: Vitrine au 3/4 vide, nous sommes les seuls clients.une vendeuse est présenterons regard et s'en va. Une autre vendeuse arrive pour nous informer que sa collègue va s'occuper de nous. Après quelques minutes, elle retourne l'appeler. Au final c est une autre vendeuse qui arrive pas de bonjour, pas de sourire , visage fermé. Entre notre entrée et notre sortie, plus de 10 mn se sont écoulé. Quant à la pâtisserie, portion de tarte à la myrtilles, pas mauvais mais rien d'extraordinaire. Je ne recommande absolument pas !

06/04/2024: I went for lunch at this bakery and asked for a coffee when ordering. The waitress never brought it to me despite my complaints. She served coffee to customers who had arrived after me and when it came time to pay, she pretended I had drunk it! This left a terrible bad impression on me.....!!!!!

02/04/2024: The saleswomen are very friendly, always a warm welcome. I was always happy with their baguettes, but 15 days ago, they decided to no longer make white flour baguettes. The chef said that they will make more than traditional baguettes with the crumb being too firm, not aerated, does not freeze well because it becomes rubbery and does not stay crispy! Really a shame, that they don't listen to the needs of customers, I wouldn't go to them anymore, I can travel more miles by car and so, I found my happiness elsewhere!

13/09/2024: Friendly bakery with the possibility of eating on site outside or inside. Not a bad choice. The bread is good, the snacks are OK.

08/08/2024: We arrived at 1 p.m., and there was almost no sushi left, nor maquis, the choice was very limited, I asked twice for them to be restocked. The dishes were good overall. The dessert buffet was really ridiculous with panacota, creme brulee one centimeter high, never seen before! And finally the toilets were very dirty, I'm not talking about the dirt from a day of service but the poor maintenance because there was old dirt under the toilet seat. I wouldn't go back there again...

03/05/2024: Incredible cheese, meats and provisions shop in Colmar! Friendly and helpful service. Can’t go wrong with a stop in here while in town.

26/09/2024: A restaurant where you are never disappointed, which does not pretend to do great cuisine, but where the dishes are always high quality and plentiful. The pastries are excellent and homemade. The friendly and very efficient team. Simple & warm brasserie atmosphere. Whether for breakfast, a coffee on the terrace or lunch, you will never be disappointed.

16/08/2024: Ordered tacos last night, nothing more to say than disgusting, a kind of creep that we couldn't identify filled the tacos, my partner even found a piece of bone, the fries were soft and incipid, crowned with 'a diarrhea, all for the small sum of €24 We will no longer order from the casa if Sandro.

21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

11/09/2024: Very nice setting, very warm waitress. The tartes flambées were good but served a little warm so the munster was no longer runny. Damage
